Hayley swiftly turned around and pushed him against the wall and held the collar of his shirt with her hand. "Do not ever call me that again, I can't go by that anymore. Red was KF's partner. She died when he did." She said simply with her eye giving him a look that could kill. Hayley then let go of him and turned, storming off in hopes he'd just give up but she had a feeling that wouldn't work.

Within seconds of her beginning to storm off the energy of the power ring engulfed Jason making him Green Lantern once more. He sighed as a construct formed in front of her. "And what would he say if he could see you now?" He asked being more serious than he gave the impression of. "You need to think about this more. Why are you even doing this? What reason could you have for helping Deathstroke?" He asked making it clear she wouldn't be going anywhere if he had anything to do about it.

"Only I will ever understand that. It's my fault in the first place so I need to fix it." Hayley said before looking down her fist clenched. "I'm the reason he died... I... I just need to do this." She said.
"Deathstroke you may want to see this." Red Devil said projecting the scene onto a bigger screen. 'little sister you are an idiot' He thought with a sigh

"Leave it be." Deathstroke said. The machine was far more important than any trouble the young brat could have been causing. "Once everything is complete nothing will matter." He added before turning to Red Devil. "Now shut down the monitor and help me finish the machine."
GL was goign to say something, but before he could he received a distress signal. "Crap... I guess I'll have to let you go." He said calmly before a small hologram formed out of his ring. "Get to metropolis now. We have a problem." It was another Green Lantern. Hal Jordan to be exact. Yeah the old timers hadn't yet retired as one would have expected. "It's Black Hand. And there's apparently another Black Lantern." He then said which made Jason's eyes widen. "No way..." He said before gritting his teeth. "That son of a bitch better not use that... GAH!" He shouted as he flew up. "You... Be careful..." He warned Hayley before flying off.

Red Devil shit off the monitor and went and began to help with the machine.
Hayley smirked and walked back to the the warehouse. "You done yet?" She asked crossing her arm and raising her eyebrow.

"No." Deathstroke answered simply. "Make yourself useful and bring your brother and i some food and drinks." He then ordered her. Obviously the machine was a bit more complicated than he made making it look, but it could be a while. He was in no mood to pay her any attention whatsoever.

Hayley growled and walked away then she put on her costume and ran out the door. She went to a restaurant and snuck into the kitchen grabbing them food and heading back. A small bottle of alcohol hidden with her dagger. She got back and removed the hood and mask before plopping the food in front of the two. "Your Welcome." She said with venom in her voice.

"Now I believe you have other things to do. Training, spying on the lantern and all that." Deathstroke added with a small laugh. "Red Devil you eat first. We'll alternate between working and eating and then resting. I want to have this done by tomorrow morning."

Hayley muttered a string of curse words under her breath before leaving once again with her hood up and mask on. She made her way to where the lantern's were fighting and silently stood on top of a high building watching the fight, her hood down as the wind blew her light hair to the side, she only appeared to be a shadow with the full moon behind her and no one really noticed her due to the intense fight below.

The Green Lanterns were in a battle, but not just with two lanterns as jason had spoken of when he was with hayley. There were multiple figures. All in black attire and all with different powers and abilities. "Fuck!" Jason could be heard shouting as he slammed into a wall. "Fucking Black Lanterns..." He muttered as he flew back into battle. If one payed attention they might notice that many of the black lanterns were people, heroes and villains who had already died. This battle was weird.

Hayley smirked and her hand glowed purple as a blast shot out of her hand and hit one of the black lanterns in the arm. Before anyone had a chance to look at where the shot came from she moved to another rooftop, her hood now up concealing her in complete black other than her purple mask. She continued to do that only hitting the Black Lanterns in various places before moving to another roof, most likely confusing the crap out of all of the lanterns.

Indeed various lanterns were confused. jason not so much. He'd already experienced the blasts. he knew. But he didn't have time to look for the girl. He was about to smash a Black Lantern with a huge hammer when he felt a hand grab his face. Suddenly he was moving backwards at an incredibly fast rate. No! NO! He mentally scream as his eyes peered into the lifeless eyes of the corpse of his best friend. And he didn't even get the satisfaction of slamming into the building. Nate was running up the wall of the building soon. This wasn't good. This really wasn't good.

Hayley's eyes were pulled to the fastest moving Black Lantern. "No.... He can't... I WON"T ALLOW IT' SHe mentally screamed as she moved quickly and intercepted where he was running. Mystique tackled Nate onto the roof of a building and looked him in the eyes. "Nate.. Listen to me. You are not a villain... I need you to listen and hear my words... Nate please... I need you to be yourself again... please..." She spoke to him strongly bu slight tears formed in her eyes,,, She cared for this boy more than she could understand, she honestly couldn't work out her own feelings for the boy but others could see it but not her. "Nate. You are a hero not a villain and I know you know that.

"Ah crap..." Jason said as he stood up and watch Hayley. That wouldn't work.

"What the hell do you care?" The Black Lantern Nate said as he threw Hayley off. "Don't you remember? You never wanted to talk to me again. You chose to believe that I would actually hurt you." He laughed, but quickly became serious. "You're the reason i'm even like this."

"Don't listen to him!" Jason shouted quickly. "The isn't Nate. It has his body, memories and powers, but not his soul. It's just a killing machine. Not Nate!" It was Nate, but it wasn't.

"You know Jason... You should be more pissed than me. If it wasn't for her I'd be alive. Isn't that right little miss blonde?" Nate shook his head. "You looked better as a Red head ya know. It's too bad." He was in front of her before either of the heroes could blink and tried to grab her throat. "Would have made killing you a lot better if you stayed Red."

Hayley looked him in the eyes... The cold look, it was right... it wasn't him even if he was right that she was the reason he died... everything he said was true but this wasn't him. Nate couldn't kill anyone.. not like her. She was raised as a cold killer, he was raised as the hero. "you aren't him..." she muttered silently her head lowering before snapping up and glaring at him, even though her oxygen was being cut off. "You... aren't Nate!" She blasting energy from her body in an attempt to knock her off him. Anger rushed into her body and took over, this is an impostor and she was not going to put up with it. No matter how exhausted she was from her other fight tonight, she had to fight until she couldn't anymore...

Nate let go and was pushed back by the blast. "Heh Oh I'm Nate. Just I don't have that pesky soul holding me back. This is my body, my memories, and my powers just like Jason said." He laughed. "Now how about I kill you and then him?" He asked in a somewhat quiet almost sadistic tone. He shot off like a rocket towards Hayley only to slam into a green wall.

"I know you're on this whole path to evil thing, but we're gonna need to work together." Jason said trying to close Nate in a box of green energy, but that didn't work. Nate was already on the other side of the roof. "Shit..." This wasn't gonna be easy.

"Hold him off for some time. I'll be back... I know what to do." Mystique said running and disappearing into the night. After some time she got back to the hideout and ran and grabbed the sleek black bow before running back. She got back to the roof 30 minutes after she had left holding the bow in hand. Her hood was down and her blonde hair put up in a high ponytail as she kneeled down. "Distract him while I charge this.." Hayley said as a purple arrow and string formed on/in the black bow as she took aim and charged all of her power into this one shot. She knew the risks, she'd either pass out and stay unconscious for a few days or she'd die, but none of that mattered to her, hopefully this would knock Nate out and somehow the justice league could return him to normal.

"Hey.... Wait... What are you trying to do?!" Jason asked quickly. He had Nate in a bubble of energy with multiple layers. It had taken a while for this to happen. "Hurting him won't work. The ring will regenerate any damage whatsoever. We need to keep him contained." He said quickly. "I've already called for help." He said calmly. Maybe shooting Nate would be just what they needed... But there was only one lantern. One person who could do anything right now and he wasn't here... Yet.

"This is an arrow of pure telekinetic energy in it's raw form. Its a lot of effort to do this and the arrow release all the energy into the target. The energy is not a killing thing but it is concussive and damaging." Hayley said as she continued to power up the arrow, the bow sucking all power out of her body. "Almost there, keep him contained." she said through gritted teeth. She could feel herself becoming tired and pain seemed to surge through her as she was drained.

"You dumb little... And if it doesn't work and you pass out or something?" Jason shouted as Nate began to pound threw the various layers of his container. This was frustrating. The only good part was Nate wasn't using constructs with the Black power ring. If he had this would be infinitely harder. "And even if it does work. If you pass out or Die Nate won't be happy. I won't be happy and a bunch of other people won't be happy!" He added not liking the situation he was in.
