I can always admire a bit of trollery.

If it's done purely for the purpose of indiscriminately pissing people off, then wonderful. If it's just targeted at one group of people because of a personal vendetta, then the pure, innocent intent of trolling is lost. That I cannot get behind.

If I lived in a country where another religion was the main religion I would be poking fun at it instead. I only chose christianity because its the major religion in my country and I feel my fantastic humour would be wasted on a more minor religion.

No, I agree on that idea. It's always been the rational response to "but y u no h8 islam" to people in the US/West criticizing christianity. I only said it because it seemed like the natural progression from what I said, despite being incorrect. I should have made it more clear.
