OOC
Bombs raining from the sky
As little Johnny begins to cry
Next door Mrs Jones sits in fear
All she can do is shed a tear
Her husband has gone to war.

The bombs were not the killer, radiation was the killer. Entire sections of the city underground protected people from the blast waves in the city of London, only those Wealthy enough or deemed Important were allowed into bunkers. No, the bombs did not kill people. Aristocracy did. As people ventured out from hiding into the streets many knew they were dead, they did what they could and began to rebuild. Some of them survived by finding Anti-Radiation meds or simply being lucky and on the outskirts or out of the cities themselves. However eventually the cities drew people in as hundreds of years went past and radiation levels decreased, it was where all routes led to anyway not to mention the rumors constantly going that the city was always better. Life in the city was good, life in the city was perfect.

Life in the city was a lie, for an Empire to grow servants and slaves are needed to be the building blocks. The radio broadcasts were orchestrated, everything was orchestrated. Eventually they ventured forth from their Vault, the royals. The nobles. They had health on their side, training and most importantly the equipment. Leaving the city was no tan option and fighting was not an option. Even now they oppress those beneath them in a bid to grow their Empire.
So I'm going to try something a bit different.

Fallout, Tick.
Not America, Tick.
Rebellion, Tick.

The Royals themselves will be NPCs however I will allow some "devout" followers to be PCs in the chance that as the roleplay progresses you might see the error off your ways. Everyone else? You're worse than the dirt underneath King Henry the Tenths fingernails. You do as you're told and live in squalor, but it is all that your family has known for generations. You are born and raised to fulfill certain roles scared by the stories of the Paladins to do anything else. However when the Rebellion starts to grow, you will have to chose what side you are on.

I will take assistance on Animals and Weaponry off course. Rebellion will have very basic kit, hand made stuff or old rifles whereas the Crown will possess all the good weapons, power armour and even vehicles.

Who is interested?

Oh, a rather interesting spin on things. What would the position of mutants be?- I do apologize for immediately jumping into questioning, but I am fairly interested and thus curious!

Good question dear sir.

Ghoulish like creatures will be put down, they're not off use and will be an abomination.

Super Mutants such as the big green guys will be seen as inferior and put to hard labor under the worst conditions, not to mention will be used as cannon fodder in skirmishes with their ability to take quite a few hits before they get close enough to go in for the melee.

Safe to say, both like the humans neither of them will really like the Monarchy.

Ah, Thank you. That does make sense, I suppose. The next questions will likely be regarding factions, such as the Brotherhood/Enclave/Slavers/etc. and their prevalence alongside the monarchy

1. Brotherhood of Steel is more of an American thing. There won't be a British version simply because the Monarchy controls all the high tech sweepstakes.
2. Enclave again is more of an American thing so it won't really play a major role as they have their own problems with the Brotherhood of Steel, NCR and other factions.
3. There will be our own little version of slavers. Largely outside of the city bringing people in and handing them over for supplies, as the Monarchy put a halt to any kind of "unofficial" currency in a bid to regulate it to exert more power, however this currency is barely used inside the city and is useless out off it so they trade for supplies.

Factions outside of the city will be limited, simply to due to the lack of disaster shelters and all the rumors and broadcasts still being transmitted from the Capital, while the net of the Monarchy will let people in they're not going to let you out. At the end of the day this is a world away from all the events that have happened in the games, I'm not saying there won't be factions outside there will be and once the Rebellion gains momentum maybe these outside factions will begin to play a bigger part.

Interest is interesting.

With 5+ Me I'd say that is an acceptable number and will start working on the OOC.

If any of you guys have any idea for some nice mutated animals you want in, now is the time to begin planning them out.

If you got an idea for something, write it up. I've actually had a harder time finding nice looking mutated things. I might have Brahmin but under a different name, as they are just mutated Cows.
