@squints ummm.... good question. I really thought about that. I think those that ce in volunteerly would be allowed to keep phones and other personal affects those taken in would lose those thing but would have a chance to earn them back. As for the power that's fine as long as he admitted to having some power.

@KatherinWinter here in a bit after receiving the mission, Shep is going to scry using the scientist as a focus to try and find out if there is anything important regarding the mission that the scientist isn't telling them. Oh and also the scientists name. :D

@squints LOL names I have but I don't use them for the scientist unless someone asked. What kind of scry? How powerful?

Well, he can scry the past, beginning with a given place or person, and "traveling" to different places and times and people from there. The closer a moment is to the present, the less reliable the scrying, I figure within an hour or so is not visible to him. With the scientist there in the room with him, he could potentially look back at anything the scientist had done, experienced up to within an hour of the present. He can't read past thoughts or anything.
When "traveling" past moments, personal connections are the easiest fastest way to get to different places/times/people. Any other connections takes significantly more time to navigate.
Assuming of course that sounds reasonable.

@KatherinWinterYa, see and hear. I mean I suppose as I have defined it he could smell taste and feel things too, but I dont know how he would be able to feel and taste thngs when he can't physically interact with things. Sight and sound are the useful ones anyway.

@squints I agree that sight and sound are probably the most useful and important. I don't think the others would add much at this point. Buy maybe later.
