Attention Guild Members. I am coming to you to help save a life.

Please click this link

This is my friend. She is a wonderful person, a loving mother and a good friend. Her children NEED her in their lives. She is their only parent.
Please. Please help me save her life.

If you can't donate (I completely understand if you can't) I am asking, no, begging you to please share this link as much as you can. Facebook, Tumblr, Tweeting, YouTube, Anything. Spread the word about her.

She needs this operation to SAVE HER LIFE. If she doesn't get it, SHE WILL DIE.

Please, help me. If this community bands together to get the word out, I think we can do it. We can save her life and let three small children keep their mother.

Okay, the Mayo Clinic (where my friend needs to go to have the operation that could save her life) has give us a deadline : Oct 20th.

We are at $425 of the $6000 we need.

Keep sharing and getting the word out! We can do this! We can save her!

Thank you Magic Magnum. I appreciate anything that can be done to share this with as many people as possible.

We are up to $480. Still working on fliers to pass around at my job. They will give a run down of some of her conditions and the link to the gofundme page along with the request that if you can't donate, share.

That is all I ask of each and every one of you who have taken the time to read this:

Sharing my friend's story with as many people as you can starts a chain reaction. More and more people learn about it and share with more people who either donate or share with more people who can donate. With each person you share this with, you are helping to save the life of a 25 year old single mother. You are helping three small children keep their mother, who is their only parent, in their lives. You are helping my friend live to see her children grow up.

You have become a part of her story now.

Up to $490. Have a little under a month to get the rest of the money.
Not going to lie, not feeling very encouraged today. Every waking moment I am not at work or sleeping I am spending on trying to help me friend, but I feel like I am failing.

It's awful that the health system works like this. If only everyone in the entire country donated just a tiny bit, it'd pay for everyone's healthcare.

Health care is a luxury, not a right. Luxuries you pay for yourself.

Agreed, Canada already proves that.
Though admittedly we currently do need to open a few new hospitals, it get's crowded at times.

Revans Exile said Health care is a luxury, not a right.


Once a civilization reaches certain thresholds there are certain luxuries (food, water, shelter etc.) that become rights.
And a country simply going "Your health care is a luxury" when it's already been proven that government health care is more beneficial for everyone as a whole, including the nation are quite simply admitting to be not as advanced as their neighbours because they'd rather have a couple extra dollars in their pocket (which will go away anyways once their medical issues pop up).
