Viral was not sure how long ago the Kaesstrian was around in these areas but it was certain that they weren’t around anymore. There was always going to be the danger of accidentally ambushing one of them and nearly killing them if Yumi reacted quick enough, but he did trust Yumi to have some restraint when it came to hunting. If she just fired straight in and threw her spear at anything that moved then there was going to be trouble directed right towards her with him having to take the blame for it. Anything bad that happened to her he was responsible for, even if he was technically sick. Glancing over to her he stood up, backing away from the track before looking deeper into the forest. There was definitely animals out there but they were probably vacant from this area if there was active hunting around, but maybe if they were lucky the body of water had some daring creatures near it. “If we see any Kaesstrian, get out of sight. If they’re on the hunt too and they see us they may mistake us for monsters”, he spoke up, looking back to her as she examined the footprint, “Not everyone will remember us from when we were here last time, especially with how I look. The most we’ll do is create stories for ourselves and make them fear these forests”. The worst they could do was startle the hunter and end up getting an arrow through them. Heading back on their trail he analysed the surrounding area, making sure there was no camouflaged creatures that might try to attack them. “If you fail, it shouldn’t matter much. You’re not a natural hunter, after all. Learning and being able to do something naturally are not the same things and the most you can do now is figure out what might be found here. Something edible if a Kaesstrian would want to hunt here, seeing how they eat mostly fruit and yet these trees aren’t fruit trees…”

Choi folded his arms, staring at Kabocha with a whole lot of doubt in his eyes. He didn’t think a Kaesstrian would try to attack them while there was three of them, especially this quickly after their landing. “Just because we got to beat up random people under the King doesn’t mean we’ll get a meal by doing that here”. Looking to Kai when he decided to speak up his eyes went to the sky, staring up at it as he saw the locals. They were more of a mix of colours this time with some of them being the brown and black colours like T’charrl was. Some of them were looking at them, making him feel a little uneasy seeing how they were all the way up there like little spies. “Huh…uhhhm yeah, food”, he mumbled, finally deciding to walk along the street. Even if they were going to get dove upon by one of those guys they were still going to be ready to try and reason with them and show they didn’t mean any harm. “Man, it feels weird being a foreigner…”

Shu wasn’t really understanding what was going on over there but Haku seemed to be wanting to help T’charrl up but T’charrl was refusing or rather not seeing. It was a little strange that he had gotten into that position or thought it was a good idea to try and hide like that, appearing almost like a part of the forest with how he was on the ground. It reminded him of the first time he bumped into him thinking he was a log of some kind, but of course he was going to end up looking a lot more like a strange shrub of some kind with his sort of size. Squeaking a little he swung closer towards him, looking to Takeshi as he kept a bit back as well. He couldn’t really hear what was being said but he didn’t want to eavesdrop either, thinking T’charrl might get upset if they were listening into their little chat. He didn’t look too happy, maybe because he wasn’t being included in his playtime. He could involve him if he wanted to be involved.

T’charrl didn’t know what he was doing to do. If he couldn’t do anything to change back to normal then he was never going to see his family again. They couldn’t see him like this, nobody could unless he wanted to be exiled from his entire planet completely. He couldn’t place that burden on his friends and having to take him around with them forever. If what his friends said was true then he was a little different in his normal form too, but by how much he didn’t know. If they couldn’t accept him in that form either then he was properly doomed to disappoint his mother and father. As Haku started to speak he only gave a little look up at him, frowning a little before hiding his eyes again. He didn’t really understand what he was saying or why he was telling him this, he didn’t know what Saiyan culture was like. “So…you wouldn’t train with them…? To fight with each other to get stronger…I-I don’t know if you didn’t think of it that way or…” He didn’t know what to think, all he knew was he didn’t really fight back all that much if that was the case. People were often too afraid to fight him when he was growing up because of his mother and father, especially his mother. Frowning he finally looked up passed his claws, frowning as he stared at Haku. “I…tried to eat my mother…and nearly destroyed the city if I was unable to contain my power. My parents and the family friend are the only ones who know what I’ve become and even they mourn my misfortune. I left the planet because I was a danger and had no control! I still don’t have enough, so why am I here…?”

Would it be a good thing or a bad thing that they crossed paths with a Kaesstrian? Yumi wanted to think good, especially if the only people they might encounter this far out were T'charrl's people. Given that the two halves of society had begun mingling though it was possible those tracked belonged to either side. Plus there was no guarantee that if it was someone from the underground city they would recognize the pair anyways. She looked mostly the same, save for a few different, minor features such as her ears, but Viral looked wholly different. Not that she could recall his going down there in the first place. Curious though the footprints may be they weren't here to track Kaesstrians, and certainly not eat them; Wild animals were their target and they were goind to find one come hell or high water. She would think between her heightened senses and her past experience in hunting she'd be able to find something right away, but Yumi was coming up empty handed as they moved along. Surely it couldn't be this hard, it was a huge forest so she would think there would be loads of creatures wandering about. Unless she or Viral were scaring them away, which could be possible. "So we'll look for fruit trees, or the water, one or the other," Yumi confirmed, nodding her head determinedly, "I'm going to find something even if I have to stay out past Vegeta's curfew. I want to find something."

At this point Kabocha just wanted to duck inside of some building, be it a shop or even a house, just to not feel like they were being watched. It was only natural he supposed that the Kaesstrians be curious, if any did recognize them from before then it was only from that brief visit. They'd certainly been part of some havoc during their first visit here and hopefully these people weren't blaming them completely for it. Doing everything in his power not to return the stares out of sheer annoyance he kept his eyes straight ahead, finding even that difficult as they began to get into more crowded areas. Sure, they might be Saiyan warriors and all, but that did little to alleviate the fact they were surrounded by literally hundreds if not thousands of aliens. Numbers could most certainly spell trouble even for the best of fighters. He was letting his nerves get the better of him again, he didn't know why he was so worked up right now. Maybe it was just the overall feeling of grogginess and exhaustion from being cooped up on the ship, hard to say. "You're telling me Choi... I feel like we're almost some live exhibit..." Kabocha mumbled, stuffing his hands into his pant pockets. He wondered how Vegeta was doing with himself, being all alone in the city. Knowing that man he wasn't giving a single care as to what others were thinking, lucky jerk.

T'charrl needed some help, anyone could see that much. What wasn't quite as obvious was how Haku was supposed to give him that help. Hell, he couldn't even help himself half the time, how was he going to be of any aid to someone else? If there was a time for him to actually try and be accepted by the others then this would be it, he needed to prove he wasn't just some Saiyan reject and could actually be useful. Easier said than done, he hadn't the foggiest idea what he ought to say to help, or if there even were words that could help with this. "Of course I fought with them... Getting strong to them is the only thing that mattered, so I figured if I tried hard enough... If I could just get stronger, maybe then people would stop treating me like some pest. It never worked out, but I had to keep trying... I didn't want to just be some third rate fighter all my life." A lot of good his efforts had done him too, he was still likely the weakest fighter even now that he was in a new group. It didn't help the King's two sons were present, they were probably the strongest besides the King himself. "Even though I failed... I had to keep trying. If I don't then what do I have? If fighting back is all I can do, even if it's badly then I'll do it." Sighing to himself Haku sat on his backside, folding his arms over his knees as he looked straight at T'charrl. That was a heavy pill to swallow, nearly eating your own mother. Maybe he had been a bit rash earlier when he said he wanted his family dead, it sounded harsh coming from someone else. "I... You're here because... Well... Because we're going to get you that control. And I don't know why you're worrying so much anyways, we're supposed to be having fun before we worry about that, right? So... Lighten up. We've got all the time we need to help you and we're back on your planet, so maybe that'll help some... I don't know."

Viral figured Yumi needed to know a hell of a lot more about the wilds and how other hunters functioned in it, but of course he was not willing to give her all the answers. He was definitely not sure how much she remembered and he needed to try and investigate it a little further. She didn’t appear to remember much by the sounds of it, but it was a long time ago. If only she had been practising rather than sitting around and doing nothing then he wouldn’t have this sort of problem. If she wasn’t interested back then, it meant she was probably not really interested at all but only wanting to do it because he was ill and possibly dying. He felt that was the reason anybody wanted to do anything with him and Yumi was especially bad for wanting to do things with him because he was like this. “Find the water first. If we don’t have a place we can find our way back to other than the ship then what’s the point on hunting?” he questioned her, feeling confused over her desire to look for the fruit trees, especially when they were looking for predators, “If Vegeta wants me back then I’ll have to go back. You realise that. I’m not supposed to stay away for too long, especially when my medicine is that way. The water is nearby, you should know what you’re looking for by now…”

There was definitely tension upon seeing the Kaesstrians floating up there, their eyes staring down at the trio with great interest. It was hard to tell how they were feeling when they were all the way up there, whether they were actually angry to see them or simply curious. Choi was a little on edge, the sight of the aliens all staring down at them was definitely a little worrying. Kai wasn’t too worried himself, seeing the aliens as hardly a threat at all. It was either going to be a case that they would be jumped, questioned as to why they were here or simply watched this entire time. The other two were definitely being a little paranoid over the constant watching, especially when they were supposed to be warriors. “C’mon you two. Chill out before they sense your fear”, he sighed, folding his arms as they walked, “Pretty sure if T’charrl is affected by energy then these guys might be too. Maybe they’ll come down and start calling you two sissies for being such babies…”

T’charrl was fairly ready to go back to the ship and hide away once again. He had come out too early and was just not ready at all for any of this. Just because they had landed on the planet didn’t mean he was ready the moment he got outside, definitely stupid to assume that. He probably should have held off, he hadn’t fully found his form after all and they weren’t that far away from his home so somebody might spot him. Feeling like a bit of a nervous wreck he soon sighed, frowning as Haku decided to extend his story. It was contradicting what he had thought of his life before when he decided to ramble on about it, instead trying to make himself sound confident that he was trying to make an effort in the end. Watching him sit down he frowned and looked away. “You…kept trying? Maybe…maybe you were just looking for the wrong…’things’ to make you stronger…” Feeling in a little bit of a slump he frowned at his own lack of self-belief if even this guy could find it after being beaten down constantly, even if he didn’t mention that when he talked about it in the first place. Maybe all he needed to do was ‘lighten up’ as Haku said, moving his arms to the side, “Maybe…maybe. I can try…” he muttered, pushing up off the ground and into a seated position, “I-I could try and focus my energy to the planet, but I’m worried incase someone sees me. They would’ve seen the ship landing so they know we’re here but I’m just…I-I’m just scared, is all. I’ve already disappointed so many and to not have any clear way to fulfil my mother’s wishes is going to leave me exiled until I do! It’s very hard to have fun when your own kind could be anywhere around here. Why do you want to help me, anyways…?”

"Find the water... Got it. I remember it was..." Yumi paused, glancing around before pointing off in an arbitrary direction, "That way! Since the ship was behind us, and it was due west! So we need to go that way!" Due west or to the left, whatever worked. This planet was odd in the way it was set up what with the sun's cycle and all so it was a little tough to guess direction. Regardless of what world you were on left was left, maybe she'd forgo cardinal directions. She got what Viral was saying, try finding a landmark for a point of reference, at least that's what she figured he was trying to say. Made sense, otherwise they could really lose where they were after a while. Looking for fruit trees made sense to her too since animals were bound to congregate around them for food. "I know, we'll get back before long. This is just a practice run, right? To see what I remember! I wouldn't keep you out too long." Vegeta would have a fit and complain and she had no desire to listen to him. She always felt like she was a little kid again when he started off on her, even if they were basically the same age. Probably the way he spoke, he sounded so much older than she did sometimes. Surprised that the water was apparently nearby Yumi glanced around, unable to see a break in the trees to signify a body of water. Frowning she stopped and closed her eyes, sniffing at the air carefully. There was definitely moisture now, she could tell that much, but that could just be plants too. It was really hard to pinpoint where it might be coming from too.

There really was nothing to the Kaesstrians flying about, they did have wings after all so it made sense. Still, Kabocha wondered why so many were flying while there were perfectly good roads down here where they were, basically brand new by the looks of them. If the people preferred to fly over walking then that was okay, but why bother with the new roads? It just didn't click with him, and the fact he was sure they were watching them made it worse. "But T'charrl's different, you really think they can all pick up on that sort of thing?" Kabocha asked, looking at Kai uncertainly before sighing, "Fine, if you want us to relax then we'll relax. But if we get jumped and we're unprepared then it's on you." He really had no desire to end up like the Princes and Viral had before. On top of that obviously ruining their vacation it was just humiliating, they were Saiyan warriors for crying out loud. Kaesstrians shouldn't be able to touch them, let alone near kill them. Letting out a sigh and rubbing at his head the Saiyan smiled a bit, wondering where they were even heading. Towards the center of the city, which stood to reason would have more in the way of people, and food more importantly. "If I'm exchanging my money... Where do we go? I doubt we can ask some random Kaesstrian on the street."

Haku really didn't know how to explain himself, and he knew it all sounded backwards. Yeah, he was always put down and rejected and as such he was probably weak than the others, as a fighter anyways. But it also made him a little stronger as well, a little hardier in the face of rejection. He hated it, obviously, but he could keep working in spite of being cast out. Of course conveying that point to T'charrl in words was proving to be anything but easy for him. "Maybe you're looking for the wrong things too...? Ever think of that...?" he asked, shrugging his shoulders. Even he wasn't sure of the answer there, but maybe it would get the alien thinking a bit more, find his own solution. As for the worry about being spotted there wasn't a whole lot that he could do to relieve those concerns, nothing himself that was. There were two people present though that would more than ably be able to protect T'charrl. "You've got the Princes... Erm... Shu and Takeshi with you. I really doubt anyone's going to get even close to hurting you, so relax. And we're not going anywhere until you do change back right? So stop thinking you've got to change back right away, there's time to do it." Who had T'charrl disappointed? No one looked disappointed here, everyone was having a good time far as Haku could tell. The last question was hard to answer, again because Haku couldn't really offer up an answer. "Just... Because I want to, alright? I don't know, I'll stop if you don't want it though."

Viral didn’t want to guide her all the way so if she was going to take the lead then now was a good time. He had taken her along the way enough and now was time for her to pick up the pace. Staring at her he could only frown as she instead decided to use her memory from when they were in the sky to find her way. He didn’t want her to have to learn how to find water that way, especially when normally you wouldn’t be able to get into the sky to see where you are. Letting out a groan he rubbed his forehead, ending with a sigh. “You wouldn’t know that unless you were in the sky…” he groaned, eventually looking away, “Howabout you don’t do that again and do what I tell you to next time?” She was looking for convenience over anything at this point, her hope for a compass in her head relied on the memories of what she had seen from above. Normal creatures couldn’t fly in the air and see what was above them before they went hunting, yet she seemed quite happy to use the ship and where she’d seen it to find it. “Hmph! If you keep using modern technology then you won’t remember anything. You’ll just want to fly up and find where you are”, he grumbled, feeling slightly moody but wasn’t going to have a fit over it. If she couldn’t smell the water then whatever, she didn’t have that good of a nose after all. Looking to her he soon to run for a tree, jumping up it steadily. He was fairly silent with each jump and able to keep his balance even without using his tail. He didn’t see how he was helping her down on the ground if he was telling her everything and leading her everywhere; he wanted to see her go at it by herself. “Find the lake without me. If you spot anything, ready your spear”.

Kai shrugged a little. “We never found out, or asked. It could be a thing all these aliens have and we never know”, he spoke quietly, looking to them again, “Howabout…don’t be a coward and think that citizens would attack you because you look dodgy”. He didn’t think they could do much, especially when this was essentially a residential district. If there was going to be anybody who was going to try and attack them it would be someone with fists only rather than weapons, especially when there was probably laws against weapons in this place. They were probably being watched by the local authority somewhere, whatever they might be dressed as. Looking behind himself as they made their way he saw the Kaesstrians eventually land once they saw the Saiyans were not aggressive. It seemed they were more surprised than anything when they landed in so maybe they were in the clear, probably. “Ask a shopkeeper. Maybe you’ll get lucky and be able to exchange your money straight out if you show it to them”, he spoke, looking around at the buildings, “Maybe we should ask someone who owns a food store first. Just remember: don’t be yourself…but if you can’t trust your personality to not take over then I’ll do it”.

T’charrl certainly didn’t know why it was Haku who was trying to help him out of his little breakdown, especially when it was usually Takeshi or Shu who would try talking to him. Haku didn’t have anything to gain from this, especially when he was the one who started it. It certainly made him worried that he was going to end up being shouted at for being a coward, even if Haku had tried to make him sound like a victim himself at first. Frowning, he let out a sigh before his eyes went to Haku again, staring at him. “I…never really thought about that stuff, no”, he spoke, feeling confused at the same time, “But I don’t know what the wrong things are either. What is wrong in what I’m thinking about? I don’t know…” He was certainly confused to say the least, but maybe there was something to this. He needed to think differently about this, but what he might be missing was definitely a curiosity to him. “My kind are fast and masters of stealth. They have gotten through them before”, he spoke calmly, giving his head a shake, “There’s so much I need to get through this for, especially the safety of my friends”. Certainly feeling confused over the reason why Haku wanted to help him he didn’t really get a clear answer in the end, only that Haku was pretty ready to express frustration over him asking. “Uhh, no I…didn’t mean it like that…I mean, I’m just curious. You always seem to want to talk to me even though you tried to kill me first. You’re trying to help me now and I just…feel confused, that’s all. You keep helping me out, even though I’m an alien to you”.

It sure was difficult trying to discern what direction you were going here, the sun didn't look to follow the same pattern as Earth's. Good thing Yumi had a fairly good sense of direction that ought to deliver her right to the lake, provided she didn't end up turned around on accident. Really she was guessing which way to go, but it was a sound guess. Eugh, Viral wasn't in agreement with her whatsoever, again finding it necessary to make comment on how she was doing things. Narrowing her eyes slightly she sighed, looking back at the Beastman for a moment. "I thought you wanted me to figure it out on my own? So now I should do what you tell me?" she asked impatiently, putting a hand on her hip, "And I so will not fly, I'll do this all without Ki, or technology, just to prove I can do it." He really didn't think she was capable, did he? Hmph, so she might have forgotten some of the lessons he'd taught her as a kid. And maybe she hadn't practiced near enough to remain proficient at hunting, but she could still do it! Huffing to herself she closed her eyes, trying to convey her annoyance in the most passive way possible. Instead of getting a reaction she wanted Yumi opened her eyes and watched confused as Viral took to the trees, looking up at him puzzled. "Wait, so you're just going to climb trees now?" she asked, blinking before frowning, "Well fine, I'll do this on my own, just you watch. I'm going to find something so big that we'll both have to bring it back." This tiff of hers was a bit childish, but Yumi felt like she was being treated as one anyways by Viral. Tightening her grip on her spear she started moving again, keeping extra attention on the area around her.

"Alright, boss, we'll be nice and good if that's what you want," Kabocha quipped, waving a hand before continuing on, "We trade one pain in the neck for another, sheesh. Can't catch a break even on our vacation." Had he the mind to glance back and see the Kaesstrians coming down it might have been possible to relax, but instead the Saiyan kept going on feeling apprehensive. Until they got inside somewhere or knew for absolute certain no one was going to try shanking them he'd be hard pressed to take it easy. After all he'd seen what the ambush had done to the Princes, and he was no fan of becoming a pincushion, or getting a concussion. On top of his worries of being assaulted they now had to consider how to go about getting funds. If the Saiyan money really did turn out to be a bunch of useless metal to these people then they were broke, which when you were hungry really sucked. Glancing at the bag of coins in his hand Kabocha's eyes narrowed when Kai spoke, whipping around and prodding the other boy in the chest with his finger annoyed. "What do you mean 'Don't be yourself', huh? There's nothing wrong with the way I act!" Tch, and Kai thought he was going to let him handle the money, after that? Fat chance. If they did get turned away for whatever reason then Kabocha would just try the next store, until someone did take his money.

"I don't know what's wrong either... Everyone trains differently I guess. Whatever we're doing might not work for you, and what you're doing might not cut it for us. Maybe instead of trying to do what everyone else is just do what works for you?" While perhaps sound advice Haku himself didn't even subscribe to that mentality. If he didn't do exactly what those around him did then he was going to fall even further behind. T'charrl had the luxury of having strength already, he wouldn't suffer too much if his regiment changed a little. With an abysmal gap in strength between him and the others though Haku knew he had to work as hard as he could, and then some. There were a handful of things he might like to say or suggest but getting it out there was really difficult to do. In trying to be selfless and actually friendly he found himself being questioned by T'charrl, and it sort of struck a nerve. What, he couldn't just decide to be nice for a change, was that really so hard to buy into? "Like I said, I don't know why... What I did before was explicitly the King's orders, I was supposed to either capture or kill you guys. It's stupid really, like I could have done that..." In retrospect he was likely the worst possible person to assign that job, it would have made far more sense to leave an Elite behind rather than him. Sighing to himself Haku wrang his hands together a bit, turning his eyes away as his face heated up from a slight blush. "Maybe... You're the first people who didn't treat me like total crap... So I want to try and keep things that way..." he mumbled, glancing back at T'charrl before scowling, "D-Don't tell anyone that!"

Viral was a little annoyed that it was something he was supposed to be observing mostly, but in the end he was actually having to teach her from scratch what to do and what not to do. She shouldn’t need to use a bird’s-eye view when she wasn’t even a bird. At most she could climb to the top of a tree like him to see where everything was if she couldn’t smell the water. She needed to learn how to be independent if she ever found herself in a situation where she couldn’t use Ki or fly. If she was being pursued through the use of Ki then this kind of exercise should’ve been essential to her combat training as well. Climbing up the tree took him off the field and in ambush range if he needed to jump in and help her. Looking down at her he narrowed his gaze before looking away again, keeping his claws in the bark to remain balanced. “That’s why I’m up here: watching you do what I’ve taught you now”, he spoke calmly as if trying to make her annoyed, “If you think you know enough then I won’t interfere. If you think you’re capable, then show me”.

Kai gave Kabocha a shrug, hardly seeing how it was a big deal. “Hey man, never been to a place where you never needed to fight? Think of it like that and then it’s not a pain anymore”, he sighed, finding it a little silly that Kabocha was getting all annoyed at something like that, “The Kaesstrians aren’t even interested anymore if you bothered to care”. The aliens were no sweat despite what they did to the Princes before, especially when they were in a city. The Queen was probably somewhere in the city after what happened or at least someone she’s associated with so they were safe, even Choi knew that. Choi was pretty chilled out himself, but of course his interest was in looking at the Kaesstrians who were nearby. It was rude to stare but his interest was definitely in the younger aliens that accompanied the adults. Looking to Kabocha he looked down as he was prodded, rolling his eyes. “Yeah because this is how you act normally, isn’t it?” he sighed, waving his hand, “And you’re absolutely sure you won’t act like this to the Kaesstrian who might deny you your money?”

“Hey look! They have squiggly grub babies…” Choi spoke up suddenly, ending in a whisper as he stared at a family of Kaesstrians. Staring at the little grub-like children that wandered along with their parents he was soon punched in the arm by Kai, his eyes immediately averting themselves and going to his arm. “Oww geez…hey, I wasn’t pointing or anything, you know. Imagine when T’charrl looked like that…”

T’charrl had no idea what he could change to help him change, his method was surely supposed to be pretty solid if he understood his power right. Maybe he didn’t have as much of an understanding as he thought, but that wasn’t going to help him either since it means he didn’t know what he was missing at all if that was the case. “I don’t know what works for me. I’m stuck…” he spoke before he sighed, lowering his head a little, “If I was back home my grandmother could tell me…uhh, she’s not someone you can just pick up, by the way, so don’t suggest that”. He didn’t know what Haku thought of him having the ability to talk to the dead, especially when Haku didn’t know he could do that. He was completely lost to what he was actually supposed to do, he didn’t even know what happened to make him change back the first time round. “I…don’t remember it being mentioned that the King wanted his sons dead. I don’t remember that…” he spoke lowly, trying to remember what he had been told to him. He didn’t know much about the King but he knew he wanted his sons alive so that sounded a little strange for the King to ask someone like Haku to do. Looking to Haku he stared at him a moment before tilting his head to the side, eventually giving a nod. “I suppose I won’t tell, but won’t things get better if you just told them that? I mean, I try to tell them everything that’s bothering me…well, most things. I don’t know what’s bothering me just now, except this…but I don’t think they can help me with it”.

How hard could it be really to hunt down an animal? She was faster and stronger than most anything on Earth, the same could likely be said for here on Kaesstra. The spear was more for show, far as Yumi was concerned, and she might use it if the animal had some particularly sharp claws or teeth. Since they weren't laying traps she figured the best way to go about this was wait until they ran across something and chase it down. With spear in hand she gave the air a careful sniffing, still struggling to pinpoint the body of water she was after. Not that it mattered terribly much, she could cheat some by following from the ship which was still at their back. Now that she was in pursuit of an animal her steps quieted considerably, and she made doubly sure not to step on any fallen branches or twigs. "Think I'm capable... I'll show you capable..." Yumi mumbled to herself, huffing as she ducked beneath a low branch. Viral really didn't think she could do this, that was the feeling she was getting here. It was almost as if she was expected to fail, that annoyed her quite a lot. She was going to catch the biggest animal she could find, then Viral could try saying she didn't know what she was doing.

The Kaesstrians weren't interested anymore? Really? Furrowing his brow Kabocha glanced back over his shoulder, confirming what Kai had just told him about the aliens. Huh, so he supposed that was true, they really didn't care he and the others were here. They must be recognized then otherwise he couldn't see the people relaxing so quickly. Good, so maybe if they were recognized then they were more likely to get some easy food. Why couldn't Kai be more like his brother and keep his mouth shut? Striking a nerve with the comment on his attitude Kabocha spun around, prodding his friend in the chest annoyed. Growling when the other Saiyan pressed the matter he folded his arms stubbornly, turning back on his heel and lifting his chin haughtily. "Of course I won't act this way, I'm not an idiot. I know for a successful negotiation you have to get along with the other person. You and I aren't negotiating though, you're just annoying me." It was a touch difficult to continue their conversation with Choi fawning over baby Kaesstrians, something they hadn't really seen up until now. Glancing over as well Kabocha quickly looked away when one of the parents turned to them, then looking back at the twins when Choi was punched. Smirking he let out a small laugh, nodding his head in the direction of the family. "Hey, imagine showing Takeshi this, he'd have a panic attack."

"Well you've got time to find out what works, we're not in any hurry there either. We're here to have fun and relax, right? Worry about that junk later." He'd been told by Takeshi prior to leaving that they couldn't be stressing out T'charrl, yet he was fair certain he'd gone and done just that. This was probably why, they were stopped dead in their tracks with the alien having a small fit about all sorts of things. Sheesh, real life of the party, this one. Having brought up his mission into the conversation Haku rather quickly wished he hadn't, frowning as he rubbed at the back of his neck uncomfortably. "W-Well... It wasn't exactly his sons dead... Their friends though... But either way it was a stupid mission, sending me alone after all of you..." Stupid mission for anyone, even an Elite. People like Krom had tried and failed to capture the Princes, the only person who had actually succeeded was the King himself. What a lousy job to be given, and it didn't exactly help him get in good with this group. Even despite the way they had met though they weren't horrible to him, whereas people were horrible to him before for simply being there. These were good people, Haku had come to that conclusion, shame he hadn't a clue how to act around them. "You don't think they'll just laugh at me if I say that...?" Haku asked, frowning as he looked at the ground. Caught up in his worries he was oblivious to the person who was now standing behind him, sighing before rubbing at his face. "It's easy for you to talk to them, you're their friend... No one likes me here, I'm not so dumb that I don't see that."

"You might be a pain in the ass, but I doubt everyone hates you." That took Haku by surprise, the kid near jumped out of his skin and into T'charrl, scrambling away and looking up shocked. Takeshi couldn't help but grin in amusement at the reaction, satisfied too he'd managed to spook Haku. These two seemed like they were having a real good talk and all but he wanted to keep moving, especially since the conversation looked to be bringing T'charrl down some. With his hands on his hips he looked over at the Kaesstrian, nodding his head in the direction of Shu. "Hey, don't worry so much buddy, we're here to have fun, remember? Let's focus on that for now, the rest doesn't matter at the moment." Okay, the rest did matter, quite a lot in fact, but they couldn't do much about it now. Plus given what Vegeta told him before they weren't going to get anywhere if T'charrl was stressed, which right now he very much was. "What do you want to do for games, T'charrl?"

Viral was not wholly impressed by Yumi’s lack of knowledge on the subject, especially when he once taught her. He hoped she would had at least hunted for herself when she was out training or whatever, but instead she was probably relying on others for food instead. She was definitely out of practice, he could tell that much with how she made her spear and what materials she asked for, but maybe she was going to pull through in the end. She shouldn’t get big-headed over something like this in the first place, but with him off the field then maybe she might get some hunting done without needing to guide her through it. He was not exactly the kind of teacher to do everything for the student prior, especially when this stuff had to be learned by trying yourself. Staring down at her he soon began to look around for any signs of creatures, curious to what she might be able to catch. There was something up ahead that was hunting as well from what he could see, a six-legged creature that was fairly unpredictable. If Yumi could successfully kill it then he would give her the benefit of the doubt, but there was a problem she had to face. She wasn’t exactly stealthy, even what she was wearing was not going to hide her from this creature. Narrowing his gaze slightly he looked back down to her, wanting to see what she might do next.

Kai wasn’t exactly pleased with how Kabocha or Choi was acting, both of them acting like idiots. Kabocha was way too attached to his money and Choi was being rude about the locals. The locals didn’t appear like they wanted to do anything to them other than stare at them all day so he definitely had to wonder how much they were hearing of their conversation when they were the focus of attention. They had the scouters on so the Kaesstrians could probably hear them much to the misfortune of the three of them so the punch at Choi was well deserved. “Would you cut it out? If they heard you we’d be in trouble”, he spoke lowly, eventually letting out a sigh as he gave his head a rub, his eyes soon going to Kabocha in return, “I’m sure it’d be hilarious, but it’d be great if you didn’t tell him about them either in that case. If you told him he’d probably never want to come back and that’d be pretty damn pathetic for a Prince of Saiyans to be scared of children openly like that…”

T’charrl didn’t know how he was supposed to try and relax if he was going to constantly feel like this, especially in these woods. His people could be anywhere and he wouldn’t know it, at least not until the last minute. They wouldn’t know what he is or what happened to him, nobody who knew any of this stuff was alive or someone who wasn’t keeping it a secret. He would be killed on the spot because of how he looked with little regards to who he was and that really scared him. He was feeling a little better than he did a few minutes ago, but it didn’t mean he still wasn’t pretty worried about everything that was collapsing upon him. Giving his claws a brief tap he frowned as he looked to Haku, giving a sigh and looking elsewhere as he tried to understand his situation. He didn’t know if their King knew about him, but it wasn’t as if he had fought against other Saiyans before that wasn’t anybody here already. Sighing a little his eyes wandered, looking around slowly before to Haku, shaking his head. “I don’t think they would have you around if they didn’t like you”. Sure enough to support his claims Takeshi jumped out, giving T’charrl a bit of a fright at the overall reaction as well. Raising his claws over his face momentarily he soon let out a sigh, rubbing his chest. “Uhh, fun? Uhh yeah, I remember…” he spoke, thinking about it for a moment before he let out a sigh, scratching at his mane, “I don’t know any games, honestly. I never had any friends and the only one who would do things with me was my father. He trained me and, uhh…I-I don’t know any games other than fighting”.

Stay hidden, don't spook your prey and things would go fine, Yumi could recall that much. She was making every conscious effort to avoid stepping on anything and was moving much slower than before, so that was going for her. Wearing a low cut gray, long-sleeved shirt and loose pair of black pants didn't exactly afford her quite as much stealth as some more earthen colors might, she hardly blended in anywhere. Not the end of the world though, so long as she remained out of sight she could easily make up for that. Scanning the forest floor she gave the air a good sniffing once more and stopped in her tracks, astonished she actually had found something. At least, she though it was something. There was definitely an odor that hadn't been there before and it was fair strong, either Viral had broken wind or there was an animal nearby. Focusing her attention towards the source of the scent she moved ahead a few meters, finally managing to spot the creature in an opening. As soon as it was in view she ducked behind a tree, poking her head just around the corner to watch it. Not quite what she had expected to find on Kaesstra she had to take a moment to figure out what she would do. The animal was crawling along on six legs, and its skin was jet black and looked fairly tough. It had a long body with a thin, almost spiked tail and a short but wider head. Either side of the head had two heavy horns running down alongside of its face, the tips of which poked just beyond the edge of its jaw, and it certainly had a set of sharp teeth. The pitch black eyes it had didn't much help either, it looked kind of spooky. Swallowing, Yumi gripped her spear tightly, preparing to go after it.

She waited for the perfect moment to come out of cover and attack, and the opportunity quickly presented itself. After the creature had looked around for a few moments it turned and began shuffling away, at a speed surprisingly slow given it was hunting. Good, if it was that slow then hunting it down would be simple. Adjusting the spear so she was ready to strike with it Yumi ran around the tree, rushing headlong at the creature. It picked up either her scent or the sound of her running, obvious by the fact it began to turn around to face her. By the time it had however she jumped up over it, using its own head as a stepping board as she threw down her spear, grinning as it hit the creatures back... And bounced right off. No way, she'd thrown that with a lot of strength, how did it not go through? When she landed she looked over at the spear and her heart sank, the head hadn't been nearly secured enough to hold on, let alone pierce something. There was little time to lament her shortcoming as the tail was whipping around right at her, and being hit by it would probably put a real damper on their plans. Ducking under the swing Yumi again tried to attack, this time using her bare hands. Delivering a kick to the creatures side she managed to knock it away, but it stayed upright somehow. On top of that it did little noticeable damage and appeared to make it furious. Releasing a loud roar it turned on her once more, starting a charge at her.

The grub babies were sort of funny to watch, but staring and laughing at children was hardly going to get them in the good graces of the locals. Kabocha would give Kai that one, he deserved to hit Choi for bringing it up. Of course that didn't prevent Kabocha from having a good laugh of it either, or bringing up his hair-brained idea of freaking out Takeshi by showing him this. "Pathetic...? Probably, but it would be so funny! Can't you just picture him freaking out or fainting? And all over some little kids!" Oh it would be so rich to see, he was near wanting to call the others into the city to try. Or better yet maybe they could try finding some baby pictures of T'charrl to show later, see how well the Prince did with that. Smirking he relented on the subject for the time being, feeling in a much better mood as they went on. "Okay then, we've got to find some food! And some Kaesstrian that will take my money!" Or exchange it, that's what they had been looking for, right? Did these people have a bank? If not they had to find some random person with loads of money to exchange, what a bother. The Kaesstrians weren't going to know this but Kabocha did have a sizable sum on him, more than just a few meals worth, so getting his fair share in the exchange might be tricky.

Takeshi wasn't wholly sure what was being discussed, all he knew was T'charrl looked down and he wanted to do something about it. After managing to spook both of the others he was smiling apologetically, giving his head a scratch afterwards in thought. What could they do on their way to the city? Hide and seek could work well, especially with T'charrl having his ability to hide and all. But that meant they had to stop moving which would be bothersome. Considering how much slower the Kaesstrian was earlier it was likely that tag was off the table as well, which left... What? "There's loads of other stuff we can do, fighting isn't the only way to have fun," he said, pointing out the obvious there, "We can... Uh..." What more did they do for fun? He and Shu liked to wrestle, but that was basically fighting. Swinging in the trees... Haku and T'charrl couldn't do that. T'charrl couldn't run as well, so basically anything involving running was out. Maybe hide and seek really was their only option. "Ever play hide and seek...? We could play that for a bit. It's not like we're trying to keep a schedule or anything, you know?"

Viral didn’t know whether Yumi would be able to handle a creature such as this one, its weakness somewhat obvious but difficult to get to. It had many legs for mobility and climbing, something that was common on this planet apparently, but it also managed to guard its underside that way too. If Yumi was going to be smart then she was going to need to be sneaky about killing this thing, so long as she could stay calm and catch this creature off-guard. It didn’t look like anything rare, just one of the strange creatures being out and about and something probably found in the dark more. This one must had been travelling away after the disturbance from the ship, but either way it was going to be a target. Narrowing his gaze he slowly looked back to Yumi, seeing her decide to take a much more upfront stance and going in the moment it spotted her. That was her first mistake because now it was ready to defend itself and that was definitely evident when she made a jump and nothing happened, instead her weapon went flying away with little damage done to the creature itself. Letting out a sigh he rubbed his forehead, somewhat disappointed but knew what this meant for him. He would need to jump in if things got worse, but watching the pair fight there was certainly a need to get closer. Jumping to another tree he kept his eyes on the creature, interested to see if Yumi was going to be able to fight it off or if he would need to get involved.

Kai didn’t want them pulling in more attention than needed right now, not entirely wanting the three of them being known as those creeps who’d stare and laugh at children. These aliens were probably the type to spread news quickly, the people in the city centre probably already knew that they were here, but he was fair determined not to let that kind of news spread too fast. Letting out a sigh when Kabocha continued to try and convince him to scare Takeshi, he shook his head. “Maybe we can just wait until he comes to the city and see them for himself rather than thinking of dragging him here to freak out over some kids?” he sighed, brushing his hair back, “He’s probably going to see them eventually…” This was getting awkward so now was probably the best time to start looking for food places or see if there was anywhere to exchange the money. There was a few places here and there but it was up to Kabocha as to whether he trusted them. “Could ask the Kaesstrians up there at those stalls. Maybe you could try haggling if you can keep calm enough for that…”

T’charrl wasn’t sure how much Takeshi had actually managed to pick up on their conversation, but he did hope that he didn’t get too much out of that. The weird thing was he could’ve sworn he was playing with his brother but apparently Shu was hiding somewhere. Hopefully he wasn’t lost, but then again Takeshi wouldn’t be spending this much time around him if that was the case. The sad thing was that everything he was being asked despite the missing Shu was what games he could play. He didn’t know anything and was definitely too young at the time to remember anything he might had played when he was a kid. Feeling a little unhappy he let out a sigh as he rubbed his head, trying to think about anything he might have possibly played that he might remember. There was very little he could think of, but soon enough Takeshi came up with an idea. “Hide and seek…? Uhhh, is that what you and Shu are playing?” he asked up, looking around for the little kid again, “Umm, s-sure, I mean…there are predators in the forest, but umm…it should be safe enough. I just go hide or what?”

Yumi just had to get her spear into the beast and that would be that, it would be hurt and easy to deal with. Obviously it was much too large for her little weapon to kill it and she knew that, but it would be a start. Even with putting all of her force behind it however she was unable to so much as pierce the skin as the weapon both broke and ricocheted off. On a natural whim to strike she then tried kicking it to knock it over, only managing to knock it away before the creature up-righted itself and released an angry roar. Alright, she had gone and messed up, hunting didn't normally constitute brawling with your prey. Certainly not something like this, oh dear. Unsure of what to do in the moment Yumi made a dive out of the way as it barreled towards her, watching as it smacked dead into a tree and near uprooted it, breaking the trunk and knocking it over with a resounding crash. Yikes, getting hit was going to be a nightmare then. Okay then, she was going to have to find a way to overpower and kill it now and without a weapon, no problem. Waiting for it to face her again she ran right at it, jumping up and cocking back an arm before hitting it in what she figured was the forehead with a strong punch. There was a very satisfying sound as her hand connected, and it did manage to bring the beast to the ground unlike her kick. It hadn't killed it though, but stunned it. Moving to hit it again she stopped when the tail whipped around at her, putting up her arms defensively to block and ending up getting hit away. Knocked off of her feet she was sent flying some ways away, stopping herself within the trees and looking up over her sore arms. The creature was back up and charging again, and really did not sound happy.

It would be hilarious to drag the Princes out here to see Takeshi's reaction, even if Kabocha was certain of what they would get. Hopefully these people didn't mind if one of their visitors had an unnatural fear of their kids, though he could easily see some folks getting angry at that. Maybe save that towards the end of their visit, otherwise it would be awfully tricky to stay here. "Fine, fine, we'll let him keep running around or whatever he's up to, I guess there's no reason to rush it," Kabocha said, shrugging his shoulders with a smile, "You know you want to see it too though, don't act like you don't." Now where could they go to exchange money at? Stalls really were a bit iffy, there was no way of knowing if they were being honest in their exchange. Plus how much money would a stall have to offer really? Then again there wasn't much from keeping big stores from deceiving them either, maybe he ought to be a bit forceful in his negotiations, make it clear he wasn't looking to be cheated. "Me keep calm? Kai, relax! I'm not Takeshi, I'm not going to kill someone." He was far more reasonable than that, and he knew how to sweet talk someone if need be. Though a bit hesitant about the stalls they were convenient, he supposed trying them couldn't hurt. Smiling he walked to the nearest one, finding what he figured was a woman behind the counter selling some sort of foods. "Hi there, I'm hoping you can help me with something," Kabocha began, setting his bag of coin on the counter and leaning onto it, "We need some Kaesstrian money, and I'll trade you this for it. Very valuable Saiyan money."

The woman had seen the Saiyans but she hadn't figured they might come to her stall. They had massive appetites, did they not? She may sell quite a lot of food now, best to try and offer as much as possible! Smiling at the boy who came over she waited for an order only to have a bag set on the counter, looking down at it curiously. Saiyan money, was it? She'd never seen that before, how curious. Reaching out she picked open the bag and took out a coin, turning it over and examining it carefully. Certainly metal, and nice looking, but then again so were many menial things. How was she supposed to know what this was worth? Just because she had a stall didn't mean she was any less intelligent than shop owners, she wasn't going to be tricked. Smiling apologetically she placed the coin back, giving a shake of her head. "So sorry, but no! Don't know how much money is worth so I can't take it, apologies. You can buy food if you'd like!"

Kabocha's friendliness had waned pretty quick when he was told they couldn't exchange money here, even if they were offering food. The lady was being smart with him too, offering to sell food when they obviously had no money. Narrowing his eyes he snatched the bag of coins back up, resisting the strong urge to snap at her as he stepped back. "No thanks, we'll go elsewhere." Stupid woman, refusing to take his money, it was perfectly good currency! Storming back over to the twins he looked at Kai annoyed, shoving the money into his chest and making him take it with a huff. "You deal with exchanging it, I hate morons who refuse perfectly good money."

They really ought to play something to help get T'charrl's mind off of depressing things, though deciding on a game was tough. There wasn't really a whole lot they played usually Takeshi realized, and even less could be done out in the forests. Really when he went through the paces the only slightly feasible game was hide-and-seek, something that a forest like this was basically made for. T'charrl raised a fair point, about there being predators here with them. Eh, but they could defend themselves. Besides, something else he had said garnered the Saiyan's attention first. "Shu? No he's not hiding, he's just right over there," Takeshi said, turning and gesturing to a tree off to the side. "Hey, Shu! Get down here squirt, we're going to play a game!" Smiling he looked back at T'charrl and Haku, putting his hands on his hips with a nod. "You'll hide if you're not the person looking for everyone, yeah. The whole point o the game is some people hide and the other person looks for them, it's pretty easy. Though I figure we should stay kind of close, don't want to all go wandering off and get lost."

Yumi was in trouble by the looks of it, the creature just too much for her to handle when she couldn’t use Ki like she might’ve done before. This was the problem Viral saw immediately when it came to Ki use; when you didn’t or couldn’t use it, everything was automatically harder and much more complicated. He wasn’t going to be able to interfere directly at this moment in time, at least not without seeing if she might be able to turn the tides yet. Watching her carefully he tried to move in closer, keeping his actions silent as he made his way around the pair. Yumi was really beginning to get flustered but not without sending it flying straight into a tree. He was pretty annoyed if he had to be honest, seeing her only make it even angrier because she hadn’t been careful in the first place. Waiting to see what she might do next he lifted his head, watching her carefully before he only grew disappointed as she instead decided to punch it over doing anything else. That was only going to make things worse and very quickly he saw his assumptions were correct as the creature was quick to counterattack, its tail swinging around and slapping her away.

Viral had just about enough of this, he didn’t want her to get hurt badly on her first try. Swinging around in the trees he took a dive towards her busted weapon, snatching it off the ground and immediately dashed straight for the beast. He needed to get to it before it got to her so without wasting time he made a leap, trying to force the stone into its body where ever he could reach. He didn’t want to have her going back in pain when he could had prevented it, even if he was putting himself in danger.

Kai was willing to give Kabocha a chance to see if he could be civil about exchanging money or finding information relevant to their quest for food. If Kabocha could pull this off then they’d have food, but if not then they’d have to do the unfortunate and go and find some themselves. Kai really didn’t want to have to cook and Choi probably didn’t either and they definitely didn’t want to bother trying Kabocha’s cooking if they valued their health. “You may not kill someone, but your attitude towards others could use work…” he mumbled, eventually sighing and giving a shrug, “But if you’re so sure of yourself…” Watching Kabocha wander over to the stall his eyes quickly shifted to his brother before back again, frowning as he listened into the conversation. Kabocha was off to a bad start immediately and the woman was obviously a little nervous, but of course it ended with Kabocha being rude and walking away without saying anything else. Watching him he grunted a little when Kabocha instead shoved his money into him, taking it with a frown before looking back to him. “Morons? You’re the one who screwed it up, not her!” he told him off before letting out a sigh, walking away from him, “Then you stay here and let me deal with this…” Walking to the stall with the woman he kept the money in hand, keeping it in view as he leaned slightly towards the woman. “Excuse him, Miss, he doesn’t know how to be social”, he spoke calmly, holding the pouch up, “I don’t suppose you might know where we’ll be able to exchange this Saiyan currency? We’ll return and buy your food if we’re successful”.

Choi was feeling pretty amused by the way Kabocha got rejected like that, knowing how it was going to play out knowing him. Smirking a little when he returned all grumpy he watched the exchange between his brother and Kabocha before Kai decided to take matters into his own hands. Watching him walk off he let out a chuckle, shaking his head. “Man, aren’t we younger than you as well? Kai all taking the lead and calling you out like that…”

Shu didn’t want to disturb his friend, feeling him all distressed from where he was without needing to see his face. His body language told him everything and if he popped out suddenly he would only startle his friend; however, Takeshi wasn’t exactly one to notice that and jumped out anyway and of course startled T’charrl. Bouncing around and hiding in the trees was one thing, but if his friend wasn’t having a good time then they needed to find a way to give him a good time. Squeaking when Takeshi called him out he quickly bounced out of the tree, jumping down to the ground and bouncing along to them all. “More play? More play?? What we play? Hiding and seeking?”

T’charrl didn’t know where Shu was hiding but sure enough he popped out of his hiding place and was quick to respond to Takeshi’s desire to play around some more. It was a little strange that Shu would be excited to play like it was something new when he was just playing a moment ago, but then again it was Shu. Tilting his head a little he gave it a brief rub, trying to understand what was going on. “Uhh, a-alright. Who is the person then? How do we decide?” he asked curiously, not feeling entirely sure about his current situation regarding this game, “Uhh, is it worth mentioning that my kind are particularly good at hiding?”

Okay, so just going in and pummeling this creature wasn't going to cut it. Having fair hard skin meant even her hardest of hits did little, and her weapon had done absolutely nothing against it. To top it off it could hit like a runaway truck in turn, evident by having batted her away like a fly. The strike hadn't been enough to break the skin but it sure smarted, her arms were all red and sore even immediately after being hit. If she was going to bring down the animal as her first hunt then she needed to be far more mindful about this. It didn't help either that the animal was barreling at her again obviously a wee bit angry at being attacked. Yumi got ready to try and stop it with sheer strength alone but found the beast distracted by Viral instead. Looking at him baffled he drove the spear at the black being, and unlike her attempt this one actually managed to hit it, apparently slipping through cracks in its plate-armor like skin and hitting the flesh. A furious roar confirmed her suspicion and pretty quickly the animal was thrashing about, swinging and missing at Viral in a fit. Seeing a chance to try again Yumi ran at the creature, avoiding its thrashing as she jumped up and managed to get onto its back. Grabbing hold then of the ear-like appendages on its head she gave a hard tug, making the animal roar before charging headlong into a tree, knocking it over but stumbling in the aftershock. Giving another yank it repeated the process, smashing down yet another and taking a moment longer to recover. If she could keep making it crash like this maybe she could beat it!

"I am sure of myself, just watch! I'll have that lady begging to give me money!" Kabocha snapped confidently, sticking up his nose as he marched over to the stall. She looked a homely enough woman, agreeable perhaps, this should work. All he needed was to exchange money, and surely someone who owned a simple stall could use precious metals like these. Going into the attempt assured it would work the Saiyan was promptly aggravated when he was denied, and then even more so when he was offered the chance to buy some food... With what money?! He was asking for money to use, she knew he couldn't buy anything. Was she taunting him? Growling under his breath he snatched the coins back and stormed over to his friends, forcing the task unto Kai. He was so sure about it earlier so he could try it now. "I didn't screw it up, she's the idiot not taking my money!" Kabocha complained, scowling before looking away from the stall. "Go knock yourself out, you won't get anything out of her." Like Kai could do it, he wasn't a fricken negotiator or anything. Besides, the lady had said she wasn't sure what it was worth so having a different person ask wasn't going to make a bit of difference in the matter. And AGAIN Choi had to put in his two cents, man what a pest! Looking at the other twin Kabocha growled again and shook his head, looming over Choi as he snapped, "We're practically the same age! And what does that have to do with anything?! Hmph." he mumbled, turning his back to Choi with his arms folded tight on his chest. "Kai won't get anywhere either, just you watch."

Those boys were familiar, they were the ones who'd fought the General, were they not? He was such a foul man as it had turned out, she did wish she could help them for removing him. Sadly without knowing what the money was worth there was no way she could trade with them, not if she wanted to risk being ripped off. Cringing slightly when the one who had approached started complaining she looked down at her stall embarrassed, disappointed she hadn't been able to do anything. A moment later when someone approached again she almost thought it was the same boy, slightly relieved to see one of the others had come forth this time. Rather than ask her to exchange it this one gave a much more reasonable request; the promise to come and buy food at her stall helped the deal. "Of course! Of course! Try Weiss', its a bank here in the city!" she replied with a smile, "Its just a few blocks away deary, you can't miss it! It's a big orange building, you'll know it when you see it!"

More games ought to relieve stress for everyone involved, it often did. Takeshi figured hide and seek would be their best option even in the face of prowling predators, as nothing out here ought to be of much threat to them. It made much more sense to do that rather than tag too as no one would end up tripping or hitting anything on accident. Calling out Shu to join them in their huddle the older boy grinned at his brother's enthusiasm, reaching out and placing a hand on his head to make him stand still for a second. "Yeah, hide and seek buddy. We've got to figure out who's going to be it." he said, chuckling. Sheesh, there really was no off switch for him was there? Sounded like T'charrl had some more questions to ask still, probably should fill him in on how to play and all. "We just pick someone and they look, there's no real way to pick. I figure I'll start us off, and whoever I find first can be it next round, sound okay?" That seemed fair, plus seeking was actually much more exciting than the hiding part. Hiding meant you had to sit still, something very much not in his skill set. Less so even in Shu's regard, though the little guy could probably pull it off for the sake of the game. Grinning at the Kaesstrian Takeshi nodded his head, pointing at himself with his thumb. "I know, and I'm pretty good at finding people, usually. So it'll be sort of the best seeker against the best hider, I like the challenge. We'll see who's better."

So hide and seek was just exactly what it sounded like then? Someone looked for the other people while they were seeking? Seemed straightforward enough, though wouldn't that be a bit hard in a forest? Haku was glad he wasn't the one that was going to be looking around for everyone else, he couldn't imagine even attempting that. Takeshi sounded awfully assured that he would find them all too, but according to T'charrl he was really good at hiding, he was curious who might come out on top there. Shu would probably do really well, he wasn't all too confident about himself though. If this was what they were doing he would go along with it and at the very least make an attempt at the game. "Sounds... Fun... I'll try it," Haku mumbled, smiling slightly as he shrugged his shoulders. They hadn't said he couldn't play so he assumed he was allowed, for which he was secretly grateful. Aside from just being left out it would also mean he would be alone in this forest if he wasn't given the chance to play, something that could be kind of freaky.

Viral was pretty ready to take the creature down himself, but there was definitely a limitation to what he was able to do in a situation like this. If he got too into the fight then he might turn on Yumi instead, but that didn’t matter all that much when being away from Yumi was already a pretty big risk. Running straight for the creature he aimed for a weak spot in its armoured shell of a hide, forcing the spear into its body. Managing to strike the creature he soon backed off as it tried to take a swipe at him in a random series of strikes. There was little he could do for now, they probably would have to leave this creature and find some other prey. It was kind of dumb of Yumi to target a predator and assume she could take it down, especially when the natives of this planet proved to be tougher than they appeared already. They should really go after another target, this was not turning out very good and the creature obviously had a much more advanced understanding of how to battle compared to any other animal they might find. Making a short dash to get away from it he turned around to see what Yumi was doing, but before he could tell her to get retreating she was very quickly trying to take control of the situation again, instead deciding to ride the creature into a tree. This was just getting stupid now; this wasn’t hunting at all, all she was doing was mocking a poor creature. Growling angrily he turned to her, making a short dash towards the creature and Yumi. “Get off that thing! We’re leaving this creature and finding something else!”

Choi always found it amusing when plans went against Kabocha and he ended up looking a little less than smart compared to what he thought he was like. He was not the smartest Saiyan out there, but then again their kind weren’t exactly known for their ‘brilliant intellect and social skills’. If there was a prime example of someone showing someone else up then there was always going to be Kai showing Kabocha how things got done. It was always the same, but he definitely had to see whether his assumptions would be correct. Snickering at Kabocha he soon sighed, shrugging lightly. “Ahhh but man, you are still the older one! Isn’t that what matters in ‘hierarchy’? Means you’re automatically the responsible one and the smarter one”, he grinned, seeing how frustrated he was getting, “But alright! If you want me to just watch, I’ll watch”.

Kai was going to approach this in a calm matter, keeping his stance fairly strong yet keeping himself calm and act friendly. These Kaesstrians were tall up close so acting like a child was out of the question. If he could approach her like an adult then he would get his way. Seeing how she was only trying to do her job he acted pretty calmly, asking for the information they needed to move on with his part of the plan. Looking down the street briefly his eyes soon returned to her, giving a little smile before standing up straight again and giving a little nod. “Weiss. Okay, thank you for your help”, he spoke, giving her a little wave, “We’ll return soon, hopefully with money. Thanks again”. Heading back to Kabocha and Choi he gave a little smirk before pointing down the street, heading off that way with the money close to his side.

Shu was pretty excited about this and definitely more than willing to play with all of them even if it meant Haku was going to play too. The guy barely seemed to care about playing so he was probably not really going to take part so that was fine with him. He wanted T’charrl to feel happier and would definitely make sure he did, hopefully without anything going wrong. His friend wasn’t very happy right now and he could see that, but luckily he was willing to try and make it better by including some playtime. Getting all excited he looked between Takeshi and T’charrl hastily, trying to figure out who was being the seeker first until Takeshi decided to take the lead in that notion. “Yay! Okay! We hide! You won’t find me but I find you!” he chirped happily before bouncing through the branches again, “Hide, hide, hide!”

“Uhhh, watch out for other animals!” T’charrl spoke quickly, still not feeling too sure about this. It was definitely a case of being cautious while playing around like this when the woods weren't exactly safe all the time just because they were the smartest creatures on the planet. There was a lot out there that his kind were familiar with that were very dangerous, even to those with power. It was going to be difficult to hide and be found successfully, but if Takeshi wanted to take the lead then that was fine. “Uhh okay. I suppose…” he spoke, looking around, “If you can’t find me for a while, I’ll come out of hiding. I just don’t want to lose you all in this place. Keep a lookout for the animals since I’m sure the ship landing brought out the lurkers, okay?”

Yumi hadn't missed what Viral did, she was fully aware that the beast could be hurt. Now that she found herself atop it too she realized it was almost like an armadillo, with occasional gaps in its plate-like skin that would be susceptible to attack. If she could just stop it from swinging and trashing about then she would be able to more easily do away with it and secure her kill. The first idea she had once mounting the animal was drive it into trees, hoping that maybe causing it to ram them would injure it and slow it down. One tree, then a second and her plan looked to be working. By yanking forcibly on its ears she could drive the animal into wherever she pleased, shame there weren't big rocks around. She was almost getting into it too when Viral suddenly jumped onto the creature as well, making her gasp in surprise and release her hold on the animal. "What, why? I'm getting close to beating it!" Yumi retorted, frowning as she watched Viral leaving. Sighing she jumped off as well, dashing away to avoid the furious animal. The sound of it roaring and growling could be heard some way as they moved off, stopping once it was completely out of sight. Glancing back in the direction of the still fussing creature Yumi managed a small smile, her ears folding back in an embarrassed display. "Okay... I know that wasn't the best first attempt, but I'll do better next time!"

Kabocha was very nearly going to smack Choi, the other boy was getting way too many kicks out of this. "Aren't you supposed to respect your elders, idiot?" he asked, frowning as he narrowed his eyes at his friend, "I guess they don't teach cooks simple manners." He could take shots too, only difference was he was far moodier and vindictive right now. He so could deal with people, that lady was just impossible. Kai wasn't going to get anywhere with her either and they would have to search elsewhere for some money, plain and simple. Confident that Kai would fail too he looked over towards the stall and immediately his jaw dropped, seeing their friend returning triumphant. No way, how in the hell had he managed to convince the woman to help? Having a hard time believing it Kabocha followed Kai closely when he walked off, staring at him dumbfounded. "What did you do? Threaten her? Threaten her kids or something?" he asked, shaking his head, "There's no way you managed to get her to talk without doing something! She wouldn't give me the time of day if I asked!"

Takeshi would seek first, that was what he had decided upon and the others agreed. Since T'charrl was so certain his hiding skills were so good he'd have to make it a point to try finding his friend quickly. Shu had done it before, albeit by running into and barreling over the poor guy, but he'd found him. With a bit of mindful searching and maybe some luck he could do it too. Wasting no time the little guy was off to hide, well before they could even finish their discussion about the game. Not that no one saw it coming, Shu never was one to stand around and listen. Smirking as T'charrl called after his little brother Takeshi chuckled, rubbing his head as he looked back. "I'll be extra careful about animals and all that, don't worry. I know Shu will too, and I doubt we need to tell you," he added, looking at Haku, "But that sounds like a good idea. If something shows up just get in touch with your scouter and we'll all meet up again." It shouldn't be an issue though, they were just animals. Takeshi would be the first to admit, well maybe not, but acknowledge that he had underestimated the Kaesstrians before. That error had nearly gotten them killed, he wasn't going to take T'charrl's people so lightly again. Animals were another story, regardless of planet they were just that, animals. Nothing a good strong hit or a Ki blast couldn't solve, plus that just meant food afterwards. "You two get hiding then, don't go that far off, I don't want to search the whole planet, you know?" Going to the nearest tree he folded his arms against the bark, laying his forehead against them and closing his eyes, starting his count aloud.

So Shu was already off and trying to hide, wonderful. That hyperactive dolt probably was really good at this game, he may even be the last one found. Then again T'charrl said he was really good at hiding too, and considering this was his turf Haku was inclined to believe him. All he knew was he was going to be the first found no doubt. He was never taught anything in the way of being sneaky, it just wasn't what he was meant for. Getting up in someone's face and fighting, that was his lot in the military even if he wasn't that great at it. Sneaking and hiding though were a special skill set, one he doubted he had even for something as simple as a game. Maybe he was getting down on himself though, to his benefit Takeshi couldn't be all that familiar with the terrain either. Finding a spot the Prince didn't know about wouldn't be all hard, and if he concealed himself well enough then he'd be fine. Watching Takeshi take to a tree to begin his countdown Haku nodded to himself, glancing briefly at T'charrl before jumping up into a tree and away, racing off in the direction opposite Shu had gone. He was going to try his damnedest, even if it was a silly game. No use in playing if he was only going to do so half-heartedly.

Viral thought that was a fairly disgraceful way of treating another creature that was just trying to survive. Yumi was mocking it completely and turning it into a bully victim with that sort of treatment. She should’ve fled when her weapon broke the first time and yet she was determined to fight it as if it was an opponent on the battlefield. Getting angry at her aside, he ordered her to flee from it, running away from it as fast as he could manage through the shrubs. Looking back to see if Yumi was there he growled lowly, hardly happy to hear her get on at him for taking her away from the battle. Turning around he looked off to where the creature was, hearing that it definitely wasn’t coming this way. “Beating it?? You weren’t supposed to beat it, you were supposed to KILL it!” he told her off, pointing a claw at her before he growled lowly in a sigh, “You humiliated that creature. It didn’t know what you are or what you were trying to do! If you do try and challenge a creature like that, kill it quickly with dignity”. It was unlikely that they’d know how to carve that thing up even if she managed to kill it. She would have to learn to pick her targets a lot more efficiently and that was it, not think to go after a predator. “Hmph, always next time…either way, we’re moving. That thing might follow us and I’d rather it didn’t”.

Choi didn’t have much of a care if he was getting Kabocha all angry, but he knew he wasn’t allowed to go too far with it incase Kabocha caused a scene and that wouldn’t work for any of them in the long term. “Hey man, we know manners! Just not to you”, he spoke quickly, waving his finger, “Maybe once you start waving a stick around and yelling at us with empty threats, I’ll start respecting you”. Seeing Kai come back he watched him before seeing him head off down the street. Looking to Kabocha quickly he soon followed on, somewhat surprised he was able to do it that quickly.

Kai knew what he had to look for, just a few blocks away too. It would probably be down a main street so they just had to stick to looking for the right way to go rather than hope he was going to go down the right block. Looking to Kabocha and Choi as they caught up he shook his head at his responses, finding it to be all amusing how flustered he was get over his success. “I did nothing. All I did was ask her for directions to where I could exchange the money…you know, like I said we should do first”, he spoke calmly, feeling pretty smug, “I said if we get enough money we’ll come back to her stall, meaning she’ll give us her best food. You know, you have to learn how to talk to women, no matter what their species”.

Shu was pretty excited about this and knew he had to keep somewhere where he could hear Takeshi. If he lost him he would try and find him, follow along in a new hiding place every so often. He wasn’t going to get lost in a place like this, even if he could find the ship easily. Bouncing along the branches he soon retreated to the ground, looking around before hiding away in a shrub. He didn’t think he would be so easily found here, especially when the leaves were big and there were many of the plants around. Feeling pretty snug in his hiding place he smiled away to himself, hearing Takeshi count from after.

T’charrl didn’t know if Takeshi was aware of his skill in hiding, but if he wanted to do this then he was going to amuse him as well. Maybe he’ll make it easy on him, but really he was going to try his best to blend in with the body he had. He was fairly large, but that didn’t mean he couldn’t look like part of the scenery or look a part of the environment by hiding in the treetops or something. He was pretty certain he could use the trees to an advantage, but he would probably make it easy on Takeshi by hiding on the ground so he might not get too flustered. “Uhhh, okay sure. If you think this is a good idea”, he spoke, feeling unsure about the animals still but they were nothing none of them could handle, probably. Just because he knew the local wildlife didn’t mean he knew how to handle them all, but this was going to work just fine too. Giving Takeshi a quick nod he soon headed off to try and find a place to hide, not willing to get lost in this place either. He could find his way back by tracking his own scent, but that would be such a bother considering he would’ve gotten lost because he was playing a game. Searching around for a place to go he gave a quick brief run followed by a hop, fluttering his wings before settling in amongst a bunch of shrubs and bushes, his body and the orbs changing colour to fit into the environment. He was going to keep an eye out for Takeshi coming around, wondering if he would find him like this at all.

"Well I figured I would kill it by beating it! Since my spear didn't work I was trying to improvise," Yumi explained, sighing as she placed her hands on her hips, "I could have too if you didn't make me stop..." She didn't understand what the issue was, it was like Viral wanted only a single, specific method of hunting to be employed. Well then she wasn't learning anything, she'd just be mimicking whatever he did. If she was to come in of her own then she would have to do things her way, even if the Beastman didn't wholly agree with them. Yumi didn't quite find the line of thinking when it came to treating her prey with dignity, that seemed hard when you were trying to kill something. She wouldn't do anything outlandish, but a kill was a kill, regardless of how you did it. So their hunting expedition then was going to consist of Viral giving her a crash course on 'dignified' hunting methods, was it? Lovely. Figuring arguing further would only cause trouble for them she made a point to apologize, doing so as kindly as she could. Thankfully it looked like they were going to drop the matter as Viral was wanting to keep moving to get away from the animal. No issues from her, if that wasn't her target then she had no desire to hang around any longer. "I'll be more careful next time, and quicker too," Yumi said as she began walking, glancing back with a small, disparaging smile, "And I'll treat it with respect."

Kabocha was getting all kinds of angry with the twins, which was nothing new really. The two of them just had a knack for aggravating him and they knew it, always playing it up and targeting him. Normally they were fine, but when they decided to they could be a serious pain in his rear. Shooting Choi a nasty look as he went on he followed after Kai, hoping to just get the exchange business over with soon. Once they did they could focus on getting food and hopefully these two would shut up by then. "And I tried to exchange the money, but that woman was too damn stubborn to listen to me," he retorted, frowning. The next remark made Kabocha's face heat up as he glared at Kai, reaching out to try and swat him on the head. "Hey, I don't see you with a woman either big shot! I don't want to hear anything from you!" The only one here that had a girlfriend was Choi, and he and Yumi were taking a break. To him and in his experience that didn't bode well for his friend. Girls just didn't take a break, it usually meant something was up. If he said anything to that effect though it would leave Choi all nervous and upset, and Kai would get angry in turn. Things were a hassle enough as it was with him keeping quiet, no need to stir any more trouble.

If Shu and T'charrl were going to do their best to hide then Haku was going to have to try as well. He hadn't a clue how he was going to go about it nor what might make a good spot to begin with. Something in a bush maybe, or hidden behind a tree. Though the latter was fairly easy to figure out, so maybe not. Up in a tree? Eh, Takeshi could easily fly up and spot him, that was hardly a good spot. Maybe he could always try finding a tree with a big knothole in it and climb in, use that as a spot. If some native animal lived inside though and attacked then hiding would be the least of his concerns. Feh... Maybe a bush would have to do then. Putting distance between him and the others Haku came to a halt on a branch some ways away, crouching down and looking about the immediate area for a hiding spot. The best looking place he could ultimately decide on were a collection of broad-leaved plants, sprouting up along the base of a few trees. Jumping down from his perch he hurried over, pushed aside a few of the long stalks and climbed into the thick of it. By carefully sitting down in between all of the plants and adjusting a few stalks Haku managed to near completely conceal himself from view. His blue and white clothing hardly blended in, but hopefully the plant did enough to hide him.

"Forty-eight... Forty-nine... Fifty! Here I come guys!" Takeshi turned with a smirk and looked around immediately, trying to pick out any clear traces of where the others had gone. To their credit he didn't see anything nearby that might hint at their direction, no busted branches or noticeable marks. Okay then, he'd actually have to give this an honest effort then, no sweat! It might be easy to just try picking out their energies but that was cheating, and it was hardly a contest if he cheated. So then, where did he go first? They could have gone off in any direction really, and given the fact there were three of them it was a safe bet they each went in a separate way. Scratching at his head he looked in every which way, debating on what was his best bet to begin with. "Really should have set a limit on distance..." he mumbled, sighing before giving himself a stretch. "Ah well... I'll find them either way!" And he was talking to himself... Again. Smiling sheepishly Takeshi settled on going straight ahead from where he was now, and he could always circle back if it was a dud.

Viral let out a groan, rubbing his forehead. “That’s the problem: you were beating it up! It’s a living creature and you were treating it like a toy!” he told her off, finding it rather hard to keep calm about it, “Next time, if it’s a fail…just retreat if you have no other way to kill it”. The creature would be of no use anyway after all of that, especially when it was probably full of toxic chemicals that would just make the meat tough and not very pleasant to eat. Everything had to be done quickly or the animal would be of no use for consumption. She had to learn some constraint when it came to hunting and doing that was definitely not going to work against a creature like that. Feeling that they just had to find the water now he made a glance back to Yumi, sighing as he shook his head. “You should choose your prey more carefully. That creature was not one you’d usually find out at this time judging by its appearance meaning it would’ve been confused and disorientated, more ready to defend itself. Look for a creature that doesn’t have that much teeth next time. Maybe if there’s some sort of fish in that lake you can try that…”

Kai knew what he would have to look for even if he had to take a guess at the written language to find the place, but even if they did get lost he knew the name of the place and could easily ask one of the locals where it was. There was no problem in this whatsoever so Kai was pretty pleased with himself, especially when Kabocha was getting all angry because he didn’t know how he managed to take care of something he had trouble with before. Looking to Kabocha he gave him a good staring at, listening to him complain before he looked away again, smirking. “You tried to exchange it for food. That’s not how currency exchange works; it’s either money or it’s nothing”, he spoke before having to move his head, looking back to Kabocha with a frown at first before snickering, “I can get one anytime I like, but I’m not interested in Kaesstrians. Too many arms, too tall for me…”

Shu felt pretty happy, even if he had to be still and in silence for this to work. He wasn’t going to end up being the first one caught if he could help it, but if he was caught he would definitely give Takeshi a good run when he would eventually try to sprint to safety. He was pretty good at hiding despite being in clothing that wouldn’t blend in at all. T’charrl was probably going to be a little bit more difficult when he was often changing colour. He remembered when he was a very vibrant yellow when he was really tall, even green in another. When he first found his friend he looked exactly like a log so there was no doubt he was doing the same thing and was probably hiding in plain sight.

T’charrl was fairly relaxed as he remained pretty quiet and still, even if he was using his defence mechanism to play instead of using it to keep out of danger. He was fairly sure he was in no danger just now, but he was still going to be careful. It felt nice to be this close to the forest floor, the feel of the grass and soft dirt did make him feel at home. He could feel the energy circulating beneath the soil and that was definitely relaxing. There was probably no way he would fall into danger if he was hiding like this, but he knew he still had to be somewhat careful.

Yumi couldn't see what she was doing as 'playing', she was earnestly trying to bring down the creature they had found. Since her weapon had broken she had gone to what she knew best and that was fighting, however unorthodox her method may have been. Fine, no use in agitating Viral further, they could move on and try something else. If there was something with a bit less in the way of claws and fangs she wouldn't mind tackling that instead, goodness knows it would be an easier kill. Her failed attempt at hunting was still throwing a fit so they ought to distance themselves, and to that end Yumi began walking away from it. If she was going to find something easier to get then it definitely made sense to her to search for some fruit trees; bringing down an herbivore would be drastically easier than something like the blackened monster. "I can do more than fishing! You're making it sound like I'm totally inept!" Yumi whined, frowning as she looked at Viral, "I'll go to the lake, but it's going to be to find something else. No way am I sticking to just plucking fish out of some water." The lake wasn't all that far... Right? They well could have gotten turned around after running from that creature, but she liked to think not. Continuing their stroll through the forest she became pleasantly surprised when the lake in question at last came into view, the widespread body of water just visible through the dense treeline. Sending a smile in Viral's direction Yumi hurried forward, coming to a gradual halt whilst still concealed by the trees. Okay then, animals were bound to be around here, now where were they?

Kabocha was in a real fit, and Kai wasn't helping it at all. He'd never had to exchange money before, every world they were on took Saiyan money. The only time they had been here on Kaesstra money had been provided as well as housing so there was no reason to worry about it. How aggravating, he loathed to admit to himself he wasn't sure how to get what they needed here. To top it off he had become reliant on Kai's ability to get what they needed, that only made things even worse. Doing little to hide his annoyance with his friend he sighed, looking away stubbornly and making a remark about women. It was a touchy subject with all of them, save for Choi who actually had someone. Kabocha could get them but never keep them, Kai never had any and Takeshi seemed to be cursed to be beaten by every girl he ever spoke to. It was like their whole squad was cursed to remain single, until Choi went and got himself a girlfriend in Yumi. "Right... And look at the selection you have now," Kabocha said, referring to their group of friends, "If Kaesstrians don't do it for you then you're out of luck. Who knows how long it'll be until we pick up some hot girls, or go back to Kortal. Man... Now I'm hungry AND I want a chick to feed me..." If they were back home he could have that, granted it would have been a servant girl. Hey, some of them were cute, he'd stolen glances more than once at them. And the best part was he couldn't be smacked for doing so, being a noble's son and all. But now he had to play all nice, what a bother.

Takeshi was having a fair bit of trouble with tracking down the others, quite a lot in fact. He couldn't even find Haku, someone who he'd figured would have been sticking out like a sore thumb. Such a pain, he didn't even know if he was going in the proper direction or not. For all he knew he could be heading in the opposite direction of the others and he would never know it, and to top it off there was no telling how far out they may have gone from the start. Doubling back yet again to the starting point he let out a soft sigh, scratching at his head as he glanced around. Okay, so he'd gone north and east, he thought, it was hard to tell on this planet. Left and straight if that made it easier, plus everything in between those two points. So it made sense to try the other ways next and maybe he'd have some luck. On a slight whim his hand went up to his scouter and pressed the button, opening the channels but remaining quiet on the off chance he might hear something. Nope, nothing but static, so everyone else had theirs off. Groaning he turned the device back off and pushed his hands into his pockets, beginning a search off in another direction. They had to be somewhere, no way could they have gotten off that far in such a short time. Unless they were still moving, though he doubted that. Save perhaps for Shu he would figure they knew not to go off too far, otherwise the game would just become absurd. But seriously... Where was everyone?

The large ship landing down on Kaesstra hadn't exactly been the most discreet thing ever, it had caused quite the commotion in both cities. Though it had been a while since it landed there were no obvious signs of a threat, nothing to warrant the need of military action. In spite of that Queen Eslaria thought it wise to send a small group out to inspect the ship and try to discern who was inside of it, or who had been. There were very few alien races who had come to Kaesstra before, and the first and foremost thought were Saiyans. If this turned out to be some of the King's men then their people could be in trouble, they had to know before an attack began. L'esta took the initiative and with the Queen's orders set out with four other soldiers to investigate the new arrivals. There was some distance between their underground city and the vessel, flying would get them there within moments but it may also attract attention. Instead the scouting party had decided to go on foot, being mindful of how the wildlife was reacting. If they were in a panic or running then they knew something was amiss, but thus far there was nothing to indicate something was wrong. L'esta wasn't letting himself relax though, not until they were entirely certain that everything was okay. They had finally brought peace to their people and now was not the time for a foreign enemy to disrupt that, he had to be sure they could prevent an attack. Coming across a clearing he ordered his men to stop and take a brief break, keeping his hands on his sword as he scanned the area, making certain nothing was around to harm them.
