Cammy smiled softly as she listened to her two friends, grabbing a cookie from the offered bag and nibbling it. When Tai mentioned her parents the blonde leaned over a little to look out the window. She smiled a bit and nodded. "My brother dropped me off. He didn't stay to see me on the train." She then leaned back and listened to her friends. "You're not really going to do her homework -again-...?" She asked Tai before Sylvia gave it to her. She sighed a little and shook her head, "I swear, one day we're not going to be around to do your work for you, you know?" She turned to the page she last stopped on, 147, and continued where she left off. "I hope Charms isn't too bad this year..." she commented, lamenting her least favorite subject.

The train ride really didn't take that long, surprisingly - the journey from New York to Massachusetts apparently wasn't that long by train. Still, they reached their destination in a flurry of steam and with a shrill ring of a whistle, the Salem Academy students were allowed to disembark. The luggage didn't have to be dealt with; thankfully. Instead, like every year, it would be loaded onto carts and carried up to the school.

Much like the Zephyr, Salem liked to stray from the typical traditional qualities of the wizarding world and branch out into Muggle technology. So, whenever all the students were loaded off the train, they were guided towards an array of large, open-air carts that used a pulley system to close the height distance between them and the academy. Unlike the Zephyr, the school liked to show off wizards incapacity to replicate Muggle technology perfectly.

The carts would have gave even the bravest of people some serious nausea as it made its rickety way up the hill. It was following tracks of course, but it shook that much that one would think it was driving itself.

Ailsa hadn't particularly interacted much with the other populace of her cart in the train, so as soon as humanly possible, she left their company and returned to company she was fine with - herself. Letting out a satisfied sigh, she tapped her fingers mindlessly on her legs and closed her eyes to block out the images of the cart. There was very few things in this world that Ailsa Carrow is afraid of but poorly designed Muggle transport was definitely one of them. That's the primary reason why she hid herself in a corner - she would be properly embarrassed if Tai found her like this.

Lamont had let the younger boys go on without him. He was sure to find his friends again now that they were all disembarking from the train and making their way up to the school. He filled out of the train car with the rest of the student body, feeling his large tomcat padding along heavily beside him in the crowd of students all mingling and moving about on their way to the carts that would move them up to the school buildings. He wasn't looking forward to ridding in those, but he'd managed for the last few years just fine, he could do it again.

It was easy for him to look around to find some other friends, him being taller than at least sixty percent of the schools population. His brown eyes scanned the crowds looking for familiar faces, or in some cases, familiar tops of heads, though that wasn't quite as common. "You smell anyone yet, Mister?" he asked of his cat who made no reply aside from bumping against his leg for a step. "Yeah, well you're never any help are you."

Sylvia had shouldered her bag again before the hiss of the trains breaks had stopped. She was excited to be back at school again and even more so to be off the train even if it was a very shirt ride from New York to there. It was just nice to be free to move without worrying about the ground you were standing on suddenly stopping for some reason. That was the worst thing about trains. She couldn't wait until she was old enough to be allowed to fly everywhere on her own. That sounded so much more exciting.

She chattered on, mostly to herself as they all pilled out of the train, still eating what cookies were left as they made their way through everyone else. "I hope that dinner's good tonight, I'm surprisingly hungry."

"Ah The Alma matter"

Aella chatted with Lacey most of the trip and even gave her the number to her private cell before Lacey had to disembark.

"Ah the old Alma matter, goddess this takes me back. says Aella as she stares out the window.

Lacey laughs softly as she gathers up her books then says "It was a pleasure talking with you Aella and I can't wait for your next album"

Aella turns an hugs Lacey "No worries love I'll see to it that you receive a first print and tickets to the concert.

"Oh. That's too much Aella you really don't have to." protests Lacey

Aella simply laughs an pushes Lacey out into the passageway.

Lacey disembarks the train and heads for the cable trolley. She climbs aboard and is happy to. See the other three people she'll share with are smiling at her, she believes them to be friendly. What Lacey fails to notice is that they are looking at a badge pinned to her uniform that says "Enchantress"

It was pinned on her by Aella before she left the train and is the badge of a special member of the Arcane Fan Club. The badge is made of gold with Enchantress done in a silver inlay, on either side of the title are sexy witch silhouettes in bowing poses.

Blissfully unaware of being so claimed Lacey enjoys the ride up to the school.
