Hey there everyone, another new guy here. I've been writing/roleplaying off and on for a good decade now, and wanted to start getting back into it again. This place looked pretty laid back, so it'll be nice taking chance to look around and getting to know all of you.

I imagine once I get into the swing of things again I'll probably hang around the casual section more often than not. I enjoy the complex plots and characters of advanced roleplays, but forcing oneself to write long responses every post tends to be a pain in the neck for me. I tend to drop out before finishing in those cases.

Still! Looking forward to crafting some wicked stories with all of you.

Hello and welcome to the guild! If ya have any questions, don't be afraid to ask. We are pretty relaxed, there are not a few butthurt people but most of them have good reason for it :). And I'm with you on that. I can write advanced but I like the choice and leeway of Casual to High-Casual.

What kind of roleplay are you into?

I think High-Casual is definitely my cup of tea. Pleasure to make your acquaintance.

As for what I like: I try to dabble in different things. I can't really stand to do fanfiction, but anything that's a well built original world I tend to be all for. I lean more towards plot focused RPs, but am fine with aimless ones too as long as there's some overreaching drive and conflict to it.

Eh, well I like Slice of Life, heavy sci-fi, heavy fantasy and anything else, really. I don't have any problems in terms of genre and I prefer roleplays with character driven plots but I do like the GM driven plot occasionally.

I'll make sure to give it a thorough look, although from a glance: Are multiple characters required? These days I prefer to cut back on my workload.

@Snagglepuss89 Welcome to the forum! I hope you have loads of fun. I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I love the complexity of advanced games but I usually can't write that much. High-casual is definitely the way to go.
