I posted, yay. Still not feeling all that great. I slept over 12 hours today. Went to bed last night around midnight, woke up past 1pm today. I don't know what's wrong.

Mm... I ate today. Yogurt in the morning... and a hamburger for dinner. That's really it.

Tiredness, sleeping, not much appetite. That could be anything. No aches or pains? No fever?

No other physical symptoms beside a complete lack of energy.

Maybe you're just tired.

Not sure how I can be tired when I don't do much.

A number of reasons. A very common cause of being tired, and sleeping a lot is Anemia or defiences in nutrients like Potassium, an over or under active thyroid, diabetes...A blood test can diagnosis all of them.

I've had blood tests before for it. All I ever hear is 'everything's normal'.

Recently? These things can change quite quickly-particularly electrolyte balances

Last blood test was less than a month ago.
