Alex sighed. What was he going to do? What could they do? They were basically sitting ducks. At least the apartment was protected. It wasn't like they could have a full on attack without some serious battle strategy from the others.

Leon wasn't sure entirely what to do at this point. Was there anything either of them could do without being in danger? Would they be looking over their shoulders for the rest of their lives? Which, in this case, was forever.

Leon turned and looked at Avery. 'Nothing really. Just thinking. Why? Is something wrong?' He asked, automatically jumping to the worst case scenario. Was this going to be his life from now on?

She looked at him and said "your still awake. And you need sleep too" she got up and headed for the bedroom and said "I'll be in the bedroom if you need me" she went into the room and dropped onto the bed, out in moments, not bothering with the covers

Leon shook his head and sighed. He doubted he would sleep. He was thinking about that as he did, finally, nod off. He couldn't resist any longer. It had been a long day for him, and he was exhausted, so he allowed himself to sleep.

The next morning Leon would wake up to the sound of a coffee maker and something hitting something soft but heavy. Avery was on the balcony, hitting a punching bag. She was wearing a tank top and sweats, any skin he would see would have scars and new tissue markings. She hit the bag again, looking a lot better then the night before

Leon could hear several things at the same time. He was groggy so he made no sense of it at first, but when he actually woke up properly, the smell of coffee having hit his nose, he made sense of it all. Avery had obviously put the coffee maker on, before training. She had the strength of a whole army, that one. He couldn't help but realise that she was strong-willed. It was something he admired in anyone, and found even more admirable among women, because of how often men thought they were better.

Leon stood up, but did so a little too quickly. He stood still until the head-rush passed. The dizziness, followed by the few seconds of blindness were nothing other than annoying.

Avery yelled randomly and kicked the bag, breaking it and sending it off the balcony. She sighed, panting. "Dang it...not again..." She went to the closet on the outside and pulled out a new punching bag and hanging it up

Avery raised an eyebrow and said "Fighting you would be...unwise. I could kill you" She hung the bag up and started hitting it again, saying "Coffee should be ready. Help yourself"

Avery smiled and went on hitting the bags. After a bit she walked back inside, a towel around her neck and wiping the sweat off. She went to the kitchen to get water then said "So now what do we do? Put up interested posters?"

Avery nodded and said "Let me clean up then we can head out..." She headed into the bathroom and shut the door. After an hour she walked back out and was all ready to go. She walked over to him and said "Where to? We better take my way of travelng"
