To situations. I may occasionally ask you to wait of I have so.ebbing planned but you can feel free to act on your own within reason

I.e. don't say ppstsometbing like 'my character murdered all the enemy leaders and won the whole war'

But unless you seek to interact with my characters or major villains you cam feel free to create your own conflicts for others to join/help or hinder with

And I as GM will not punish or hinder my players by telling them not to do things. Tyros could leave if he wanted, suggest a radical course of action, order his ship to bombard the forces around the relictors, you have to decide to do those tho. You're not a drone and I'm not always going to give you or others direct orders to do something

I expect my players to have a certain level of personal initiative. I provide a framework and you act within it.

If you want am order or the emperor to speak directly to Tyros let me know don't just sit in angry silence
