Now some questions we should get out of the way:..

> What do we do about Rory? I love that poor guy but personally I'd rather have him not exist than get his heart broken.

> Do we want Ten to crash into Amy's past like Eleven had done or do we want them to meet an entirely new way (ex: Smith and Jones, Partners in Crime etc)?

> For Nine and Rose, do we want to start from the beginning or do something in the middle of canon to just keep extending his "season" of sorts? I do have a large stockpile of Nine x Rose plots, I could always find out where I've buried them if you wanted to take a look.

-Smith and Jones way might be best. She could meet him in the future, perhaps in between Asylum of The Daleks and Dinosaurs on a spaceship, when she's on Earht. I imagine the Ponds exploring and looking out for any mysterious (and remotely alien) occurrences when the Doctor's not around, as if they're hoping to find him. Amy might have been exploring something she shouldn't have (Not unusual for her) and ran into a Police Box, and Ten. -We could just say Rory was away, or busy, and then have Amy and the Doctor caught in the middle of something, what Rory doesn't know, won't hurt him. But The Doctor might erase both Amy's and his own memories, as to keep time lines intact, and so she can go back to normal life of waiting.-I was thinking midddleish. After the Slitheen, but before they meet Jack. We could throw them in any old plot really, just no Daleks or Cybermen, as to keep continuity. A quick peek could help, but if you can't find it then no worries.- I can't say I know how long each will rp will need to be. Once we got a plot that should become more clear, but at the moment, it's however long we need it to be. My posts should range in size from 2- 8 paragraphs. I hope that's sufficient. I can't wait to start this bad boy!

I was assuming that Amy had never met a Doctor at all (kind of ignoring canons events with Eleven at all and just starting her in a new situation with Ten rather than Eleven) because if we continued where Daleks Take Manhattan, that would change things drastically. At least for me if Amy not only met Eleven but then Ten, and then we'd have to assume he's crossing his own "future" timeline which I dunno might complicate things?

And before Nine and Rose meet Jack is fine by me, and even when they do, he could leave and return as desired, he could always snag himself another time wrist thing (the name escapes me presently).

And 2-8 per role suits me just me.

Oh, OK. I actually like that plan with Amy better, doesn't write us into a box. We could easily just say Rory''s away or something. It would be interesting to see how Amy would react if it had been Ten she'd met instead of eleven, so having him just crash into her life would be the best bet.

Alright, so Nine and Rose is settled, and Ten and Amy is getting there. Are we missing any details?

If we have Rory away or put him with someone else, that works for me. It depends how you want to write Amy in regard to him. (I always thought he liked her a bit more than she liked him) So if we want them to just be friends or something, that's fine by me. The whole love triangle put me off starting with Doctor x Rose x Mickey and I just felt bad for the third wheel most of the time. (though I'm so glad Rory x Amy got a validated connection in the end) /rambles

So it may be best if we figure out some episodes/plots we'd like to redo or return to with our newly established pairs, that way it might help us get a rough but good enough direction to go in.

Yeah, that'd be good. Perhaps, since she never met the Doctor, Amy had more ambition in life. Instead of spending her life waiting, she went on and became a successful journalist at an early age, living life for the here and now. And since,supposedly, Rory became a nurse to make up for the Doctor Amy never had, maybe he'd live his life for the present too, and not in hopes of one day wooing Amy. But that 's just me spit-balling here.

As for plots and such, well I suppose it comes down to what monsters you wanna face. There's definitely more too it than that, but the monsters and locations are the two things that should be decided on first. I'm partial to Zygons, weeping angels, and vashta nerada myself.

I would love to see Amy more ambitious (and not seeing shrinks) and to have Rory have a life of his own outside of his obsession for Amy, granted we'll say it's just platonic. So Rory is a nurse and busy working, probably dating someone since he seems to enjoy the prospect of settling down and having a family where I could assume Amy is all about work and reporting and traveling around. I like you idea. *nods*

I'd love to deal with the Weeping Angels. I was always letdown that Rose never got to deal with them. Assuming we're doing for Nine x Rose post Father's Day but pre-Empty Child, we could do something with the Weeping Angels for sure. I don't have much knowledge about the Zygons so I'm not sure how well I'd be at working with them. But we could easily do the two parter with Amy and Ten with the Vashta Nerada. That could be fun. Minus River of course. >_>

Sure we can do some quick CS if you'd like, it could help us figure out what has happened to up to the start of the RP, in terms of events as well as episodes (well for Nine x Rose anyway). So to keep it short and to the point could be good. And then we'll figure out "how" to start exactly since I still think it's a bit fuzzy but yeah, I'm ready to go when you are.

Appearance:
The ninth Doctor had a dark look to him. His eyes were striking, an icy blue color, and his face was more hardened and rough than most of his predecesors. This incarnation was notable for his conspicuous ears, a feature which he is vocally unhappy with. His hair, on the other hand, is much less abundent than other incarnations of him self, being light brown with a receding hair line.

His clothing was also much darker, and rather sleek. A simple dark colored jumper (In dark greens, reds, and purple.) was worn under a long black leather jacket. The jacket has been compared to that of a World War II era U-boat captain, and is similar in design to the waist coat worn by his previous body. Bellow the waist, he wears a simple pair of dark trousers and black leather boots. The darker dress of the ninth Doctor can be attributed to his darker personality.

Personality:
The ninth Doctor was born in fire and war, as he died believing he had caused the Death of the Time Lords. He used sharp wit and the occasional quip to burry this guilt, causing this pain to eat at him more and more. Nevertheless, he continued qto travel the universe and save lives, perhaps to atone for the lives lost on Galifrey. His anger and sorrow, however, fueled his actions and made him more reckless and deadly.

If there's anything that can keep him grounded and stable, it's Rose. She even has kept him from making a choice he'll regret, such as killing the lone Dalek. His care for her surpases the care for himself, allowing her to take command essentially. Anything Rose says goes, anything she wants she will have. And he will never let anyone harm her, even if it involves lying to her.

Aside from his devil may care personality, the ninth Doctor was surprisingly alert and able. His command of the TARDIS was much better than that of other versions of himself, being able to land exactly when and where he intended. He was also much more assertive, and never took no for an answer. But that's not to say he is always stern and serious. He's allowed himself to get giddy, such as when he met Charles Dickens, and can be filled with joy despite his stoic nature. Still, this is perhaps one of the Doctor's darker personas.

Biography
At the end of the Last Great Time War, The Doctor used a moment to destroy both the Time Lords and Daleks. Or so he thought, The War Doctor met two of his future regenerations and companion, Clara. This combination gave the Doctors an idea to save Galifrey, one which involved all 13 versions of the Time Lord. This plan instead saved Galifrey and had it sealed safe, in a bubble universe. But to secure the timeline, this was wiped from his memory. The War Doctor regenerated due from old age and to save the time line. This resulted in him believing Galifrey was lost.

At the beginning of his life, The Doctor was enraged and saddened. Shortly after this regeneration he found his way to Earth and met Rose Tyler. Rose worked in a shop , or did until The Doctor destroyed it to kill the Autons found there. Rose had little in the way of ambition, she was just a lower class girl wanting to make ends meet. Until this stranger blew into her life. In her search for this Doctor, they eventually crossed paths several times. Together they defeated the Nestene Consciousness and saved humanity from the terror of the Autons.

When asked to travel with him, Rose refused and the Doctor left. He went on several adventures alone, and traveled for quite some time, until he met Ali; an Alien from Karkinos. Ali first met the Doctor at a family picnic, one attacked by a Starman. Later in her life, he met him again, and the two chased the Starman to Babylon, Earth. Once defeated, he returned Ali to her home planet, where she convinced him to go back for Rose. He returned and mentioned the TARDIS also traveled in time. She kissed her then boyfriend goodbye and left to see the stars. And they've been running ever since.

No problem, I had to head off to dentist and after that I was incapacitated for a bit but now the week is over and I'm back to my senses, midterm over and conquered~!

Rose is a petite young blond, roughly 20 years in age.

[center]She tends to have a wild fashion sense, having worked in the shops for several years after dropping out of university for a boy. She lives in a small flat with her mother, Jackie Tyler. Her father died when she was just a baby and her mother hasn't found a man to settle down with since. Rose and Jackie are content together and are often found in the company of Rose's casual boyfriend, Mickey. Rose and Mickey go back a long way but they haven't done anything too serious, they tend to keep their relationship carefree and light. Rose worked as a shop girl, tending to customers, ringing up sales and sorting clothes.

In her spare time, she and her co-workers bought lottery tickets in hopes of winning it big and not having to work anymore.

Rose is a kind individual but has lacked real ambition to do anything new to her life. She likes things that don't change. She has a routine set and doesn't mind just going through the ups and downs on life. She hasn't yet found her passion. This all changed when she met a man called the Doctor while she finished up her shift at work. Before she knew what had happened, the whole rooftop exploded and she had to figure out where she could work despite having a lackluster resume.

The following day, she ran into the Doctor once more and something sparked inside of her. She was determined to learn more about the mysterious man so she followed him and was told about a whole other world outside of her tiny bubble.

The two ended up crossing paths for a third time in which he saved her from the Plastics. She was then shown his Time And Relative Dimension In Space but before she could even soak up the new insights and possibilities, they had to finish saving the world from the Plastics. Rose was glad to see Mickey was still safe from harm and while he wanted to get as far as away as possible, the blond couldn't just leave the Doctor behind. So she thought on her feet and jumped into the fray, quite literally, to save him. Once it had ended, Rose was given an offer to travel with the alien.

She knew Mickey would need her, so despite having no real plan, she turned the Doctor down who vanished right in front of her.

But less than a minute later, he returned to her and gave her another chance and this time she decided to take it. She kissed Mickey goodbye and hurried into the TARDIS. The two ended up seeing the Earth explode, then they met Charles Dickens and then went back to London to save the world from aliens. And then they discovered and fought a long time enemy of the Time Lords and got another companion named Adam. Adam went with them to a space station which was cheating and lying to those who worked for it but Adam ended up betraying Rose and the Doctor so they dropped him off back home. Then they went back to see her father, who Rose attempted to save but ultimately lost again. And now they're back to traveling through time and space together, with Rose discovering that she feels more alive in space, than she ever did in her small flat back on Earth.
