Well they all posted about meeting up before the timeskip that brought them outside the village, didn't they? They really don't have much to say or do until Athinar gives the orders.

I'm going on holiday for a week in a couple of days, and won't be able to post at all. If you need Torrens in that time, he'll start burning things when given the signal, starting with the house as ordered, making the burning slow enough for people to escape and rally as Athinar said. He'll then start burning all the orchards and stuff, creating a massive fire which is sure to draw the guards away from the town so you can infiltrate in peace. Torrens will leave the peasants alone, unless they try to flee the township, but he'll happily charge the guards, shooting them with fire bolts and fire balls and if they are within melee range he'll melt their faces off with his bare hands. He'll follow directions given by others (provided said directions aren't stupid, of course). Hopefully these instructions should be adequate for the following week.
