Is there any rule against Kintoki-esque Berserkers that are lucid unless they fail a luck check in a fight?


Providing their legend justifies it, they can be lucid in the Kintoki sense with E rank, or as Fiddle stated be capable of "communication but not understanding" in the EX sense of it.

Good to know. I'm already working on my Master, and once I settle on a Servant, I'll get that done as well. Am I supposed to PM you my character sheets when I'm done?

I've read some Kant, but not enough to claim any sort of expertise. That statement actually comes from the personal conclusions I've drawn from being immersed in Bible study since I was little.

I just started plz don't get the GM mad at me already

I don't want to go into the whole long thing, but the Cliffs Notes version is that since this world has (according to the Bible) been fallen since the Garden of Eden, everyone is born with a fallen nature. If you look at Eden as a triumph of human nature over some sort of divine plan and add that to a lot of what's happened in human history, it makes sense to see human nature as innately self-serving. Since I came to the conclusion that any given human will always act in their interest first, I feel justified in expecting people to screw others over as soon as it helps them. Kinda emo 13-year-old, I know.
