Coinage as in money. We don't have a lot of it. If we need to buy things (which we probably will at some point), we will probably need to find some way to get more.

So our group will be very poor starting out. Our total coinage among all of us might be 30 GP if we're lucky.


Yeah, kind of confused here myself. Have you worked out something with other rpers in the group to form a pre-existing thing before starting? Or are you trying to insinuate what the entire group has on their persons?

Well I looked through the possessions section on the character sheets and only 3 of us mentioned having money. Vaeri (20 gold or world equivalent), Silvania (a couple of coins) and Hanzo (not many coins). And you have been saying that if something isn't listed on a character's sheet then they don't have it. So totaled we don't have a lot of money.

Okay, before this goes anywhere....

Do not EVER assume what any person in the rest of the group has or be so arrogant to state anything about the group as a whole. So just end that there. What each person has on them coin wise is their business. That was one thing I did not require in the CS because there was no set up for what money system was going to be used in this RP. Your character can have what it wants, if it wants to be broke, so be it. But never state what a group has in general or how to proceed. That is the GM concern.

I wasn't trying to offend, insult or insinuate that people should adjust their CS or anything like that. It's just that as I was reading through the CSs that in terms of stated money on the sheets the sum total was not a lot. Since you said that anything not on our CS doesn't exist on that character and did not specifically exclude money from that rule, I figured it followed that same rule too. I'm sorry if I offended or sounded like I was trying to control other people's characters, I just meant to make an observation.

@Afina I'm finishing up my CS now. I wanted to know, for spells, do we have to use the D&D spells? If so, can I change the names to sound cooler?

Yeah, just explain all of its effects.

EDIT: Remember, we are just using DnD for the inspiration and the base, we're not strictly following DnD rules.

@Dragoknighte We're going for a more northerly climate, so think early autumn.

EDIT: More temperate. It's the morning, the sun is shining. There are a few clouds in the sky, but nothing to worry about. You are looking at a beautiful blue sky.

@Warrior in the Shadows I live in a rather arid place, so my early autumn is still late summer. Are we talking cold enough for your breath to condense, or a bit less than that?

I'm gonna go with a no for now on that one, because that is pretty damn OP if you don't need sleep. You definitely blind sided me a little bit with that one, but for now, no.

@Warrior in the Shadows Well they kinda sorta not really sleep. They meditate in a Trance instead, and they only need it for half the time that other races do. Really, I just needed to know for what's a rather minor detail in my post.

@Dragoknighte Characters will need sleep but that will be left up to the Rper to how much. Certain things I am not too worried about. Main reason for being harder on sometimes than others is previous bad rp experiences. (Most when it comes to combat. Oh I have a book! Well what is in it? Spells! What spells? All types! ~facepalms~ or Her my character one hit a dragon! How? I have a +50 Dragon slaying sword! Your sheet says sword.... Well it's a Dragon slayer! ~five fights later~ No, it's a Orc slayer! ~facepalm~)

Money for me in Rp is as this - As long as your character spends in good balance with what they are then I have no issue and anything that you want to purchase just needs to be run by me to see if it is even available in the area. Knowing what money a character is holding for me is like knowing when a character pees or when a woman is on the rag. I don't care lol)
