So I have a lot of editing to do at work, and I usually like some music in the background. Since editing involves a lot of reading, I try to find music with little or no words, or words I don't feel obligated to pay attention to.

Ambient/Minimal/Drone music has been my favorite thing for two or three years now, it's perfect to study to and just relax or zone out. I could recommend some if you wanted? This Woob album is pretty cool, it's probably one of my favorites.

I'll toss a few of the things I have labelled as 'Instrumental' on my mp3 player. A few of these aren't... really instrumental, but I guess my definition includes "I don't know what the righteous fuck they are saying but it sounds pretty."











None of these are really long... because I don't have really long songs on my mp3 player. That'd get annoying. Off the top of my head, the only long-ass music that might not be an obvious choice is the Planet's Suite.
