"Why do the good always die young?!" a woman cries as she looks down at her dying son. Her dirty face moves up towards the sky as she screams in anguish. A blue light fills the dark heavens as bullets screech through the air. Suddenly, the world becomes too bright, and almost too quickly, Montgomery Alabama is wiped off the map in a burst of heavenly azure.
This is an idea of more of a Futuristic Steampunk Earth where Russia began attacking in a very different version of the Cold War. In this version, Russia uses a type of Ice Bomb (Working Name) where it'll destroy the set target, but then surrounding areas will be pushed back into basically a modern ice age. As Russia continues attacking, and eventually invades, Americans are forced to deal with the war and the drastic change in climate.
If this gets enough interest I'll probably expand on the idea and eventually make an actual RP page for this.
Also, let me know if you have any good ideas for the name of the Ice Bombs.
