I'm sorry it took so long to get that intro Kaori post out of the way! I'm sorry, I haven't been super active in this thread but I ended up transferring departments at work and getting hella busy. But I am still here! And very much interested in continuing if you guys are.

@Bourgeoisie@Sigment Here is some food for thought, but what are our characters preexisting relationships? Kaze is obviously new to town so it makes sense our characters don't know him but since it's a small town and our characters all go to the same school I figure they may at least know each other?

Kaori and Kenichi are the same age and so probably also the same grade (potentially also the same class) so I feel like they might at least know each of one another, especially since poor Kenichi has such a reputation. But whether or not he knows who Kaori is (or even cares) is totally up to you.

Kaori and Akatsuki should probably have met at least once or twice. Perhaps he eats where she works? Again, they're in the same school and I don't imagine it is a particularly big one so they would likely know one another exists. Or at least their face, but I don't know if there would be any further interaction? :o

If any of their families ever needed something fixed, then they would probably hear of him, and Akatsuki's dad probably trains Kenichi. Also, don't forget. Kenichi rep actually isn't bad, he just beats himself up inside a lot. A lot of people just think he's acting like an angsty teen, or they know him through the friendly ogre thing.

lol. Anyways, great going. Also, this helps me out a bit, your giving us a restaurant that is. This is one of the things I love about a more collaborative RP, it helps us make a world together. You'll find out why it helps me so much later.

That's what I was thinking, actually, that he eats there now and then and knows her that way. Honestly, being of the Arcana that he is, I pictured half his motivation being that he liked to see the girls there in uniform. I've yet to decide on that part, though. ^^;

But yeah, I figured the two of them know each other, at least as acquaintances, if not friends.

Yeah, so I think they all would all know of each other then? That seems more interesting than all of them just strangers. But I'm excited for the story to move along.

And yeah honestly Kasumi being gay was so I can reference that comic in a later post. I live for it. I died when I saw the social links reference in the opening post. xD

I suppose I'm fine, for the most part. My sister's going through uncomfortable times, though, so she's moving back in for a while.

Oyah, Bourg, I'd actually be interested to see how Kenichi being at the dojo plays out. If he and Akatsuki ever sparred, it'd probably be a good old-fashioned "speed vs. power" deal. At least, IMO. Who knows? XD

Oh, sorry to hear about your sister! :c Still, sometimes it is nice to have family close.

Glad you guys are okay! I'm also fine, but believe it or not work has actually slowed down now that I have switched departments (which is weird) and I even have a few days off coming up so I'll be free to pester you all on the OOC.

And yes, that would be interesting! Kaori can watch from the sidelines, maybe be the water girl. "Great job guys, time to hydrate!"
