Would anyone be interested in a Gone series rp? For those of you that don't know it's about a town where everyone 15 and older disappears and the 14 and younger are trapped in the town which has been encased in a large, impenetrable dome. All seems well until some of the children, freaks as they're called, begin developing powers. And some kids start hearing a voice in their head telling them to come to a cave on the outskirts of town. The kids must battle the monster that is hellbent on invading their thoughts and controlling their minds, power hungry children, Anti-Freak activists, hunger, sickness, thirst, and most of all, their own primal workings.

i've never heard of this but i'd like to join! But what kind of powers do they usually develop?What kind of monster is haunting them? is he simply putting in thoughts in their minds or able to control them in one way or another? hope you don't mind the questions, they are just so that i have a better understanding of this.

In the book powers ranged from shooting green beams that could burn through steel, to telekinesis, to super speed. There was one girl who could read how powerful another person was. The monster is called The Darkness and it doesn't really have a physical form but if you get too close to it, you can go insane and it will take you over.

Definitely interested, love the books. And thanks for reminding me I really need to read the rest of them, I finished Hunger then kinda just went on to other books.

Yeah I just started Plague. Hunger wasn't the best but it was better than most sequels.

read the whole series, loved it. I didn't like the ending of the series as much though. It seemed like Grant ran out of ideas and just quickly tied up the loose ends.
