Personality: James is brutal, sinister, manipulative, and cruel. His lessons are some of the harshest in the school, and some students have even died among his courses. Only those who believe they can take it join his course, but they tend to come out as experts on the field of Survival. James enjoys pain, death, and suffering, just like his many kin, and he additionally has a fascination with human organs and insides, leading to his disturbing habit of cutting them open and analyzing them. However, he was taken up by the school in a world where his kind is despised and hated, and thus James has devoted himself to the school, He loves the school and his students with a passion, and would gladly die for the safety of the school.
Powers*keep it reasonable*: As an undead, James can only be killed by destroying his brain. Furthermore, he's modified his body in many ways, making him far faster and stronger than the average human being, Most diseases and poisons don't affect him, he can breathe underwater, he doesn't feel pain, and he can sense the life energy of living beings. Well, James has never had much of a connection with his kin. However, his past is unknown. Perhaps he once served this very dark lord, or some evil master like him. However, I believe the greater issue will be how the others react to having an undead possible spy in their midst.

MMmm, I somewhat feel like he could be considered OP, though his powers make sense for what he is,and he is a teacher so idk...

Fine by me. The basic idea is that he's really hard to kill. However, his disadvantage is not a physical one. As an undead, he'll be under major suspicion. If there's a spy, he'll be the first one thrown out. Chances are that he'll be thrown out, beaten up, abused, accused of treason, maybe even locked away. And he certainly isn't going to get anyone's cooperation.

So when will the IC be up?

We have a LOT of players, so fast. When I last checked it was just me and somebody else. Well, I'll have to try my best to memorize everyone and keep track. This'll be fun.

I know, right? It's going to be a whole bunch of work just remembering who everyone is.

i'm glad people found this interesting enough, I thought it might be too unoriginal...

Nonsense. I've been looking for a nice, calm-paced Medieval-esque fantasy RP for a while. This seems to fit the bill quite nicely. And I'm glad it doesn't involve just one liners, or there's no limit on wordcount (is there? <<") I love to write, as you can see, and thank you for commenting on the description, haha. ^^" But yeah. This kind of RP actually can always be open. I mean, new admissions file in like wildfire. And apparently, students die on a certain teacher's course, so...we'd love to fill in student/teacher spaces. Maybe make a list of characters, divided into students and teachers so we have a healthy ratio? Would be sad if we had more staff than pupils, in my opinion.
