Would anyone be interested in that? I'm basically just wanting to make an RP about a group of high school students who don't know each other at all, but they all get trapped in a room together in an effort to hide from a student shooting up the school. They're all very different from each other but must learn to like each other and stick together in order to make it out alive.

I agree 100%. It would mostly be based around the students in hiding. and it would be very suspenseful.

Awesome. Gunna have to tap into my past self, try to get motivation to do this. Make a plan, order some stuff, figure out how demented/sympathetic I want to try to play myself off as.

I'm not sure where you would really go with this, to be honest. I mean it's not a setting that's going to last for any real length of time, the shooting would last for like tops a half hour or so until the shooter was either stopped or had killed everyone.
I dunno, it feels to me like if you wanted to explore the niche of "regular people thrust into a dangerous situation", then you'd be better off with some sort of apocalypse RP. It would have the same impact on the characters, be less offensive to people, and be a setting that won't have a very limited time frame.

The idea of course would have to be more expanded on, perhaps done in a more sophisticated fashion. Perhaps more along the lines of a murder-mystery wherein children are getting kill at the school, requiring fast action from local authorities as well as the soon-to-be victims to figure out who is the real killer. Which probably means I shouldn't play as the shooter, since that automatically ousts me as the culprit. Or it could take on a fairly more average highschool-based RP with the sudden incursion of a murderous gunner just to shake things up. People die, it happens to be at a school, victims are whoever happens to be in the path of the bullet. Not the most original idea, but something that could be worked off of.
