I have made an executive decision. The RP will start Tonight at 9 PM EST regardless of the number of people. any CSs not in the CS section will be considered denied.

If you think about it, Mega Eevee is hardly different from most of its other evolutions. You just use yet another stone.

Well, they're running out of types for new Eeveelutions. It would make a great deal of sense indeed to use a Mega for the Normal-type evolution.
