Still breathing, real life has just been quite the roller coaster lately: having moved and semester-start can really suck the energy out of you (and destroy both your liver and quite a few braincells...).

Hmm...

I think the best thing that can probably happen is a little timeskip/Captain Commander going 'Alright, Fuck off, The Hakudo Tournament is on break/Over for the day/ w.e.'

That way, all the people who are currently unable to do things can do..well...things.

If any of you read my last post... it is about to finish for the day....

Most of the GM crew is busy irl, so bare with us. It's hard to coordinate and write up a collab when 3 of 4 members involved are afk.

That said, there is no reason your characters can't continue to interact in the meantime...

The key phrase in your post was 'coming to an end.' which implies it is, in fact, not. Nearly over could mean 1 more match, or it could mean an announcement or something.

I will rephrase then.

Until, we hear from Grim, Riddle, and Ever. Or any combination of the aforementioned, the tourney will be on. If you guys all want the first day under wraps that badly, it'll be up to you guys to collectively do so via posts ic. It is after all merely a means to get us all in one place. Thus, is by no means a nessecity anymore.

I just won't end it, because in doing so, i'll be altering a game plan the others and I have already agreed upon.

To be ever more blunt. My hands are tied, so if you want some sort of immediate progression, jump start it as opposed to contantly complaining about our unfortunate delay.

This goes out to everyone, as a general message by the way. <3

I understand it's supposed to be a mean of drawing everyone into the same place but I think the problem is:

It didn't work. There's red tape around the GM characters regarding when and who you can interact with due to the requirement of collabs and etc.

Which is why LimeyPanda is getting restless.

^ I don't see how. It's not like we locked them in boxes, if you want to interact just put your chara next to one of our's. The collabs were primarily just for the fights. No one ever said you have to collab with us in order to interact.

We only asked that you do so when engaged in pvp combat.

There are no requirements, You all didn't even have to attend the tournament. If memory serves me correctly, not everyone even is.

So, i see that as an excuse.

I wouldn't say that I'm restless, just that I am at a point in which, without some outside change, it would make little sense for my character to move from her current spot.

Well, this is what I'm going to do.

Zume is going to leave the tournament for the moment, which will allow Akiko to either follow him or stay behind to watch the tournament. I see no reason for him to remain (and neither would Zume for reasons that I'll reveal in my post). In fact, Limey, if you want Akiko to follow him you could retcon her joining the tournament (as she was late) or say that her battle was to be tomorrow or much later (or something).

Not entirely accurate Xan. Reason being that your example just now applies to any character. You can't interact with someone's character unless they are around to reply. You can have your character initiate interaction, but the reply requires the other player, unless you plan to godmod their character by dictating their responses.

So it's not that any given character has been trapped because of the tournament. In fact, if they are stuck it is their own fault for entering the tournament as such was done via their own free will/choice, not because it was required as it wasn't,

We'd have to collab that scenario because, I NEVER SPECIFIED WHAT MR. ZIGGY'S PERSONALITY WAS LIKE IN MY CS.

How'd you intend to interact with a character that no one except for myself has any real info about? You could have interacted with Ueru with ease, no collab needed. However, the second you brought Mr. Ziggy, a secondary [NPC character, into it, you put yourself in that situation. The choice was entirely yours, whether or not you thought that decision through is on you.

I'm going to ask that any further inquiries you have about this be moved to either a PM or Skype. As this particular scenario seems to be more of a personal dispute as opposed to a group concern.

Who would've thought there will be problems over MR. ZIGGY out of all characters? :3

Oh, yeah. I'm alive. My skype will be fixed today, so look forward to seeing me back in action. It's been a roller-coaster on this side of the road (searching for a job, planning to move).
