So are all of us North and South American countries going to take part in the conference? I remember there was some talk of not letting Mexico play for working with GB and France.

Well, everyone seems to forget Romania in this RP.Edit: I just skimmed through the last couple pages of IC (until everyone and their brother began to declare war on one another) and from what I can tell, non of the Eighth Coalition members ever declared war on them. The only thing I saw was Romania declaring "I stand by my Ottoman allies in their time of need as they stand against the aggressors in a conflict which needn't have occurred. To both Prussia and it's cohorts I shall say naught but this, may you soon see the error of your ways". And at that point, only Greece and Prussia had declared war.


Just read this haha, the way I see things I declared to stand by the Ottomans who were being wrongly attacked and so anyone who declared war on them I was also technically declaring war on xD I just didn't IC post like ten responses cause I didn't think anyone'd care too much (also not included was my renouncement of the treaty of Odessa on the grounds that I had treaties with both Russia and the Ottomans and could not stand at the side of the aggressors)
