And need to actually be strong enough to overide(see what I did there?) the beetle's sentience?

Touching is the hard part. Their sentience though doesn't seem to be to high level (they still follow orders and stuff). Then again I'm not the GM.

Well when someone knows how you were created and knows all the secrets then yeah they'll be able to control you. But the sentience of the scarab gets stronger as time goes on and develops a resistance to Reach Tech. Or so I've read.

Also it the one bounded ot Jaime for example is sentient, symbiotic as it's bonded with him and can't move much on it's own. So... I'd say organic robot. Something along the lines of inbetween. It can learn and stuff... So yeah.

Wouldn't be much of a fight as Hector could give commands to the Scarabs. Effectively picture this. Hector has the Scarb (lets say Black Beetle) in a full a nelson while C.A.I.S. punches it in the stomach.

I feel like it would be a lot easier for Hector ot fight one on mode as opposed to one who crashed the mode. Cause with then it would have the scarab and the host working together which isn't really good. Also you'd have ot remember to keep careful of how you messing with the scarab would effect said host lol
