Sure. That sounds like a pretty interesting power, though I'm curious how your character would use it.

Audiophile is one of my favorite characters. I always use her for a Superpower RP xD
Usually as a villain, since she's kinda psycho, but I can tweak her just a bit to fit this xP

Every time a superhero RP rolls around I roll out a sound using character too, it's like the thing I dig. Ah well, I'll think of something.

Sound manipulation is awesome. One of my top abilities I would love to have. That, and Lightning/energy manipulation.

We could always have similar abilities, though. We could be like, rivals or something. Could be fun.

I wouldn't mind if two characters had similar powers, though I would like it if there was a little difference about how your powers worked.

For example, if two people wanted to be shapeshifters, they could be, as long as they could shift into different things. Like one could only shift into different people (e.g. Mystique) and the other could only shift into animals (e.g. Beastboy). Or the two of them could both shift into animals, but different types of animals. That sort of thing.

I'm interested, the only thing I hate about these RP's is that I have to choose one out of the infinite amount of powers that could be applicable here. :P

Well in the past I either went for sound waves as an offensive thing, like via the vocal chords, to where the sound was made visible, or I went for a sound construct thing treating sound as a manipulative thing to create sound-based weaponry. But I've been considering dabbling in something like Dazzler, where instead of making light shows from absorbing sound, sound is absorbed and turned into an offensive thing.

The way I made Audiophile is that she is able to manipulate and absorb existing sound using her body as a sort of focus for it. Like say, she is able to guide the sound waves along her body, amplify them, manipulate them, and then use them for whatever she wanted too. So, kind of like the thing you wanted to dabble in xD

If I had an old CS of hers up, I'd direct you to it but I haven't used her in awhile on here.

...but dang, I feel like I'm taking all your ideas now xD

That doesn't seem like too difficult a thing to work around. If you go with the absorption thing then I can fall back on the physical manipulation of sound via the use of personal vocal chords, since that way it's not like being able to use sound from outside sources since that's cray-cray.

I'm a little wary about a character having Gravity Manipulation as a power but, depending on how your character is able to utilise it, I may allow it.

I'll cross Gravity Manipulation off the list then :P That leaves me with Spider Mimicry, Solar Manipulation, Sand Manipulation, or Steel Mimicry.....

I mentioned earlier that I wanted to be a teacher. I would like to call fire-manipulation...simply fire...not ion...not solar.....fire. Like Zuko..or the human torch....or Pyro.
