Character Personality:Joseph is a well oiled machine, not unfamiliar to the dark heart of battle. His efficiency is lethal and intense, he crushes opposition and moves like the grim reaper himself. Silent, deadly and fierce. He does not talk much, though he does mutter to himself about the current situation. He will sometimes bark orders in his deep gutteral roar of a voice. He's emotionally stunted, his thoughts only on the next movement he'll make. He's animalistic in his behavior but analytical in his actions. He's an engine that combines the best of ferocity and intuition.

Origin Info/Details:Once upon a time. A young boy ran away from home, tired of the attention his handicapped brother got. Constantly his parents fawned over his invalid older brother, while he worked his hardest to excel. Joseph could not stand being ignored, and ran away in the night. No plans, no extra clothes, no food. He got rather far, all things considered, though it was not in the way he had intended.
This young boy was accosted by human traffickers from Haiti, they had come to Florida to capture children slaves from America. In the water he was saved by the Coast Guard who spotted a suspicious boat that refused their hails.
After being brought to the station with the other children, Joseph refused to tell them anything. Joseph was put into the system under the name John Doe, put up for adoption as he was still a minor.
When he reached puberty age he was adopted by a military agency and brought in for special training.
The next eight years of his life were nonstop training and conditioning, from the moment he woke up to the moment he went to sleep. Everything was training, his body was tortured and molded. Fed hormones and chemicals to boost his growth, both height and muscle. Calcium supplements and more hormones for bone density.
VR training, Live Fire training, Real Action.
He was deployed on covert missions to the middle east to quell rising extremist groups, and brought back before anyone even knew he was there. Now that his training is completed, the Man is now tasked with the job of capturing and containing dangerous metahumans.

Equipment:Centurion Light Powered Armor: The suit is not computerized in any way, save for the helmet. All movements are enhanced based on a complex system of motors and triggers. While the suit has metallic parts, the first exoskeleton of kevlar is coated in a shell of ballistic ceramic. The inner casing is kevlar as well, with a gel layer between it and a metal casing.
Full Kit Helmet: Attached to the oxygen tank, the helmet allows the user to be totally independent from air for a short period of time. It also has a heads up display that scans varying light spectrums. Connected to diodes that scan heart rate, body temperature and blood toxicity. Has a sound and light filter, protecting the user from flashbangs and other stunning effects of the kind. Includes long range transmitters across all forms of media, digital or otherwise. Can hijack other systems to project audio and video.
Full Body Suit: The body suit worn underneath the armor is resistant to temperature extremes. Has fans for high temperatures to regulate heat, as well as a liquid cooling and heating system.
Joint Servo Motors: Improve lifting weight and optimize mobility. The movements may not be perfectly natural and smooth, but they're faster than the human body. Concealed within special domes that are built onto the bulk of the body of the suit.
Resilient Body Casing: A bullet resistant casing with a special foam that resists bullet penetration and stabbing. Mildly resistant to explosives, though the shockwave is not resisted. The suit is built around the additions, rather than the additions being built around the suit. The casing covers all joints with a loose scale mail that is not as durable as the blocks of metal, but still very resilient. The suit protects from great falls, heavy hits to a certain degree, and lets him trade blows fairly evenly without being pushed back.
Gel Layer: Beneath the armor plating and foam, there is a gel layer surrounded on both sides with an impermeable fabric. This gel layer protects against temperatures up to 1500 degrees, and down to -120 degrees. Giving him protection from the elements. It also displaces electrical impulses across the entire surface, depleting the punch they'd naturally have with as much metal as he has on his body.
Organic-Mimic Leg Extensions: Long, ostrich like stilts that extend from the heel of the armor. Extends the stride of the wearer by several feet and boosts the elasticity of their movements.
Oxygen Tank Compartment: Embedded in the back behind a triple layer of armor plating and foam. Three tanks of oxygen for maximum run time, giving him sixteen hours worth of oxygen to upkeep his rapid burn of energy. In the same compartment is the battery pack, with another layer of ballistic ceramic to prevent failure.
Holsters: Magnetic clasps for his rifle and sidearm. Attached to his thighs with a plate of armor at the front to protect the weapons from damage. There is a left shoulder mounted sheath for his kukri, it is a magnetic clasp that allows him to draw and swing it in one clean movement.
Ammunition Belt: Attached at the waist is a series of compartments that open and release cartridges for ammunition types.
Elbow Mounted Winch Hook: This is a mechanical addition to the suit that allows him to grappling hook his way up buildings. This is not meant for swinging like Spider-Man, this is for climbing. It's an automated system, once the chain reaches the end of its length, it begins to roll back up. Pulling the user's weight upwards with it if it's attached to a solid surface. Oh, it also has enough force from the launch to punch a hole in concrete, so even if there isn't anything for it to catch onto, it can make a hole.
Caestus Hand Enhancer: Rocket Punching, Piston Driven, Hydraulic Powered action. A devastating supplement to the efficiency of the human hand, placed over the off hand of Joseph and over the armor. It allows him to perform feats of insane strength, such as crushing steel like paper. The fist is made from the same composite layers as the armor, with titanium alloy skeleton inner workings to supplement the strength of it.
As well, the fist enhances certain aspects of punching. It has a laser scanner that judges the distance between the fist and a target. Once reaching a certain distance, it activates a hydraulic piston that drives the fist forward. Further increasing the force of the punch. This double enhanced punch has enough force to drive a piece of straw through concrete, so imagine what it could do to a person.
The fist has a final secondary effect, the fist can be triggered to detach from the hand in an explosive way. This is only used in the case of a critical failure, three microrockets project the fist forward at sub sonic velocity. Creating an absurdly potent projectile punch that's sure to floor any metahuman that thinks he's too tough to be punched in the mouth. The process involves flipping a switch, firing the piston to launch the fist off his wrist, and then triggering the jets.
Meta Dissuader Sidearm: A combination of Laser Dissuasion System, Active Dissuasion System and Distance Sound System. Condensed into a vaguely bullhorn shaped utility tool. The laser has a tracker system with a computer that identifies "eyes" and will attempt to wave back and forth over their eyes in an oscillating pattern. The device also releases a sound that is just beneath aural damage levels, and emits a ray of heat that causes the first layer of skin to become painfully hot.
Slam Rifle: A multi ammunition rifle that is compatible with several varieties of ammunition. .45, beanbag ammunition, .410 bore shot, and comparable ammunition in size and shape. As well as an option to narrow the barrel to load smaller ammunition, including 9mm, pepperball, rubber ball, and paintball rounds. It has various loading methods, such as lever action, bolt action and semi-automatic.
The undercarriage of the rifle is compatible with three varieties of heavy projectile. Smokescreen Canisters, Tear Gas, Flash Bangs and High Explosive Grenade Rounds.
Ka-Bar Kukri Machete: A composite steel hand blade with a comfort grip and a razor's edge. The blade is two feet long, three inches in width and has a taper of 3 quarters of an inch to a nanometer thick edge. The blade is sharpened mechanically. Has rubber grip and is formed to fit his natural hand and gloved hand.
Enhancements:PED Cocktail- This gives his mind and body a total overload of sensory, cognitive and physical enhancements at the cost of burning himself out.
Anabolic: Tranobolone Steroid and Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators to temporarily boost strength.
Stimulants: Amphetamine and Caffeine concentrate to hone senses and energy to a sharp point.
Ergogenic: Creatine to lengthen performance time.
Painkiller: NSAIDs and THC to numb pain and steady hands.
Blood Boosters: rhEPO and PFCs to speed up oxygen reception.
3x Oxygen Intake: Within the realm of safe intake to prevent overloading his blood toxicity. Speeds up cognition and gives him more energy.
Weaknesses:Ultimately, he's got no powers of his own. Despite being a power armored, drug addled supersoldier, he's got to augment his abilities with exterior utilities. Outside of his suit he's just a man. As well, he's terribly stunted emotionally and socially. He's programmed to kill, not to feel. Oh, yeah, he also cannot swim in the suit.
