That whole eastern side of Westeros is a financial gold hub in its self. All of it depends on who allies with who really. Because in a financial war between the Reach and the Rock there no winner really. Both of them have so much money it's ridiculous. Sheer manpower is a different story. In conventional war in this time period, 50,000 to 80,000 is quite a significant number.

Just one thing. I thought Widow's Wail and Oathkeeper were reforged into Ice. Least I think that's what the begining post said I think.

@Major Ursa technically you only need something like twelve lines in an advanced rp, but it's gotta have more details than a casual rp.

Also, double post but holy shit, if Garland was gay, he would be fucking Ellion. I don't know entirely why I am saying that, but from that appearance, and what they have in common, I can tell that Garland would...well, maybe quite literally looking up to him, he has this sort of thing that he has going in his character that I really like for some reason. I won't say anymore than that :P May I moot Alerie though?
