over all elements? but...wouldn't air grant him flight anyways if he can fully control it? and he could use fire for propulsion to take off, and to soften his landing.

Kyo's got some super nasty memories and fears. Almost constantly living in a waking nightmare for years at a time didn't exactly leave him as unscarred as he'll probably seem right now.
