@ogFarnsworth At first I struggled with the potentially strength of this ability and then I got to the weakness. Now, I'm hoping this was intentionally but if not, it works out quite well. The city's predominant weather is both rain and fog which will create a constant foil to Sam. So provided that's okay with you, this sheet is accepted.


Yeah that's fine with me. I'll try not to overdo it with his powers just let me know if I'm crossing a boundary.

Great scott! You mean we can't completely sidestep the approval process by making a simple speedster and then altering his powers to enable him to create ripples in space-time/dimensional barriers! What an outrage!

How do you feel about powers to control electronic objects? Or powers of evolution? (Exe: burning your hand accidentally and your skin adapts to become fireproof)
