Hayley glared at Jason. "Me and kid idiot over there? Love birds? don't make me laugh!" Hayley said laughing sarcastically. "Like that is possible. Wait were you going to say you didn't like the blonde?" Hayley said turning her glare to Nate and placing her hands on her hips.

"I was just sayin were a smokin hot red head. And blonde... Doesn't seem like it's you." Nate said before punching Jason who he hadn't seen, but knew was making faces behind him. "Heh." Jason chuckled. "Well if you two aren't together I look forward to your future exploits in the social world of teen dating." He joked a bit.

"Shit..." Hayley said with a face palm. " I forgot that before everything went down I was suppose to go on a date with someone. I probably should make it up to them. I'll have to talk to them tomorrow." Hayley said turning around and walking away from the boys. She didn't want to ruin her secret identity at school. Hayley always pretended to be a more girly girl at school who a lot of boys seemed to like and she also was one of the nicest people at the school even if she secretly was annoyed by half of them. "To let you know Nate. I'm dying it back tonight." Hayley said simply as she continued walking.

Nate stood dumbfounded as she left. She had a date? Like a Date date? "Well... Guess you two are just friends." Jason said with a small laugh. "Whatever. I can get a date too." Nate said with a huff before walking away. Jason sighed. "Idiots." He commented before going back to his bed in the infirmary. He was supposed to get tested for some stuff.

Hayley walked next to a football player from her school named Blake as they entered the newly opened theme park. She wore a black skirt with a blue tank top and a cropped jean vest over it along with a blue headband in her hair that matched the tank top and knee high black, flat boots. "I'm sorry that I missed our first date Blake. The family thing just came so fast and I forgot to tell you that I would be gone." Hayley said looking at him with a sweet smile. 'God can this be over yet, this eye makeup is bugging me! Hayley thought to herself silently with her hands clasped together in front of her, Blake's arm around her shoulder as they walked towards one of the roller coasters. Whenever she and Blake spoke for some reason she kept thinking of someone else and it was getting annoying but she didn't show it.

"Glad you could make it Nathaniel. I thought for sure you'd say no." A girl said as Nate entered the theme park with her. "Hey the way I see it. I keep telling girls I can't go out and people will start to get little ideas in there heads." He said before laughing a bit. "Still Cynthia I'm surprised. You're usually so quiet and serious. Didn't expect you to ask me out." He said with a smile too which Cynthia responded with a blush. He walked with her. She was nice, but... He couldn't see himself with her. Like in a relationship. But a date couldn't hurt right? Besides his parents weren't set to be back until the next day and he kind of had the day off after everything. They headed for the rollercoasters. He started thinking about Hayley for a second, but pushed those thoughts out of his head. Let it go dude. Focus on Cynthia and forget about Hayley for now. She's not even near you. He thought unaware of how close she actually was.

The two finally reached where Blake wanted to go. 'Great the most romantic ride.... Kill me now...' Hayley thought as she looked at the Ferris Wheel. They were currently standing in line, Blake's arm now around her waist his hand resting on her hip. He seemed to be enjoying his time here but she wasn't not one bit. Her mind kept going back to a certain white haired boy. Hayley looked around and then her saw him... With another girl... Jealously glared up inside her but she just closed her eyes and let out a sigh and went back to her conversation with Blake.

Nathaniel was calmly waiting in line with a smile on his face holding Cynthia close. He'd finally gotten Hayley out of his head for a bit. And then he saw her. And she was on a date. He poked his index finger into Cynthia's side very lightly just to get her attention. "Um... So... You sure you wanna go on the Ferris Wheel?" He asked his date in a whisper while glancing a bit at Hayley and her date. Cynthia smiled and nodded. "Uh huh. First the ferries wheel. Then a roller coaster and then the tunnel of love. Then we can go on whatever ride you want!" Cynthia said aloud in a rather excited tone. Nathaniel froze up a bit. Well. It wasn't like he could say no. "Right." He said with a smile trying to ignore any jealous feelings he held toward the fact that Hayley was right there on a date.

Hayley ignored him as they were let onto the Ferris Wheel. It continued normally until the top. Blake leaned in and kissed her. She didn't kiss back and she just stayed still until it was over. He finally stopped kissing her and just put his arm around her shoulder pulling her close. 'I can't do this. I have to stop this date as soon as we are down there.' Hayley thought nodding to herself silently.

While they were on the Ferris Wheel Nathaniel could tell Cynthia was sending signals for him to kiss her. Still he kind of couldn't do it. He wasn't sure really. He looked out for a second as the ferris wheel moved and caught a glimpse of Hayley. Her date was kissing her. And she didn't stop him either. Whatever. It wasn't Nate's business. He had his own date anyway. He pulled Cynthia closer and smiled before kissing her. She was sure happy about it. He... Just wasn't all that into it.

Hayley had seen Nate pull the girl into him so he could kiss her. It hurt in a way she couldn't understand. Yeah he probably saw Blake kiss her but that was the thing. He kissed her and she didn't kiss him back. She didn't initiate the kiss. She ignored it and just stayed where she was until they got of. Blake tried to kiss her again but this time she stopped him. "Look Blake, you're a nice guy and all I just don't like you that way sorry. I think I'm going to head home now." Hayley said as she turned and began to walk away but was stopped by Blake grabbing her wrist and pulling her back. "Seriously. You're ditching me. I don't get ditched, I ditch." Blake said annoyed. "I'm not ditching you Blake please just let me go." Hayley said acting weak but she honestly was struggling not to punch him in the jaw or maybe where the sun don't shine. "No. Lets go to the tunnel of love Hayley." Blake said trying to pull her put she didn't budge. "Blake stop and just freaking let me go or else!" Hayley said in a demanding tone no longer acting as weak. "Or what? You couldn't do anything!" Blake exclaimed. Hayley's fist clenched and a flash of desire went through her eyes as they gained a small purple tint in them. Her powers just wanting out. She didn't know how much longer she could handle it.

After the kiss when the Wheel started coming back down he sighed. Cynthia asked what was wrong and he paused for a moment. Finally he spoke and apologized to her. He told her he couldn't be more than a friend to her and apologized again. She said she understood, but she looked like she wanted to cry. That kind of made him cave a bit. He said there was no reason they couldn't hang out as friends and go on a few more rides before he brought her home. She smiled a bit and agreed as they exited the Ferris Wheel. Then he say something he really didn't like. He stormed off towards Blake and Hayley with Cynthia in tow as she didn't want to get separated. For a moment he'd forgotten about her in fact.

"Hey buddy. You really... Really might wanna consider letting her go." Nathaniel said as he placed his hand on Blake's shoulder and squeezed pulling him so he turned enough to face the young off duty hero. "Because if you don't I guarantee you'll go home wishing you had." He threatened with a serious expression on his face. It wasn't like Nate to be so serious.

Blake and Hayley both glared at Nate. Hayley with pure anger and Blake with annoyance but Nate caused Blake to let go of Hayley and fully turn towards him. "Look Buddy. Mind your own business. My lady and I were talking." Hayley clenched her fist and growled slightly turning Blake around and punching his nose at full force, "Get it through your thick skull, I'm not YOURS!" Hayley then turned on her heel and stormed off. Blake held his nose in pain, "That crazy bitch. Oh the whole school is so going to hear about how crazy that bitch is...." Blake muttered forgetting Nate and Cynthia were behind him.

Nate grit his teeth hearing what Blake said, but he didn't have time to teach the dude a lesson. "Stay here." He ordered Cynthia before running off after Hayley. "Hey wait!" He called out. They needed to talk. Seriously they did.

"Yeah right. Like I'd wait for someone like you!" Hayley said gritting her teeth. She still couldn't place the feeling she felt in her chest but she hated it and it definitely had to do with Nate.
(What if Blake and Cynthia hit it off and ditched the two they originally went with haha XD)

Nate sighed and looked around quickly. "Alright. Fine. Don't wait." He said as he took a second where nobody was looking and sped his way in front of her. He stopped looking directly at her. "We need to talk."

(I think no only for the reason that Blake was being a dick and she saw. XD)

Hayley glared at him, "Ok. Don't use your powers in public! There we talked. Happy?" Hayley said crossing her arms over her chest and leaning on one leg.

Nate facepalmed. "You're so annoying sometimes. I'm trying to be serious here and have a real conversation with you." He said as he ran his fingers through his hair. "Why are you so mad at me anyway? I didn't do anything wrong." He said quickly a bit defensive even though there wasn't anything to defend against yet.
