Jenso nodded at the signs bruce made with his hands, and sticked close, crouching as well. He wanted to avoid acting his own way right now. He would have in most cases, but Bruce was the expert here and the wind was quite powerful. He managed to keep moving however, sticking close to Bruce every step of the way. He would slip up every now and then with his feet as he moved due to the harsh wind and due to lacking the same experience and balancing ability that Bruce had to traverse areas like these, and cause him to fall, which required him to support on his hands to avoid landing face-first into the dirt. but he kept recovering immediately and continued to follow after him.

Bruce was surprised with how quickly they made progress. He'd thought from the fearful glances the others had given them that they would certainly have been attacked before they made it to the entrance. But they only had a few feet left to go. He made the mistake of letting himself get too into his thoughts and put his weight on a handhold before he tested it. The instant it began to slide out, his other hand, still around his sheath, shot up, driving the tip of it into crack left behind and vaulting up the last few feet to the peak. He let out a small breath and returned the sheath to his waist, taking in the entrance of the temple while he waited for Jenso. The howling winds were even stronger up here, and he could hear the echoes it made as it swept into the cavernous maw that stood in front of him. It sounded alive, almost, the reverberations coming back out of the entrance as a mighty, yawning groan that put many actual beasts' to shame. He looked skyward- the moon had begun its ascent, though daylight would last another scant few minutes. He pointed out the moon to Jenso to indicate that they would have need of his powers- talking now would be a waste of energy.

Jenso nodded at Bruce as flames erupted from his body. As he stood close to his ally, the flames did not hurt Bruce at all. He looked at Bruce and smiled at him, giving him a thumbs up in an attempt to soothe his mind and to try to prevent him from panicing. The flames lit up the darkness around himself, Bruce and the entrance of the temple. He looked at the temple and glared within, preparing to step into it when Bruce was ready to follow. If he was, he would head inside.

Bruce's expression changed to reflect his surprise at Jenso's power, but he quickly schooled it back to neutrality. He kept his hand on his sheath, ready to act at the first sign of trouble. He nodded at Jenso to let him know to enter first.

Jenso nodded at Bruce and headed into the temple, assuming Bruce would follow. He made sure to move slowly however, not wanting to set off any traps haphazardly and to allow Bruce to have an easy time to stay near him. Even if the place was old, there was a good possibility that they still functioned. He couldn't be careless here, paying attention to his surroundings as they headed deeper within and as the flames that continued to burn around his body revealed the way.

The temple's entrance was strewn with tapestries, detailing magnificent battles atop the very mountains they were traversing. Pillar-bound stone ceilings overlooked what slowly came together as a story. Each parchment, albeit torn and aged to the point of bare shapes, showed a man harnessing the power of wind itself to fend off a series of threats. Monsters of various shapes and sizes, poachers who looked to rob the temple of its riches, and a titanic figure that stood several stories high over the parchment's hero.

As they made their way deeper into the temple, the parchments ended, and a large door revealed itself as it fell into the range of Jenso's light. Several intricate carvings flowed through the stone like snakes, tying into one another and ending at each other's tails. There was no visible key hole, or device to get through, but the stone seemed frail. The temple of wind was old, after all. Unfortunately, the only way through seemed to be desecration of its beautiful design.

Jenso frowned as he looked at the door. "A shame to destroy this, but...we gotta get in." Jenso muttered, as flames violently bursted out of his left arm. The flames on his fist took the shape of a dragon's head as he punched at the door. "FLAME DRAGON PUNCH!!" He roared, punching at the door.

Without any resistance, the stone crumbled and the door was launched off its frame in pieces, into the room behind it. Unfortunately, it seemed that the entirety of the inner sanctum was missing a giant portion of its roof. Winds whipped and howled through the room like a flurry of knives, pulling dirt across its expanse dangerously fast. AT the center of the room, stood a single pedestal with a concave compartment, where a single blue amulet was hanging, strangely unaffected by the wind.

Jenso stared at the room before him, unsure how to proceed. His flame powers would be of little use here as the winds would most likely disperse most of it. Neither of his stronger forms seemed ideal here, either. He turned to Bruce. "Well, I guess it's a good thing that we found it so quickly but...I'll need your help, Bruce. This wind is going to cancel out most of my flame powers, and I don't think Ki will help much here, either. I can try running in and snatching the amulet, but...do you have a way to stop those winds?" He asked.

Bruce stepped in front of Jenso, taking in the inner sanctum. He knelt down, pressing an open palm to the stone floor. He felt out the presence of the earth around them. Focusing, he reformed the material under their feet and formed columns and pillars that jutted out in various directions, effectively creating a bubble through the inner sanctum where the wind didn't blow through, though it was much stronger near the walls of the room. Any step outside of the mild zone would quite possibly tear limbs off.
"I can control some elements. Wind is not one of them." he said.

Jenso nodded and dashed into the room within Bruce's protective zone, aiming to grab the amulet. He tapped it once, prepared to jump back in case it would trigger a trap of some sorts. If it were safe, he'd try to grab the amulet and dash out of the room.

Jenso safely retrieved the amulet, but as he did so, the ground shook, and one of the pillars that Bruce had risen came crashing down, snapped in half by a long, sharpened appendage. It jutted forward towards Jenso, aided by a sudden burst of wind that found its way into the sanctum, threatening to pierce Jenso's midsection.

Jenso glared at the incoming pillar piece, as a flame whip materialised in his hands. He dove towards the ground in an attempt to let the pillar move over him,and threw the flame whip forwards. It wrapped around one of the pillars near Bruce at the exit of the room. He yanked the whip once, and it pulled him forwards at great speeds. He prepared to release the whip, land on his feet and move out of the room if he were succesful to avoid the pillar. He held the amulet tightly with his other hand.

As Jenso escaped the room, the sharp metal-like claw pierced the ground, and pulled something into the room. There were 7 more of the long metal like legs, each at least 20 feet in length, and with multiple joints, making them very flexible. They were all connected by a small, perfectly spherical body the glowed with a bright green light. The legs seemed to be attached by small energy streams, allowing them to move freely without issue around the entire spherical pod. Was this some kind of elemental mechanism? Or a monster of natural design? Jenso would recognise this glow, near the center of the spherical body. It was the same as Gol-Ira's, and the golems he had under his command.

This was a Golem!

Without delay, the strange mechanism sped towards Jenso and Bruce using its many legs to pull itself through the tight corridors with ease.

Jenso spun around atop his left heel in order to face the incoming metal-like spider, and quickly grabbed his bottomless bag. He put the amulet within it and put it back into his pocket. "Holy shit..." Jenso muttered, as the beast moved at him and Bruce. He backed away from the incoming spider and took aim with his left hand, launching a flame saw at one of it's metallic legs. "Let's do this, Bruce!" He shouted confidently.

Bruce quickly slammed his palm against the nearest wall, shifting the material he'd reformed to change the wind in the inner sanctum, dissolving the base of the pillars and columns he'd made in an effort to bury the golem or at least catch one of its many legs. He also released a fraction of his ki in a concentrated form within his sheath as a blade. He didn't speak, only taking a defensive stance and drawing his sword as he nodded at Jenso.

Jenso's flame saw cut through the leg it struck with ease, but rather than falling to pieces, the point at which the saw sliced ended up connected by a stream of electrical energy, allowing it even more flexibility, and a new dangerous aura. The golem's footing however, shifted violently. It wobbled, pulling its legs up and then down, one at a time, in quick succession, to avoid from falling. Three of its legs propelled towards the doorway where Bruce and Jenso stood, and bent near their tips, grasping onto the inner frame as two more legs launched forwards, aimed to skewer both fighters. All the while, the beast's three remaining legs, grasped onto the roof of the temple. The falling pillars tore through a few more of its legs despite its attempts to avoid Bruce's attack, but just as before, the remained fused with the same energy that kept its body together near the center.

Bruce did a series of rapid back-steps to avoid getting impaled, also using his powers to shift the ground just beneath Jenso to propel him high upward to avoid the other leg. He figured the pillar he had made for Jenso would get destroyed quickly, but he didn't have any concerns about that. He crouched and sprinted ahead, leaping up to kick off one of the walls.
"Jenso," he called out, holding his sword over one shoulder ready to slash. "Try to maneuver yourself to attack the center! I'll cut at the legs and try to give you an opening!"

Jenso frowned as the spider leg headed for him, but felt relieved as Bruce aided him and helped him to avoid it. "Right! I'm counting on you, Bruce!" Jenso shouted, as a burst of flames erupted from his feet to launch himself towards the beast's center at top speeds. He launched a flame dragon punch at it's center with his left fist, having faith in Bruce that he would back him up.
