Rate limit: the site limits new users post frequency, lowering the time they have to wait between posts as they post more. I understand it but you know.

I'd say it is, but that's not what I am referring to. I'm talking about people on youtube like Lewistech youtube.com/user/LewissTech and other people who waste the time of tech support scammers on youtube. But in general that can be said for any website. lel
