Alexa opened the note and read it out loud. "Can you let us catch up? -Liam." She looked over to Chuck.

"Well, there is a Pokémon Center near the mountain, we can wait for them there." he said.

"Alright," she muttered, waiting for Chuck to lead the way.

"I'll be fine," Alexa said to Chuck. She was still a little tired, however.

"We can rest at the Pokémon Center, we're almost there." he said, pointing it out to her.

"Alright," she muttered, trying to put on a brave face.

He kissed her cheek and got in front of her, crouching down. "Hop on." he said.

Tailow flew back to Liam and tried to deliver the message. She perched on Liam's arm. She pointed to Mt Moon with one wing then pointed to the city's Pokemon Center. "They will be waiting at the Center just outside Mt Moon?" Tailow nodded. Liam thanked her. "Good job Tailow." Liam praised. "Well, lets go catch up Shiranui" Liam said.

Alexa hopped on, smiling. "You sure?" she asked.

"Of course." he said, picking her up and carrying her the rest of the way.

"Thanks!" Alexa said, her spirits raised. She got off his back at the Pokemon Center and walked in.

He followed her in and healed his Pokémon, sitting with her.

Alexa smiled at Nurse Joy, then at Chuck. "Finally, a break," she muttered, rather tired.

"You wanna go upstairs for a nap then?" he asked.

"I'm good..." she yawned. Alexa's eyelids began to close, but she wouldn't let herself fall asleep.

"Go to bed." he said, holding her hand. "You need a nap."

Along the way Liam trained his pokemon. Wurmple evolved during this training into Silcoon.

"Silcoon, the cocoon Pokemon and an evolved form of Wurmple. It wraps silk around the branches of a tree. It drinks rainwater on its silk while awaiting evolution. Its hard cocoon repels attacks."

Liam had also fought multiple Pidgey as well as to occasional Geodude or Ratatta.

"Pidgey, the Tiny Bird Pokemon. A common sight in forests and woods. It flaps its wings at ground level to kick up blinding sand."

"Fine..." Alexa grumbled, walking upstairs where she could sleep. She was glad she could get a little rest before heading out again.

He followed her up to the room.
