Hello fellow Guilders.

So I have played/currently play Dark Souls and I like the lore of the game. The setting is extremely nice and the grim atmosphere of both the "dungeons" and the enemies is very drawing in.

Since I haven't finished the game actually (as of yet, I am stuck at Manus ((DLC)) and have to kill both the Four Kings and Seath), I am trying to add my own twists to it and make a non-cannon story somewhere FAR AWAY from Lordran, so no running around busting Ornstein's and Smough's butt, EASY MODO!

My thoughts on the story were a group of travellers (the group of players, or the player, if not enough apply) that escort a soon to be Firekeeper. On the way, they are disturbed by a group of bandits that wish nothing more than the valuables of the group and the soul of the Firekeeper.

Any interests? Ideas? Feel free to discuss things with me.

A Dark Souls style dealio would be awesome! I picked up the game during Steam's winter sale, but I can't say I'm all that familiar with the lore beyond "you're dead go die more" so I'll make sure to do some reading before hand.
