Yes,Of course you can enhance reflexes. I've just come to the conclusion that it would be too easy to put the rest of us at a disadvantage and as I am sure you wouldn't do that I would rather just keep everyone on an even keel so there are no fights about overpowering or godmodding. I'm sure you understand my position on this. There are several powers I've already excluded not just Kinetic energy and absorption.

Offensive: Fire manipulation make this Create and manipulate it will also allow you to fly without adding another power
Defensive: Enhanced Reflexes Pick another defense
Enhancement: Enhanced Agility make this Enhanced Reflexes and agility (you can't have one without the other)
