@Nevis

Up to you. My plan for Ze and Mr Nailbrain was to have Mr Nailbrain set fire to the outside part of the slums and spread a panic that the solders were trying to kill everyone... at which point Ze would step up and give people a way out via the Smuggler tunnels. Turn people against the government and earn some loyality for the coming civil war. I don't see why that needs to change.

You may find that mentions tend to be good at getting people's attentions. I would miss so many posts in the other RP I'm in without mentions, as they're typically too voluminous to sort through normally.
