Consider me interested! I have an idea for a character, although I'm not too sure how overpowered it would be. A quick rundown:

He/she can split his mind into two separate "physical" forms, with both of them having a different power. One of them has the ability to copy others powers through touch (With the power lasting a set amount of time), and the other can disable someone's powers, but has to maintain constant physical contact.

If that is too strong, then I was considering having one of the separated entities use the powers that the other copies. So, one of them could leech the powers of someone, while the other uses it.

And if that is still considered too strong, I'll just think of something else.

@Chickn hmmmmmm I want to say that both are a bit much. You can have multiple characters so may I suggest some ideas?

instead of split personalities, make 2 different characters (be it identical twins or otherwise) with each having one of the powers (to copy or cancel out) and polar opposite personalities.

Or

One character that could do both (of course there would be limitations that we can discuss later)

Or

One character that can make multiple copies of them self.

@HushedWhispers yeah there is someone else who wants the power to enrage others. While I get that the powers are different in their own way. Both are too similar since both have to do with emotion manipulation

Edit: so I'll let you guys discuss that and come to a conclusion on your own about that xD

Yeah, I thought it might have been a bit much. As for having multiple characters, that wouldn't work with the backstory that I have planned. I've got some other ideas in the works, so I'll try and come up with something else that is a bit more balanced.

True. If you want, I can change mine. I do not mind.

You also cannot have X-Men without a Telekinetic and Telepath.

Mind if I have both? She won't be Jean Grey Phoenix level, I promise. :) She'll still have limitations.

My character will either be the mutant with the Vibranium hair or the two who are basically buffers. I always get probed with the former, her actual powers are to grow and control her hair to form things like a hair made shield. The rare metal was added so she would not be completely useless, the metal does hamper her a bit, however. She is or was linked to a reopened case of the Weapon X program. I thought of the idea and my friend actually made it but the thing is she is no longer around to use her so I probably will if she passes the seal of approval.
