By functional, do you mean able to sanely have conversation and interact normally? Yes. I wouldn't go so far as to call it insane, but there is a mental divide there.

@Letter Bee I should've made this clear earlier, but while fighting as a group, don't post more than once until the enemies respond. I ignored your fire-ball, as the cannon was already toppled prior.

This only counts for fights, obviously. I don't have to post for characters to interact.

And sometimes this rule doesn't apply, like when two people are fighting together, and have a chance to unload a lot of damage when an enemy is stunned.
