Kiton didn’t know what these people thought of him and it was only two that actually spoke to him in a friendly manner, the others not showing too much interest in him other than calling him out for what he did. If he was to escape trouble he might just have to be with these guys for a while until it cooled down. It was a difficult time for him now that he was caught out like this and unable to move properly without being brought under considerable pain. He didn’t know how he was supposed to even stand in this position, but maybe soon he would find himself a pillow or something to prop up against. This was going to be an uncomfortable ride until he recovered, but like Sasha said he was lucky to be alive. If he was taller he might’ve not survived, even if he is a Frost Demon the impact would just be too great. Everything that was happening had left him a little drained and lacking the willpower to do anything, but he was still willing to try and sit up just so he wouldn’t be left in such a vulnerable position.

Shu hoped he’d be nice and clean before they’d have food and after that battle he’ll definitely need some soon; however, this planet didn’t look like it had many trees nevermind food on said trees to eat. Maybe there was fish and what not but it was very hard to tell. Everyone would eventually need food, probably the alien from the crash too since if he was so hurt he could barely move now then who knew how long it had been since he had last eaten too. Poor little guy must’ve been hungry, and by little he was definitely a little alien even compared to himself. “I don’t know, but maybe he worried he might look scary too! We never ask him anything, really…” Feeling a little worried that everything was not okay outside he gave a look towards the windows, staring at them before looking to Takeshi when he winced. “No! You stay there! Why so silly? Why everyone silly today?”

Viral wanted to be shown as strong right now, showing he was instead able to stand by himself and show he wasn’t going to have a breakdown in front of Vegeta. He had put a lot of energy into all that and even keeping Enki running had his energy running on high the entire time. Staring down at Vegeta he grumbled when he analysed him instead as if looking for any faults other than his strange form, watching him carefully as if checking for any analysis. Watching him carefully he growled lowly, before grunting, not entirely pleased with seeing him out like this even when he was injured. Bending down to him he sneered at his words. “Yeah…I did it. Won’t it be nice for them to see this form and consider it the hero?” he spoke slowly, tilting his head slightly, “Nevermind your father…whatabout you? Are you or are you still ashamed at what I’ve become?”

T’charrl didn’t know how to handle Yumi when he was like this, worried that she’d fear him. There wasn’t much going through his mind other than very simply thoughts and having her staring up at him like this frightened him and put him in confrontation mode. Hissing at her and showing his teeth he watched her with a concentrated gaze as she spoke, pulling his head back and raising his shoulders when she stepped forward again. He didn’t know what he wanted from her, not looking convinced by her words but he was slowly ceasing his hissing the longer he stared at her. The panic was leaving his mind, his large eyes looking less angry before they slowly closed, his body dropping off his feet and crashing to the ground with a wince. Despite the form he had his own energy had been drained greatly, the form he took only a result of a near death experience. Finding himself no longer in that state he started changing back, but instead of reverting into his normal form he changed back into his final enlarged form he took before discovering his ability to change back; however, with him not looking too mentally there he couldn’t concentrate on his normal form, his body even more coated in goop since it didn’t fall off as he changed back.

Vegeta could see no immediate injury to Viral, which was a welcome relief. No doubt he would be tired after expending so much power, but exhaustion was far preferable to any real physical harm. Nodding to himself after doing his check-up he glanced up at Viral, frowning hearing his response. "You did something no one else here could by beating that, and I'm sure they have seen enough to not mind you much. That being said you should revert back soon enough, especially with all that power you used." Generally if he didn't have the capacity to sustain the form then it faded, and that was what he was betting on for now. In rebuttal to Viral's other remark he could only scoff, looking over at T'charrl and Yumi to see how they were fairing. "I was never ashamed of you, and I don't know where you got that absurd notion from," Vegeta answered, glancing back with a frown, "I am ashamed of my inability to help you. I am ashamed we have to go as far as resurrecting the dead to find your cure, and I'm ashamed of how I tried and failed to find ways to handle you rather than trying to properly learn. It's my fault you ever even ended up at this point, so there is plenty to be ashamed of, but no... I am not ashamed of you, or what you've done."

It could well be hopeful naivety that was propelling Yumi forward, or just an innate sense to want to help. With salvation finally within arms grasp for Viral she couldn't bear to think something more might go wrong now, and so she hoped that T'charrl was anything but lost to them. He seemed not there though, and even as she tried to speak to him and show she meant no harm the signs weren't overly positive. Thankfully by some miracle she had managed to get through, feeling her body lighten with the anxiety that had come upon her as she watched her friend change back. It wasn't his true form unfortunately, and he seemed rather tired, but this was at least a T'charrl she could be confident in. "Oh good... Thank goodness you're back..." Yumi remarked, smiling as she stepped forward to help, but ending up having to stop as the odor on her friend assaulted her nose. Blinking back tears one of her hands shot up to cover her mouth and nostrils, looking at him surprised. "I don't even want to know what you're covered in... But you need a bath... Can you walk...?" She really didn't want to be covered in that goop herself as it made her nose burn even from here, but they did have to get T'charrl washed up.

Takeshi could barely see what was happening from where he was sat, though it seemed like everyone was okay. Maybe hurt, hard to say, but alive and well. With a bit of attention and some rest they should all be good to get moving again, find some Namekians and hopefully get their wishes made. Would the locals even let them though? With a fight like they just had he assumed someone must have caught wind of the fray, so it was a safe bet they knew what was happening by now. Would anyone come out though, or were they staying away because of the scale of it? He hoped someone came by, tracking down a Namekian after all this nonsense would really suck. "Hey... I'm not being silly, I just don't like sitting around, you know?" Takeshi retorted, smirking at his brother before motioning towards the door. "Go on squirt, get out and find some water to wash up in. I'll be fine, you should get clean while we've got the chance. Don't want to show up at the Namekian's doorstep looking like we went through hell, yeah?"

Viral had no concern over how he was feeling but seeing how Vegeta was earlier he was angry over that lack of confidence, everything that he built up to get to this point being forgotten about. Everything he was working on up to this point was now being denied as helpful to him. He was holding on pretty well to give Vegeta the point he wanted to give, his desire to get him to say everything he meant earlier being his first concern. Staring at him as he spoke he narrowed his gaze as he continued to shame himself, seeing everything he had done previously being put down like it did nothing. Growling lowly he moved closer to Vegeta, looking ready to punch him if it wasn’t for the fact he was injured. “You think this is because of you? We were going to revive them anyway…and you think it’s a last ditch option because you think you failed??” he growled, raising himself higher, “I have been fighting this off before you started the course on me! What you created made it easier for me to control it! If you find yourself ashamed at that what you’ve done for me then you’re ashamed of me for not being able to hold on and keep my end of the bargain…”

T’charrl barely knew what happened to him and was completely sore and pretty dazed, the gunk not giving him a break on his senses as he tried to recover. He felt rather different, his body not coping very well with going back to what he had managed to hold off for so long. He didn’t quite have the mentality to find himself again, not yet while he was low on energy and really rather messy. Staring into nothingness as he lay on the ground he eventually blinked, slowly looking up at Yumi as she spoke. His vision slowly came together to form her, everything she was saying forming sense in his mind. Hesitating a moment he soon slowly pushed himself up onto his feet and claws, holding his position with a wobbly stance he stared down for a moment before looking for the water, his feet slowly moving his large body unsteadily under the weight of all the horrid goop.

Shu didn’t want Takeshi moving around and getting all hurt again, especially when he worked so hard trying to be useful with treating his brother’s wounds. He was sure he was going to be able to be useful again in the future but this was the now and he was proud with what he had been able to accomplish on his own, not particularly wanting Takeshi to ruin it even if he had little faith. Huffing a little he shifted his feet, looking towards the door before making a bounce towards it. “Okay! Okay, you stay! I go”, he spoke, quickly nodding before turning around and heading out of the door; however, before he could go all that much further from the ship he squeaked, backing into the ship again rather quickly as he pointed to the sky. “Ooh! Flying green people! Takeshi! Green people are Namek people, right??”

Vegeta couldn't help but place blame on himself, certainly no one else here was at fault. He'd been the sole person working towards the cure and it failed, how could anyone else possible be at fault here? He loathed to be in such a pitiful state, but seeing Viral having changed in spite of all he'd tried to do was just shattering. Hardly even able to face Viral he frowned when the Beastman began to chastise him, glancing up somberly as he was berated. "I'm not ashamed of you though... That's the thing. You've shown nothing but progress since this whole venture started, and you have been improving. Though obviously by the current state of things not by enough, meaning the work I did up until now wasn't good enough." He had gone into this project knowing he wouldn't be able to fully solve the problem, and yet being faced with that as a definitive truth now made it no less difficult to accept. Hearing Viral say it made things easier for him was slight condolence, yet it would have to be enough lest he spend the next few hours moping around like a miserable lout. Closing his eyes Vegeta let out a long sigh, shaking his head before smiling faintly and glancing towards the craters behind them. "Seeing how you handled that monster I could never be ashamed of you, nor have I ever been. You're a testament to true strength, you did what none of us could do even in a sick state. And you thought your days of fighting were through."

Shu wasn't the only one that needed to wash up, most everyone was covered in dirt and dried blood at this point. Of course should some of them with open wounds go swimming it would probably be a real pain, literally and figuratively, so maybe best they hold off for now. Takeshi didn't want to keep sitting here either even tired as he was, but he knew there was little option otherwise. Tch, being ordered around by Shu, well this was certainly a change of pace. Smiling slightly the older boy could only resign himself to do as he was told, laying his hands in his lap and watching his sibling. "Alright, alright, you win. I'm not going anywhere buddy, see?" he said, smiling as he held up his hands. No sooner had Shu gone and left did he come back in, evidently in a bit of a fit over some flying green people as he put it. Furrowing his brow confused Takeshi let out a sigh, shaking his head before shrugging his shoulders. "Uh... You told me to sit here, didn't you? That sounds like Namekians, but I can't exactly see anything from here." He could feel some powers coming close though, and they were none he recognized. Either they were the locals coming to investigate or there were yet more people on this planet besides them.

Yumi smiled with relief seeing T'charrl come back to his senses. She had worried for a moment they might have to subdue him, if for his own good, yet he'd come back unto his own. Before she could even begin to inspect any wounds they had to get him clean, as the goo on his body was quite literally going to knock her out it was so foul. "Come on, I'll help you, we'll find some shallow water," she suggested, knowing he had an aversion to getting wet. Waving him on as she started towards the shore Yumi sensed a group of powers fast approaching, pausing in her step and looking to the sky to see the Namekians. What a stroke of luck, the people who they were searching for had come to them, and just in time too! Hopefully they could offer some medical aid too, she wasn't sure what they had done would really suffice for long.

"I don't see the beast anymore, are we certain it was here?" one of the Namekians asked, frowning as he scanned the area below.

"Yes, this is where it was last sighted. Look at all of the damage down there though, and over there," another said, pointing to the group off in the distance, "It seems like they must have been fighting. But did they kill it? There seems to be so few of them..."

"There's only one way to find out. Be on your guard everyone, we don't know who they are yet or why they're here. Until we know for certain don't relax." The one who spoke was the largest of the group, a bit bulky and wearing a set of baggy pants, a gray tunic with a scarf wrapped around his neck, concealing the lower half of his face. One of his eyes were closed with a scar running vertically over it, and one of his antennae was partially missing. Gesturing for everyone to descend he led the way, coming down behind the shuttle as one by one each of the Namekians set foot. Right away he saw Shu and realized what he was, feeling his allies tensing up behind him; a Saiyan here on their world? This couldn't be good, though he seemed a bit young to be conquering them. The others with him, including the two unusual looking ones, just who were they? "You there, boy! Who are you and why are you on our world?"

Viral was angry at Vegeta, there was no doubt about that. He was angry that he would give up so quickly and blame himself for something so important for so long only for it to not appear to work. If he didn’t have any of Vegeta’s work then there would be nothing left for him to hope for and he was just throwing that all away like it was nothing. “You think I would still be living if you didn’t work on this?? The hope that you would be able to find me a cure to my problem was all that mattered to me and all of that helped me hang on when everything else seemed useless! You think I have the willpower to fight off this pain…this sickness for that long?? I would be dead!” There was little reason to remain alive and fighting if he couldn’t win the battle by himself, it would’ve been a wasted effort. Even with his tenacity and honourable mentality he wouldn’t be able to keep together long enough before he completely lost it. Glaring down at him he soon narrowed his eyes and looked away, letting out a deep sigh. He saw no reason for that to be something to brag over or get angry, only something to feel rather solemn yet embarrassed about it. “I just…wanted to protect. Nobody was hurting that thing and you were all struggling! I couldn’t let anybody die because I was too sick to do anything…”

T’charrl was struggling to find sense or balance after all that, his senses overwhelmed by the stench and his mind still foggy after changing. He had much more advanced senses than the others and much more complicated too, but with his antennae being the primary source of his senses he struggled to keep it together and focus on walking straight. He just needed to get to the water, despite how scared he was of it. Slowly moving along he tried to look in front of him at the path he was taking, not seeing much other than an array of colours. “I-I…didn’t want people to…see me like that…” he mumbled, his speech slurred, “Nobody…nobody should see me f-for what I am…” Getting a fright when he felt a sudden wash of wet and cold against his claws he looked down, not too sure whether he had just stepped in really muddy grass or the water really was green. Groaning he slowly moved further in, eventually dropping off his feet and paws and sitting on the water. He was dizzy and not feeling good at all, his skin burning and feeling uncomfortable.

Shu was in a bit of a panic, not feeling too sure whether he should try and be nice to these people or show that he had some sort of authority when he truly didn’t. He would be living a lie at that point and that would never be good. Looking quickly to Takeshi he frowned, eventually turning around with a squeaky huff. “You stay! No move! No!” he spoke quickly, “Like I said, yes! I can do this by myself…” If Takeshi went against his word he would be rather angry at him. Takeshi shouldn’t be the one who had to see to everything. Waiting for the Namekians to arrive he got a little anxious, shuffling his feet as he waited for them to approach, his eyes going to the biggest guy immediately. Now that guy was a scary looking man, the aliens looking strong and imposing. Lowering his head a little he gasped when one turned to him, immediately grabbing his tail. “U-Uhh…me? We? Or me?” he spoke quickly, getting confused, “I-I’m friend…I’m friend! We came asking for help and find crashed ship! Bad ship was bad with monsters, so we kill them…umm, i-is that okay…?”

Vegeta couldn't help but feel powerless, and yet Viral was so determined to make him see it otherwise. While any other time he may be gushing with pride at the off-chance praise he was receiving, if it indeed could be called that, for now he hardly felt the cloud overhead shifting an inch. So perhaps he had postponed the Beastman's demise, fine, but he hadn't improved anything. Viral was still sick, he was changing uncontrollably and once more stuck in an unwanted form. Yeah, his cures had done a lot of good. He may not be able to accept praise of his own, but Vegeta was more than prepared to hand it out to Viral. After all, the Beastman had done what their entire group had failed at, albeit with some assistance from T'charrl. Regardless, having slayed that monster was no small task to accomplish. "You did protect, and you protected us well. So... Thank you, Viral. I honestly thought we might be done for," Vegeta remarked, smiling somberly as he shook his head, "For once I am glad to have been wrong. I suppose now with that creature dead we can focus on the Dragonballs." That was the hope anyways, yet upon noticing approaching powers he again felt a bit of unease. In the state everyone was in a fight now would be very dangerous, and he near demanded they make a hasty retreat until he saw who was approaching. To his elation it was Namekians, the very people they had been searching for prior to this whole mess. With luck they were the peaceful sort and not the kind to exact revenge over defacing part of their planet.

"What do you mean what you are? You're our friend, it doesn't matter what you look like," Yumi retorted, smiling as she followed her friend closely, "Don't think we're going to start fearing you or shunning you for that, no one thinks any less of you. Heck, if anything we're all indebted because you saved our lives, you're a hero!" She'd missed exactly what had gone on in those final moments, but judging by the nasty liquid covering T'charrl she could make a guess. Doing something like that was insanity, yet it had panned out and perhaps ultimately won the fight for them. All the more reason to be at his side and help, she figured, it just wouldn't be right to leave him on his own after all he'd been through. Approaching the water together Yumi watched as he went in, relieved to see the nasty goo was beginning to peel off and float away. Keeping nearer to the shore as not to get it on herself too she perked up as the strangers approached, watching warily at first then smiling seeing them as Namekians. Wonderful, they had found the people they were seeking, or to be correct they had been found. Either way they had what they needed, now hopefully these people would be kind enough to help them out.

Those monsters that had been terrorizing their villages, were they truly gone now? The Namekian was almost too afraid to be so hopeful, yet the proof of it all was right before him. The ruined landscape, the injured fighters, the only explanation he could come up with was they had fought and successfully beaten the beasts. But why? They had no reason to do such a thing, they had no personal gain in slaying them and protecting Namek. Moreover why were they even here? Perhaps it had been for a reason, and the more he considered it the more cynical the Namekian became, worrying that while a favor had been done there would no doubt be a payment demanded in turn. Looking to the young Saiyan for an explanation he frowned listening to Shu talk, finding it a bit difficult to follow. Clearly this boy wasn't the leader, in fact he barely seemed old enough to be out here. "So you killed the creatures... Very well then, and what's this about the ship...?" he asked, looking around the area confused. In the aftermath of Viral's attack he had nigh obliterated the remains of Kiton's vessel, leaving only a few scraps scattered here and there but not much else. "Are you in charge here child? I must speak with whoever leads you."

Viral didn’t want to be angry at Vegeta but he had every right to be, his only hope that he was going to be able to hold off the illness resting with him. They didn’t know how long it would take for them to get all the Dragonballs and for Vegeta’s father to create the true cure, but until then he was going to end up holding on and use the medicine he currently had to keep himself going. Vegeta couldn’t understand that or understand how he was feeling about any of this, only caring for himself and how he felt about his own work. If Vegeta thought he failed then there was no point on trying to keep living in this condition. Vegeta cared for his own success, that’s it. Growling lowly as he looked away his ears lowered, sighing before turning back to Vegeta. “You often make it difficult for me to believe in myself with that attitude of yours…” he spoke lowly, giving him a sharp look, “Like following a weak Captain. Do you know what it’s like knowing your only known purpose just wants to give up on everything? If you dropped Capsule Corp a few years ago, you know I wouldn’t be here now…”

T’charrl was rather dizzy and sickly feeling, especially when he didn’t have a clue to what was around him. For all he knew there was grassy plains everywhere, but apparently he was in the water now and able to get himself washed. He did hope this stuff wasn’t toxic to the planet, but then again it would hopefully disappear in time before anything happened. Definitely feeling rather weary after carrying all that with him he slowly crawled further into the water, wriggling a little as if to secure himself in the water and make sure he didn’t float away before submerging his head. He really needed to get his antennae free of any gunk and there was definitely a lot of gunk on him. Shaking his head underwater at first he soon lifted it up quickly, shaking it again before letting out a sigh. “But…everyone has so much to worry about! I didn’t want to be another problem…I didn’t….a-and everyone’s so busy t-that I-I-…what I am is a problem to people!” It was hard to hide something like that when everyone else had so many problems that his could easily be hidden if he tried hard enough. They didn’t have time for his problem and he had spent so long trying to hide it that it was becoming overwhelming.

Shu didn’t know how to handle these guys, already feeling pretty nervous that they were going to get really angry at him because he was a kid and not very good at talking to strangers. He wasn’t someone who could go into a big discussion and negotiate the possibility of using their sacred Dragonballs because they killed something bad. Frowning up at them he hid his hands behind his back, giving a little nod before squeaking at their question, his eyes going to Kiton quickly. Kiton looked more like he was trying to hide from their view, or very much trying to as he could barely raise his arms to cover his head. Frowning he slowly looked back, raising his shoulders up. “Uhh…i-in charge…? No! Uhh, I don’t know who is in charge…” he frowned, looking passed them before pointing to Vegeta, “H-He tells us where to go a lot…so uhh, I guess he’s in charge…”

Yumi kept right by T'charrl just in case, not sure if he may need some help or not. The water here was shallow for some ways so slipping and drowning ought not to be a problem, unless he suddenly forgot how to stand. She could wash his back if need be, though aside from that he seemed capable enough of cleansing himself. Standing at the water's edge she smiled sadly as he began to get down on himself, really hating that he was doing so after just winning a big fight. "So we worried about you, that doesn't mean it's a problem. We're friends, it's normal for us to worry about each other, I promise. So don't go kicking yourself alright? It doesn't fit someone who just slayed a big monster." T'charrl still looked pretty down, not that she had expected her brief attempt at a pep-talk to really change much. Letting out a sigh Yumi slowly waded into the water, coming up to her waist as she joined the Kaesstrian. Sure, Namekians had arrived and were speaking to Shu, but the boy could handle things for the moment, she needed to be here. "You look like something's on your mind... Talk to me. You know I'm always here to listen, and it's better to get it out than keep it in."

If they were going to speak with anyone here it needed to be the person in charge; Looking at everyone it appeared to be more a ragtag group of misfits than an organized force, there may well not be an actual leader. For certainty's sake however the Namekian went ahead and prodded Shu anyways, frowning as the little Saiyan struggled to give them a real answer. Very timid for his kind, which was unusual, though in some ways he didn't seem wholly like the Saiyans they had seen before. Following his gesture to Vegeta, the Namekian gave a silent nod of his head, his eyes shifting then onto Viral curiously. Just what was that? He'd never seen anything like it, and though he initially placed him as a simple beast it was obvious it was far more intelligent than that. "Is he now...? Very well, I'll speak to him, thank you." the leader said, glancing back at his friends, "You three wait here, I'm just going to figure out what happened here." They needed a definitive answer, not some hapless stuttering from an evidently newborn Saiyan.

Vegeta felt bad enough without Viral criticizing him, it was like kicking him while he was already down. Of course he knew that, he was supposed to be the careful, calculated master and always know what to do or say. He was the head of the Capsule Corporation, and for all intents and purposes the captain of their stolen ship. With all of those accolades then why did he feel like a small child being scolded right now? His attitude was perhaps unreasonable given how things had turned out; Viral wasn't really harmed aside from changing, and those who had been injured would easily recover. And sure, his treatments hadn't been an absolute cure, but they had managed to get them to this point, far enough where someone else could take care of Viral. "I suppose you're right... It's absurd to blame myself for things out of my control," Vegeta mumbled, frowning as he rubbed at his nose, "As it is absurd to doubt myself... I did everything I could and no less, I can't be ashamed of that." It didn't completely turn his attitude around, but it at the very least had him a little more at ease. Just as well too, as it seemed that one of the Namekians was coming over to speak with them, the intimidating one in particular. Turning around to greet the man he placed a hand on his chest, bowing politely as he'd seen others do to Dende before. "Before you say anything, please allow me to apologize for the damage we've caused to your world. We tried to contain the fighting as best we could, but it proved to be difficult."

"Yes... There is quite a bit of damage, isn't there?" the Namekian remarked, frowning as he looked around the area, "All of that rock... And that grass... What a shame to think those stones are all in the water now." His tone had a slightly mocking sound to it, as it did a joking one. Obviously he was not wholly concerned with the damage, as it was the equivalent of someone putting a hole in a field in the middle of nowhere. No, if anything he was grateful to the group, but until he knew just what their story was they would hardly express gratitude. "Tell me, Saiyan, just who are you people...? It's very rare that Namek has any visitors, especially ones as lively as yourselves. And I can't say I'm thrilled to find every single one of you here appears to be a warrior either."

Ah lovely, diplomacy. How should he introduce them? As rebels? Earthlings? Neither would be wholly true as not everyone present belonged to both groups, not that he figured the Namekian would know that. Looking up at the man steadily Vegeta managed a slight smile, "We're friends, I assure you. We're simply a group of people with a common goal who are traveling together, and we mean no harm to your planet. We simply came here on a request, following an alleged rogue ship. The encounter we had just now... Well, that was unexpected."

T’charrl couldn’t help but feel stressed out and didn’t really want to press it all on Yumi and make her feel the stress he was going through, but after all that and being seen like that by even more people he was scared and completely stressed out. He wanted to keep it to himself but all this talk about him was a bit much for him to stay cool about. Letting out a groan he turned a little, splashing his arms and throwing water onto his back in nervous flicks to wash the gunk away. Groaning lightly he lowered his head as she spoke, his fur lifting momentarily before he sighed, looking down at the water. “I-I’m trying not to…I’m trying not to…”Sure, he helped slay a monster but everyone was seeing him for what he truly was which was a large mutant monster. Flicking the water lightly for a moment he glanced at Yumi as she sat down with him, mainly wondering why she was willing to sit in the water he was trying to wash himself in. Feeling nervous he frowned at her question, lowering his head as he continued to try and clean himself up despite what she was wanting to talk to him about. “I-I was trying to hide it for so long. I tried a-and…it scares me, is all. Nobody is around to help me with it…but I don’t want people to have to make time for me either. Remember when I talked about my problem…? I-I still can’t control it and I don’t know how to! I should had changed back before anyone saw me…then you should never see how horrible it really is…”

Shu felt pretty nervous about talking to these guys beyond getting everything they wanted to hear from him correct. He didn’t know who their leader was but he knew Vegeta was the one that did the most talking and planning so maybe he was the one who was in charge. Staring up at the men he nodded slowly, giving them a nervous smile. “I-It’s okay. I’m happy to help…” Watching as their leader went off to Vegeta he went back to staring up at the other Namekians, curious about them and what they might do. He hadn’t seen this many people like Dende before, but they didn’t appear hostile so that was a good thing. Looking over to Takeshi he gave a smile. “Did I do good…?”

Viral didn’t have to put up with Vegeta getting all mopey about his intelligence and lifestyle, especially when he had needed it throughout his life to keep him out of trouble and still existing. This was supposed to be a bump in the road and Viral himself tripped over that bump, but instead of him taking the blame for not watching himself it was Vegeta who was trying to place all the blame on himself. It annoyed him when it wasn’t explicitly his own fault when it was obvious he shouldn’t had jumped into battle like that in his condition. Grumbling when Vegeta decided to cool it down some more he looked away for a moment before noticing the Namekian approaching them, growling lowly as he backed off a little. He didn’t like the fact that they were here and one had come right up to them, his first reaction being to back off immediately. Raising a paw up to hide his face he soon looked down at it, seeing it to be more grotesque to show off than to use it for sheltering. He would’ve turned his back to them but it was soon apparent that he was disgusting from any angle, making him feel pretty ashamed quickly.

"We'll try harder. There's no reason for you to be feeling bad after that, even if you changed. Besides, you changed back now... Mostly, so it's not even a problem." Her and Vegeta aside no one had even seen it either, well save for Viral too. None of them were hardly going to judge T'charrl for it, and certainly none of them were going to go telling everyone else about what they had seen. From everything they had encountered over their travels, including this monster, it was far from the most unsettling of sights either. Wading in the water a bit to perhaps make the Kaesstrian feel better she smiled as he tried to wash his back, stepping around behind him. Cupping water in her hands she splashed at his back, relieved the goop seemed to just drip away and she wasn't going to have to actually touch it. "I remember, but you've gotten better with it since then. And you keep saying things like you're inconveniencing us, or that we don't have time for you, but that's not it at all," Yumi explained, placing her hands on her hips with a frown, "Everyone here is important, and everyone gets help if they need it. Just because one person might need some attention doesn't mean we can't give it to someone else too, understand? So you needing a helping hand isn't inconvenient, and it isn't forcing us to "make time for you". There's always time, and we're always happy to help. So don't be so afraid of needing it, and don't think we're going to start hating you over this, or whatever you turn into. At the end of the day that's not who you are, you're always going to be our friend."

Takeshi could barely see what was going on outside, though he could hear plenty of voices. So Namekians had found them after all, that was good. Having to fly around in their condition might sort of suck, and he didn't really want to show up at someone's doorstep all bloody and covered in bandages anyways. He missed a fair bit of the conversation between Shu and the natives if only because Sasha and Ricken were chatting away, louder than what he could pick up on with his brother. Shimmying over to the edge of the cot he grabbed one of the supports, leaning out over the side and managing to finally look out, just as the Namekian in charge was leaving to talk to someone else. That guy looked pretty battle-hardened, which was odd since he didn't think these people were fighting all that much. Were they even in the war? Then again Namekians could be pretty old, so there was a chance those wounds were awfully old. Meeting Shu's gaze the older boy smiled, giving a nod and a thumbs up, "Sure did buddy, though don't seem so scared next time, you know? We don't want these guys thinking we're all afraid and whatever." If they were seen as weak they might be pushed around, or at the very least made to do even more before they could get anything. Takeshi figured they were good guys, the Namekians, but he really didn't want to be jerked around and have to dance circles to get the Dragonballs.

So these were all friends of theirs, or so they claimed. The Namekian supposed their actions up until now and their conduct at this moment would support that, they weren't apparently hostile nor did he feel particularly threatened. Even the strange one beside the Saiyan, whatever he was, there was little threat coming from him too. How odd, the large one was evidently either ashamed or afraid, it was hard to say. "Friends...? Hm... I see. Well I suppose the only certainty I can gather is that you're not with the empire," he mused, noting the confused look on Vegeta's face. "Just because we're not involved doesn't mean we aren't aware of it. The fighting goes on all around us, and some of us, myself included, are surprised that it has not reached us. I suppose we have good fortune to thank for that however." Or sheer dumb luck, as there were worlds around their own which had been ceased by one side or the other. Reaching up and rubbing at his jaw the Namekian glanced back at Viral again, his one eye narrowing slightly as he tried to discern what the being was. He had a faint energy, but a very unusual one at that. "Tell me... Who are you...? You're no Saiyan, I can see that much. I assume you're with these people?"

T’charrl gave Yumi a nervous nod, letting out a groan as he rubbed at his arms under the water. He didn’t like changing, it always made him nervous and rather stressed out; then again, it was an unnatural process in his body and anything like that would make him feel terrible mentally. It was no wonder people went mad with this power, but he was determined not to. “Mostly not a problem…mostly…” If this was going to be a regular thing then he would rather he wasn’t spotted by others when it happened, seeing how it was embarrassing enough and pretty stressful to boot. Slowly wiping his arms down absentmindedly he sighed, staring down at the water before he sat up and looked around to Yumi. He didn’t think she would want to help him with this mess when it smelled so bad but thankfully she was being kind and helping him with his troubles. It wasn’t too hard when his fur was thick and glossy, but he couldn’t wash everywhere on him when his body was large and his arms thick. Keeping his head low he slowly nodded, giving his snout a rub. “You…really think so?” he asked up, giving a little smile before sighing, “I just feel…out of place, I guess. I know I came into the group late a-and my problems were just placed on everyone. I’m not used to having friends…I don’t know how everyone would find time for me neither…”

Shu hoped everything was okay, not wanting to leave a bad impression on them or anything. He was scared that people would see him and think of him as stupid because of how he looked and spoke, but he wasn’t. Everyone else was busy and when it was left to him to see to other people it made him nervous. Confrontation was always going to be scary for him when everyone else was bigger than him and probably knew how to speak better than him too. Smiling at Takeshi he giggled a little, raising his shoulders and nodding his head. “I know…I’m trying not to! I don’t mean to be afraid…or whatever”, he spoke, giving his tail a squeeze, “I’m not used to having people ask me questions like that. We don't have a leader…”

Viral didn’t particularly want to talk to the Namekians or anyone for that matter when he looked like a monster, even if the others might tell him he wasn’t one. He wasn’t worried about what they thought but how they reacted and how it might affect his own mentality. He definitely didn’t feel too great just standing there and was wanting to find something that would help ease his pains. He was embarrassed by how he looked but he couldn’t hate it, considering was supposed to keep his mentality strong so he didn’t lose himself completely. Not really paying much attention to the Namekian he kept his eyes off the conversation, his ears only pricking up when he felt eyes on him. Looking up he stared at the Namekian, taking a brief step back. “I am-…I-…” he stuttered before sighing, looking away briefly in confusion as he rubbed his head, “It’s Viral! It’s Viral…I’m Viral! I’m with them! I didn’t take the monster here! Just because I look like one…”

It wasn't always easy giving someone a pep talk, but thankfully Yumi seemed to be able to get through to T'charrl just now. Smiling as he perked up a little she gave a nod of her head, resuming to splash water on his back to help clean him off. "I said it didn't I? Of course I think so. No matter what happens you're our friend, nothing is going to change that. Even on your worst days we're here to help, just like I'm sure I would get help if I ever need it. That's what being friends is all about." She never had much use for casual friends, certainly not now with how often they traveled and got into trouble. There were acquaintances, like most of the rebels, and then there were real friends, like the group she was with now. She would gladly do anything to help those present, and though some people were more difficult than others she figured the rest felt the same way. "Let me put it this way... Think of us as a family. If someone is upset then everyone gets upset, so its only natural for us to try and help," Yumi explained, smiling as she finished cleaning off T'charrl's back, "It sounds a little selfish that way, but it's the truth. We just want each other to be happy and look out for one another, that's all. Some of us will never say that outright, but at the end of the day I'm positive that's how everyone feels. If it wasn't the case I wouldn't be traveling with all of you, or doing half of the stuff we've done together."

"Hey... Even if you got spooked you did a good job squirt, way to not back down from them," Takeshi said with a smile, "And yeah... I guess really there is no leader here. I mean Vegeta usually tells everyone what to do, but I don't really think of the guy as our leader, you know? I just trust what he says." He'd never really turned them wrong before, and he was smarter than the rest of them so it just sort of made sense to go along with it. Not that they always did, but it was better than flying blindly into every situation he supposed. With everything going on outside Takeshi really wanted to get up and go investigate, but with how adamant Shu was at having him stay seated he didn't want to upset the little guy. Instead, the older boy shifted around a bit impatiently in his spot, wondering how the Namekians were taking their little group. Everyone probably looked like hell right now, hopefully the locals figured out what they had done and decided to help out. "I kind of wonder what we're going to do after all of this... We've spent a long time running around trying to get Viral help," Takeshi mused aloud, glancing over at his brother. "I mean there's you too, and T'charrl, but this Aito guy ought to be able to help out with that. But what do we do when everyone's all better? Go back to fighting? I mean... I don't know what else we'd do."

Vegeta wasn't thrilled with having the Namekians question Viral, yet he couldn't well tell them not to for risk of offending someone. They were guests on this world, or trespassers depending on the view, so he had no right to tell them off. Watching his friend as he struggled to answer he let out a sigh, placing a hand on his sore shoulder and glancing back at the Namekian. "He's actually the reason we're here on this world too. You see, he's a bit ill, and we've not been able to help him very much. Not knowing where else to turn we hoped perhaps we could use your Dragonballs, with permission, and get someone who may be able to help him." Uh oh, not a good start to negotiations. Vegeta noticed almost immediately the wary looks on both the leader's and his men's faces, no one seemed to be thrilled by that proposition. If these people were to say no then there may be no convincing them otherwise, and this whole trip as well as battle would have been fruitless. Swallowing nervously Vegeta glanced back at Viral, struggling for words before finally adding, "We'd make the wishes completely supervised, of course. And I have no issue with disclosing what it is we'll be wishing for either. If I give you everything we plan to do and you deem it acceptable then we'll move ahead, otherwise we'll find help elsewhere. I just want to reiterate we're in a bit of a bind here, this is one of our last resorts."

So it was just as he had suspected, there was an ulterior motive to all of this. Asking to make a set of wishes was no small matter, certainly not from a Saiyan. Odd though, as they could be Earthlings as well, and he knew they had their own Dragonballs. Something must have happened with their own to make using them impossible, either that or the wishes they had in mind weren't able to be granted. Whatever the case may be these people were here now, hoping to make use of their Dragonballs for their own ends. "I can't say that I don't hear your pleas, but what you ask of us is hardly an easy matter. Nor is it my place to decide, that will be up to our elders. Unfortunately for you some were lost due to those beasts attacks..." the leader explained, frowning before glancing back at Vegeta, "But, given your part in ridding our world of them you may find some friends to back your requests. If we're to make any decision this must be brought before others though, which means we cannot stay here. Are you all well enough to travel?" They had a ship, as he'd seen, so he figured they would be. If not only a few would come with them to discuss the potential wishes, the rest would remain here.

"We are, though we may be slow to get ready. If that won't be a problem then we can leave immediately." Making everyone pack up and get ready to move in their conditions wasn't ideal, but this meeting was going to have to be made one way or another, and it was best to do it now. Glancing back at Viral for a moment he wondered if the Beastman would fit comfortably, uncertain about his now larger size. Or T'charrl for that matter, both were a good deal bulkier than usual and the shuttle not exactly massive. "I do have a request though, if you don't mind. Viral and T'charrl, that is our friend in the water, I don't believe either will fit on the ship now. Do you mind if you or your men could help them get back? If not I'm sure we can find some way to accommodate them."

"That should be easy enough I would imagine, we'll help. Fael, Domi, help T'charrl make it back to the village, will you?" the leader asked, gesturing to a pair of his men, "And I'll help you get back, Viral. I trust you have no fear of flying?"

T’charrl didn’t know how he was going to manage all the way through space and to their final battle if he had to keep his condition hidden, but he also didn’t want to have everyone knowing about it and fearing him like Takeshi feared him. While Takeshi’s fear was a little silly, he felt Yumi’s hesitation and fear over seeing him like a massive monster. They probably felt insecure knowing he could feel emotions like the rest of his people could, but to absorb them as energy probably freaked them out too. Whether they knew he had that kind of ability or not didn’t concern him, at least not as much as whether it made them feel terrible knowing they were practically having their emotions being spied upon. It was just how his kind were and he couldn’t help it, but he did hope they weren’t the same and were picking up on his emotions too. “I’ve never had friends before…so it’s weird for me. I don’t know how to act or how they act”, he spoke lowly, keeping his emotions in check. He hoped he didn’t have any more of that gunk on him now since he was pretty sure everyone was getting ready to go. Turning his head to her he frowned when she spoke about the emotions, finding his assumptions to be correct on that part. Slowly standing up he felt a little heavy from the water, gently shaking himself. “…I don’t want to make people upset. I just…feel like the odd one out sometimes. I wish I had experience from when I was little with friends, but, uhh, I’m sure you know why I don’t have that. I just don’t know if people want me to find control and then drop me back home when I find it”.

Shu gave a little smile, lowering his head. “He’s still smarter than we are. I don’t think I could come up with plans for Space if I was in charge…or know how to use the ship”, he spoke before nodding, looking back to Takeshi, “I don’t even know how to count!” He knew they didn’t really have a leader but it didn’t mean he wasn’t going to try and think of someone as somebody who could lead it would probably be Vegeta over the others. It wasn’t an insult to the others, just Vegeta seemed better at keeping control than the others did. Looking outside quickly he frowned a little, sighing. “I don’t know. I like helping friends over fighting evil”, he spoke before looking back, giving his head a tilt, “I guess there’s Father, but he’s not done much to us lately, huh? Mister Viral needs to get strong again somehow too. His big machine is strong, but he can’t do that all the time…”

Viral was getting confused, forgetting quite a lot of himself over a simple question. He needed to focus up and not forget who he was, especially when it wasn’t long ago when Vegeta mentioned him by name. Not wanting to talk to the Namekian any longer he backed off, groaning lowly as he looked to Vegeta. It was a bad idea to mention the Dragonballs straight out like that, especially when they were for him and the way he looked made his appear almost like a monster. Nobody would want to help a monster and the Namekians certainly looked dismissive over the idea of helping him. If it came down to it then they’d probably have to force them to hand them the Dragonballs somehow because he really didn’t have the patience or time. Staring at the Namekian he narrowed his gaze at the mention of the monster, his eyes going to Vegeta quickly before back to the Namekian as a deal was soon struck. Good thing that wasn’t too hard, now he had to figure out how to travel. Looking down at himself he groaned, his eyes going to Vegeta as he concocted a plan. This was going to be difficult, especially when it meant he would need to be carried. Looking to the Namekian he grunted, shaking his head, “I am not afraid! The bug is lighter than I am, however…so are you sure you can carry me?”

"Well... Friends are kind of there to help you with things, and to experience things together. They're a lot like family in a way, especially our friends, and we're always helping one another. And we just act like ourselves, that's all there is to it," Yumi said, "See... The awesome things about friends is they like hanging out with you for who you are. It probably sounds a bit cheesy saying it, but that's the truth. Everyone here is with one another because we like that person, and the same goes for you. So if you're not sure how to act, well, just be yourself. There's no trick to it really, that's all we need." Anything more and it might seem fake or forced, and that would just be painful for everyone involved. Goodness knows she had plenty of experiences with fake people, guys and girls alike, so she was well through with hanging around anyone who wasn't who they appeared to be. Sure, her friends might be a bit pig-headed at times, or rash or just plain silly, but that was who they were and she wasn't going to change that. Satisfied that T'charrl was fully clean now Yumi began moving out of the water a bit, having to hold her wrist to her nose to block the scent of the goo, however faint it might be now. "We're not going to make you go anywhere or do anything, remember that. If you want to go back then that's fine, but we're happy to have you here, always will be. It's your decision where you go though, we'll never force you into anything." Turning to go back to shore she paused seeing two Namekians approaching, looking at them curiously as she stopped where she was.

Takeshi couldn't really argue with that point, Vegeta was loads smarter than any of them were; he'd argue until the sun went down that he was the strongest, but there really was no contest when it came to intelligence. Not a single other person here could do what that guy could, certainly not as well as he did. The fact that he juggled all of his jobs and did it well too was really something else. "Yeah, no way I could do all that either. And we've gotta teach you to count buddy, maybe when we get back to the ship? It's really easy, I bet you'll get it in one go." Weird that Shu didn't know how to count, and it served just as a reminder of how much basic stuff the little guy still didn't know. Teaching him wouldn't be bad, it was something Takeshi could easily do himself. Seeing as it looked like things were wrapping up here he settled back on the cot, finding no reason to try getting up when they would be moving out in a bit. "I'm okay with Father not being around to mess things up for a bit. Gives us time to sort stuff out and train, you know? That jerk will get what's coming to him, but I guess with the rebels putting pressure on him we don't have to be in any kind of hurry. Anyways, we've gotta get ourselves all sorted first either way, yeah? Viral's gotta get healthy, T'charrl's gotta learn control and then we've gotta help you a bit too. Once everyone's okay we can go kick his ass for hurting everyone."

So they were meant to help transport T'charrl... The unusual looking one? Both men had been around for some time and yet neither had ever seen anything like him, which while not exactly intimidating or frightening it was certainly an unusual appearance. Noting the glance Yumi was giving them, Fael smiled slightly, holding up one hand as he met her gaze. "Easy there, we're just going to help your friend here get back to our village. And you as well, if you'd like." Speaking of odd, what exactly was this person? He'd heard of females before but never actually seen one, and Yumi's appearance hardly resembled the descriptions of Earthlings he'd gotten. This entire group was full of interesting people, and thankfully none of them gave any reason for immediate alarm, even Viral. Not wanting to get wet by wading into the water, though they were bound to get a bit wet anyways, Fael stopped at the shoreline, looking at T'charrl and offering out a hand, "Come along then, I'll carry you. Domi will take you as well," he explained, glancing back to Yumi, "The village isn't that far, so it won't be a long journey."

The only feasible way to move everyone was going to be fly the two larger members along, which while not easy was necessary. Between Fael and Domi they ought to be able to get T'charrl along, which only left Viral. He was easily larger than the other fighter, and certainly seemed a bit less inclined to be carried. Just as well he do it then, it wasn't the first time the leader would have to deal with a difficult person, nor would it be the last. "Hmph, I've lifted things larger than you several times over, Viral. I think I'll be fine." Namekians may not be known as the strongest in the universe like Saiyans, but their people were far from pushovers. "You should get back to your ship, get everyone prepared to move. When we arrive there's someone who can help with your wounds, we owe you at least that much for killing those beasts. Though I would like at least one of you to join us in the discussion, so someone's treatment will have to wait."

T’charrl did wish he had friends when he was growing up, feeling he missed out on something special. There wasn’t anything he could do about that, he was still one of those people who had those powers everybody hated so that was definitely the key to scaring kids off when he was younger. “Sound a bit cheesy? Uhh…I don’t-…uhh, ohh, I missed out on a lot when I was little”, he spoke lowly, sighing, “Nobody liked who I was. I was a Prince and nobody liked that either. Did you like me even after you dropped me when you touched me? I don’t know if be myself is a very good thing to be either. Nobody likes me being myself”. Everyone always either didn’t like his habits or didn’t like being too close to him, even if Yumi reassured him they were being silly. He did wonder if his stress-related habits made people stay away from him, seeing how even she didn’t like it. Moving out of the water he shook himself again, just trying to get as much of the water off as possible. Looking back at his ruined wings he frowned, not seeing himself flying naturally anytime soon and would probably have to use Ki, if he had enough. He didn’t really and was definitely feeling tired which could cause a problem since there didn’t appear to be food anywhere; then again, eating after being eaten made him feel pretty sick.

Smiling at Yumi he nodded a little, wiping the water down off his chest. “I want to fight with you. I have plenty of time before I have to be King and I want to experience life…with my friends”, he smiled, lowering his head, “Maybe I’m being too soft. I’m supposed to be a warrior and fearless, yet I’m so afraid of being alone again”. He didn’t want to scare off his friends or anyone for that matter, already knowing Takeshi being terrified of him made him sad enough. With antennae flicking he looked up, gasping when he realised the natives were here. They looked kind of like Humans, but then again they were various green colours and had antennae instead of hair. Staring at them curiously he looked to Yumi, frowning slightly before back to the native. They didn’t sound aggressive but instead they sounded like they wanted to help. They must’ve been the people they wanted to find. Looking down at the native’s hand he slowly looked up again, lifting a claw as if not understanding the gesture. “Uhh, carry me? I was just in the water”, he spoke before looking down at himself, becoming self-conscious over his looks again, “Are you going to take my arms?”

Shu didn’t know how much he was supposed to learn in such a short time with all of these things building up. He had to learn how to read, count and how to control his Ki properly which was so much already. He could probably do it in the time he had, but whether they could find time during their battling he didn’t know. Smiling at Takeshi he sighed, pressing his toes against the floor. “Maybe…if we both remember! We never remember how to do things I need”. They had so much to do before they had to fight Father, but in the end Shu didn’t know if they would ever be prepared to fight the man. He was a strong fighter, they hadn’t even gone against him once to test out their strength; however, it was a little hard to do just that when he wasn’t showing up anywhere. “I hope they both get okay. I don’t need much help…I’m okay. Just a few bad things, that’s all. Not many bad, just a few…”

Viral didn’t really want these Namekians handling him but if they had to then he would have to put up with it. Seeing how the shuttle would have problems accommodating both him and T’charrl he would have to be carried away, even if he could protest all day about it. Finding the Namekian’s words to be a bit insulting about his weight he grunted, flexing his claws. Not happy at all with the situation he looked to the ship, frowning at the orders he was being given. “I don’t need my wounds seen to, but that thing hurt everyone else in the group. I see no reason to hold off someone’s treatment for some discussion…” Moving off towards the ship he was a bit hesitant to have the others seeing him like this, moving to the side of the ship instead before banging on its side. “We’re moving out! Get ready to follow!”

Yumi felt pretty bad for T'charrl right now, and herself in a way. She had dropped him at first, hadn't she? It was mostly out of surprise, not really knowing what holding him would feel like, but now she was fine with it. In a way it was sort of like hugging a fluffy animal, it was kind of fun even. Comparing him to some small furry creature however probably wasn't going to do his self-esteem a whole lot of good however so she kept that notion to herself. "You're saying that like a King can't have friends, or enjoy himself. We've only known your parents since that war started but I'm willing to bet they have fun and friends, don't they? It's not like once you become a leader you'll never be able to see us again." They would make it a point even to come around, just to stop by and check up now and again. Plus once things were set up like Vegeta was hoping it would mean Kaesstra was but a short call away, so they would never be completely separated. Now that he was all cleaned up she figured they should get a move on, check in with the Namekians and figure out what was going on. Yumi herself had barely gotten to shore when they were approached by the very same people, curious to hear they were going to be helping T'charrl along. Just as well she supposed, though she wasn't sure how he was going to take to it.

Fael figured the task they had been given was easy enough, even with how big T'charrl appeared to be. Between himself and Domi it ought to be no trouble moving him, and it wasn't as if their village was all that far off. His being wet was only a minor inconvenience, it wasn't as if they had never gotten a bit damp before from water. Smiling somewhat amused by the alien's hesitation, the Namekian shook his head, motioning for him to move along and get out. "Your arms, or we'll hold you by your by your waist, we'll make it work. It won't be that bad of a trip either way, we promise. For your companions however I would suggest we get a move on, I would hate to make them wait much longer." The few they had seen prior looked fairly worn out, it would do everyone some good to get a bit of attention and properly relax. As their superior had mused himself it would only be fair to give them that much, so long as they were receptive to that sort of help.

"Hey... I usually remember, we just get busy with... Stuff," Takeshi said defensively, shrugging as he waved a hand dismissively, "We've got a ton of free time now though, and Viral's gonna be getting better and all, so we don't gotta worry about anything else now." Sure, the threat of their father always loomed overhead, but until they actually heard edgewise from the rebels that they were going to attack it wasn't like their group would go it alone. Viral and T'charrl aside there was also Shu who needed a helping hand, something which the little guy wasted no time in shooting down quickly once more. He really didn't want the help even if he did need it, and it frustrated Takeshi quite a lot that he himself couldn't do much for it. Smiling slightly at his brother's denial he opened his mouth to respond, instead jumping slightly and glaring at the wall when Viral came banging on it. Jeez, the guy sure had a way to surprise you, going around knocking on crap like that. "Yeah, thanks for the heads up, Viral!" Takeshi shouted back, shaking his head as he leaned against the wall. "Anyways... We'll worry about your problems a bit later, okay buddy? Right now we should finish up here."

Vegeta wasn't sure how to take the Namekians' offers to fly some of their friends, but if that was their way of helping he couldn't quite argue it. The only negative he could see was knowing Viral's aversion to flying itself, whoever was going to take him would have an interesting time on their hands. Watching as the Beastman tried to get everyone ready to move out he smiled slightly, giving a shake of his head and looking back at the Namekian. "Thank you for your help, we appreciate it. Just do be mindful of how you fly with Viral, hm? He's not the fondest of it, and I can't imagine he'll be any the fonder while flying in that form. I'm sure it shouldn't be much of an issue though." Just so the man knew what he was getting himself into, as transporting Viral was never the easiest matter. Nodding appreciatively Vegeta went back to the shuttle himself, pausing outside to speak with his friend. "Listen... We're so close to getting father back, and to finally curing you. I just want you to know that even once he's back we need to get back to the ship, and there's not even a guarantee we'll have everything prepared," he explained, sighing as he shook his head, "I'm not trying to dampen the mood, believe me I'm thrilled about this. But there's a fair chance what he needs to make this right isn't on hand, we may have to travel some more."

T’charrl couldn’t see him having new friends in the future without them trying to get close to him because of his position of power. It just didn’t happen in his life and with his powers. People will always see him as a monster on his planet, it wasn’t something that was going to end up changing just because he had been to Space. Looking to Yumi he smiled lightly, hoping she was right. “Mother and Father have friends, but they don’t have the same powers I have. If their friend’s children didn’t want to be friends with me when I was growing up, so that won’t change just because I am King. I don’t know how you will visit me or how I will see you when travel takes so long”. He didn’t know what plans they had for him or whether he was going to have to stay and act as King but he certainly didn’t want to be left behind. Looking to the natives he gave himself a quick look down, not entirely sure they would be able to take him by the waist when he was top-heavy and sported a fair number of spines that might hurt them. “Then, uhh…take my arms. I’m not as heavy as I look so it shouldn’t hurt too much…for me”.

Shu smiled happily at Takeshi, giving a quick nod. “Yeah! Free time! Mister Viral all better…everything good, yes?” he spoke happily, finding it nice to think about when everything they had been working up to this point had been out of pure stress and hoping to help the others and stop their suffering. It was a bit of a shame that there was so much out there and yet they barely did anything or went anywhere that didn’t have them trying to fix someone else’s pain. Viral had been a concern for a long time and Shu had personally seen why too. They were rather cruel to the Beastman and being treated less than a person would probably break someone’s mind pretty bad. Squeaking when Viral suddenly banged on the ship he quickly looked to the door, not seeing him there. He must’ve gone to the back end of the ship and done that to hide himself. Tilting his head a little he soon looked back to Takeshi, smiling a little. “I will be happy to see the dragon again. I wonder if he is different here…like a Space-dragon!”

Viral wasn’t up to messing around or becoming hesitant with how they might think. He may not had been expressing it but he felt mentally exhausted and found it hard to keep standing. His energy was rather low and tiredness made him sore, his joints not doing a whole load of good either. It was already evident that he was becoming forgetful over who he was considering he forgot his name for a moment, definitely finding that to be an occurrence that made him wonder just how long he had left before he forgot everything. Turning to move away from the shuttle he stopped when Vegeta approached him, staring at him. He didn’t sound all that happy to be seeing his parents again, even if it was for getting him at full health again. “I know it won’t be…and I’m prepared to accept that. I will try and hold on for as long as possible. What kind of example would I be to anyone to give up when help finally arrives for me? Pathetic…”

Namekian Village, Elder's home

Transporting T'charrl and Viral didn't turn out to be all too difficult really, and the group was able to travel in good time even with the wounded. On the way there everyone got a bit more of a glimpse into the world itself, parts that hadn't been hit by the monsters thankfully. A small little settlement cropped up here and there, and as they passed the people below would wave, most likely to their own kind than the visitors. The chances of news about the fight having spread already were slim, and there was no real way to even confirm accounts of the battle just yet. That would have to come in time, and most likely during the conversation with the village elder. At the end of the day it would fall to the eldest member of their village and the other select leaders to decide whether or not the Dragonballs would be gifted out; these people were still strangers, and giving them something as powerful as the Dragonballs wasn't going to come easily, friend or not. Had they earned the right to use them? Perhaps, but that didn't make the decision any easier.

Their destination village sat nestled in the mouth of a delta, on a wide scathe of land spanning some half a kilometer in all directions. It was really nice to look up from up above, with white structures dotting the otherwise vibrant green and blue landscape, spaced plenty far enough apart to give the settlement an open sort of air to it. Following the lead of the Namekians the shuttle was brought down a bit further inland, setting down away from the other homes and in an opening. Vegeta was a little concerned their arrival was bound to draw a crowd, not overly certain that was the best thing for Viral right now. Much to his relief then when he stepped out of the ship there was no one around, the other residents either being too afraid to come forth or respecting the face they were a bit weary from the battle. Had they noticed what was going on out here, he wondered? From where he stood you could no longer see the scene of the battle, though they had not come all that far really so maybe some of the larger attacks were spotted. The fact they were here and the monster was nowhere to be found ought to be indicative enough of the outcome, now hopefully these people saw its slaying as a positive.

"Our elder lives in the center of the village, we just need to send word for the others to join us," the lead Namekian explained, having since set down Viral and joining Vegeta, "We'll not have very much say in the final decision, but the three of us saw what happened there, or at least the aftermath of it. Even to the least discerning eye it's obvious you slew those monsters, and as you said you've no evil intentions here. I believe you, but it's not my place to grant your request." With luck the elders would acknowledge what was done and at least consider their request, seeing as they had done Namek a great service. Some other villages had been hit quite hard by the monsters, so hard that they were wiped out. He and his men had been scouting out for the very same beasts when they took note of the fighting, and to find these people had slain the creatures they were seeking got them a big plus in their view. Glancing over at the shuttle as he watched people begin to get out he frowned, holding up a hand to signal everyone to wait. "Only a few will be joining us I'm afraid, and your friend here is one of those few. Anyone who speaks for your group can come along, we can't bring in a large crowd. However... If anyone would like some medical attention we can send someone out to see to your wounds."

Takeshi thought this place was pretty nice, it certainly reminded him of his home. Heck, the houses even looked like his, only there were a lot more than where he lived. In a way it almost made him homesick, something he hadn't felt at all in their journey so far. Much as he was enjoying traveling with his friends he found a slight longing to be back in his own place, isolated to a point in his tucked away abode. Not that he'd be really alone either, Shu would no doubt be there with him, and T'charrl too if he came back to Earth with them. A bit flustered at still being stuck in the cot he craned his neck when the Namekian spoke out to them, wanting to get up and go see what these guys were all about. No one here included him amongst their 'leaders', he was certain of that, but he still wanted to listen in. Sighing in slight annoyance he frowned, watching as Yumi and Sasha both left the shuttle, a bit annoyed that the rebel got to go and he didn't. Sure, she was like a messenger or whatever for Korian, so he supposed she should go, but she hadn't even fought! "Man... I'm stuck here and they get to go talk with some great elder guy, so not fair," Takeshi grumbled, glancing over at Shu for a moment before smiling mischievously. "Hey buddy... How's about you help me walk there? Then we can go watch and listen to what's going on."

"I think the negotiations can survive without your input, Takeshi," Ricken interjected, frowning as he looked across the shuttle, "I doubt you would even know where to begin with negotiations, or how to approach a situation without throwing your fist in someone's face. Am I wrong?" Judging by the indignant flush he got out of the Saiyan he'd think not, something he regarded with a slight smirk. Truth be told however he wasn't much fit for the more delicate matters himself, much as he might try to put himself forward. Every time he ever got into a discussion with a dignitary he would often grow impatient when they tried setting terms, even going as far to threaten one man and have to be dragged out of the room by Leto. So perhaps he wouldn't be joining his sister in the elder's home, but he was fine with that if the Saiyans were denied as well. Feeling another set of eyes on him Ricken glanced to the side, seeing Shu staring at him, or what he figured to be the absence of an arm.

Viral hadn’t enjoyed that at all, his arms already pretty sore without him needing to be carried all the way by some Namekians. He was worried that he was not going to be able to use his arms after all that but luckily he had survived the flight and was back on the ground. He didn’t know how he was going to handle the ride to the ship in his condition when he couldn’t fit in the shuttle, he couldn’t exactly be flown up to it either. This was just a disaster all around, even if they were coming close to the Dragonballs. Groaning as he gave his arms a rub he stared at the village, not looking too sure to how he was supposed to take it. He should be glad he was at the village but he felt empty, as if all possible joy he could have was sucked out of him. He just didn’t feel the same attachment to Vegeta’s parents that he might had many years ago, his faith feeling like word of mouth at this point. It was pretty sad to be at this point of his illness where even those he once held dear almost didn’t exist anymore in his memories. Staring at the Namekian his eyes slowly went to the surrounding village, hardly feeling safe to be around these buildings where he could barely see the people who lived there. He didn’t like it and definitely didn’t like the feeling of being watched even if the Namekians were mostly harmless to him.

T’charrl didn’t know if he had a place in this discussion or being anywhere near here, feeling pretty nervous overall. While it was interesting to see the homes of these people he still didn’t like how he looked and how he might be judged. He could probably change into his normal form if he wasn’t nervous about this; he didn’t even know where he stood in this conversation. Whether he was going to be one of those who would see this elder of theirs he didn’t know, seeing how he was a bystander here. Looking to the others he looked down, frowning at the mention of ‘large crowd’. He was pretty large and probably counted as three people alone and with Sasha and Yumi emerging it meant there would be no room for him. Shuffling backwards he frowned, slowly sitting down since he couldn’t go in the shuttle either.

Kiton couldn’t see where they were going but knowing the natives were there he couldn’t help but feel nervous. Hopefully they didn’t spot him previously, but then again he was small and probably easily missed by someone trying to find the leader of this group. He was in a lot of trouble, the natives had been suffering because of him and who knew how many had died indirectly because of him. There was no way out of trouble here, he couldn’t even get up off this cot even if he tried. He felt tired from all these wounds, he was just lucky his biology meant internal injuries wouldn’t kill him all that easily like other aliens suffered from. Keeping rather still he stared up at the roof, feeling nervous that he might get called out by the natives because of what he was and being the one who flew the ship into the planet.

Shu was ready to help Takeshi out since he asked and had remained still, moving over to him before he squeaked, halting in his path and turning to Ricken. He didn’t know whether he should visit the elder himself, but if they weren’t allowed then he would stay put. Slowly moving back towards his seat again he dropped down, his eyes on Ricken as he felt there was something off about him. It looked like something was missing, his head slowly tilting before he realised what it was. He didn’t have one of his arms anymore. Not used to seeing him absent of it he frowned, his eyes soon going to Ricken properly only to see him looking right back. Gasping lightly he quickly looked away, jumping off his spot before quickly dusting himself down.

Takeshi was really sick of sitting around at this point, they did way too much of that as of late; sitting in their ship, sitting in the shuttle, sitting while back on Earth, he couldn't keep doing it. Injuries or not he was going to get up, even if he needed Shu to drag him for that to happen. Smiling as his brother helped him up he limped along while moving towards the door, reaching eagerly for the side to get out only to let out a groan as they stopped. What was Ricken on about now, snapping at Shu like that? He'd bit his tongue and not said anything when the guy was making fun of him, but if he thought he was going to be rude to the little guy he was mistaken. "What are you staring at him for, huh? He hasn't-" Takeshi began to say, gasping as Shu abruptly jumped out of the ship and near dragged him down with him. Grasping at the air to try and right himself the older boy stumbled out, wincing as he put pressure on one leg to catch himself and grabbing Shu in the process. Thankfully he had managed to keep upright, one arm around his brother's shoulders for dear life as he tenderly set his legs down one by one. "Oh man that smarts... I'm gonna be sore for days..." he grumbled, that was unless they took up the Namekian's offer. Looking around to get a better view of the area he saw T'charrl sulking by himself, smiling slightly and nudging Shu in that direction. "Come on, if we can't go with the others we might as well keep him company, you know?"

Haku really didn't know what to do with himself at the moment, not even trying to delude himself to think he had a place in the negotiations. If he was lucky perhaps he could at least leave the ship, take a look around perhaps and enjoy the sights. Visiting other worlds and not having to blow them to pieces was a very nice change of pace, and while he had done nothing to earn the trust of these people he hoped they'd give him the courtesy of looking around. Even if he were to do so however who would he go with? Walking around alone in his condition might be a bother, and he didn't think that Ricken was going to be all that receptive to a request. Looking over instead at Kiton he smiled uncertainly, wondering if his chances with the Frost Demon were any better. The alien looked to be pretty nervous about something, and not knowing the whole story about his being here he couldn't even guess at why that might be. "Hey... Uh, Kiton right?" Haku asked, glancing at the door hopefully, "Want to go take a look around? I... Well I mean I know you're hurt and all, so I get it if you want to relax. But they offered to heal us too, yeah? So we should go do that." At this point he was even willing to spend time with the total stranger, he really needed to make an actual friend here.

"Fael, Domi, go on ahead and inform everyone of our request for a council. I'll show our friends there in a moment, understood?" the leader asked, "And let them know we have injured out here too, send someone to tend to their wounds if you can." With the recent attacks on villages many of their people who could heal were out, trying to save the injured or helping with the unsavory job of cleaning up the settlements. Just because people were gone didn't mean things would fall into disrepair, there was a certain degree of pride and respect in maintaining their settlements. Once his companions had left the lead Namekian turned back to the group, giving a passing glance at each of the four members before clearing his throat. "I take it you'll be joining us, very well. I feel it is only safe to warn you beforehand that many of my people are wary of outsiders, and your request isn't bound to help that. With the war raging it's a fear that our world may be caught in the crossfire because of our Dragonballs, so I don't doubt rumors are spreading already. It will take a bit of convincing on your part, but if you can prove you're not here for anything malicious they may yet honor your request." He could still recall his brief time spent on Earth, and how hospitable and helpful the residents of that world had been. Though he had been through a fair bit since then, if his appearance wasn't indicative enough, he hadn't forgotten those kindnesses. It was a long shot to giving these travelers what they sought, but if they were in fact from Earth this was his chance of repaying them.

"Of course, we completely understand," Yumi said, smiling politely as she gave a nod, "I don't know how we'll convince them, but we will. Besides, correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like some bad things happened here before we showed up, right? Well... I think we only need one wish, so what if we used one or two to fix whatever went on here? I mean if we show them we're more than happy to help out I bet they'll like us better." As nice as that sentiment was there was an inherent flaw in her proposal and she knew that. Sure, they could offer to give up a wish or two but there was no guarantee they would keep their word. They knew they would, it seemed like this Namekian had confidence they would, but ultimately they were strangers asking for a pretty steep favor. Glancing back at Viral she offered him a smile of reassurance, reaching over and placing a hand on his arm lightly. "We're almost there, you'll be better soon enough. I hope you're ready to get back to teaching me things!"
