Sarah was a bit relieved when reinforcements came and overwhelmed the opposition. But Puru was almost taken down by a shot herself. Whoever this Captain was he had just earned a bit of respect from Sarah she hadn't seen many people that high up in the chain actually getting off their ass and back into battle. "Sir!" Sarah responded leaving with Jack to find the sniper. When Jack asked how they could find this sniper Sarah gave a little grin. "Well we could always use you as bait, I mean your suit can fly makes a nice target." She said sarcastically. "The shot that almost hit Puru came from the south ill put my bet on that direction. Scan the area find a spot with a good view and we will find our sniper." Sarah said giving her real solution to the situation.

Paul, and George were closing up on the latter's ship as Paul looked at it using his secondary cameras he couldn't help but feel how similar the damn thing was to the Sundown...minus the sheer size difference. The Sundown was essentially a super carrier class Archangel, while George's ship was more over assault class ZAFT cruiser. "This is Kyleson calling on the bridge. Let us aboard I'm with Raigo. if anyone hurts Lyons they have to answer to me." growled George over his communications device as Lyons prepared the docking procedure that he usually went through. As he landed he looked through the vastly smaller hanger than what he had been use to and saw a number of ZAFT pilots going back and forth here and there. As he walked over to one of the mobile suit walkways he put George down on top of it and then brought Raigo over into an empty pot and began to power it down but not before activating a systems lock to prevent anyone from using it without his password.

"Get out of the god damn thing we got to hurry Charlie on the bridge tells me that Lao's getting his men ready for a big push." George shouted as Paul tried to exit his suit however he found it was jammed as such he had to manually override, and force open the hatch with his hands before exiting onto the walkway he looked at George for the first time in years face to face. George was wearing a stripped purple OMNI uniform, and Paul was still swearing his black ZAFT uniform he had been keeping as a trophy. "Oh shit I forgot you even wore that suit." George said in surprise as Paul frowned deeply and George took the hint as a group of soldiers ran over with rifles. "Hold fire! If anyone of you shoots him I'll have your balls in a blender by the end of the day. He's an enemy pilot but he's the best one those fuck boys over at OMNI has. Have you guys powered up Freedom, and Justice?" asked George as Paul looked at the soldiers with unease he couldn't help but feel helpless gazing at the vast amount of people aiming weapons at him. A lot of them looked unhappy about the whole ordeal. "Fucking hell I can't believe it's come to this Kyleson but yeah you're damn test suits are ready." one of the soldiers growled as George grabbed Lyons's shoulder and made him look at him.

"You see the suit over there? It has a nuclear reactor core. That one will be your suit. Consider it a trusting gift from me to you. The suit has a number of weapons on it but I had to disable it's auto lock-on systems just to make sure these people don't get even more pissy about me giving you the thing. Look bring it back after this, and I'll see about giving Raigo back to you got it?" George said hastily as Paul's eyes widened. "You fucking retarded? NUCLEAR?! That's a violation of the treaty!" Paul growled as George shook his head. "Not my call only found out about these things when they told me to transport them to a military base. Look just get in the fucking thing, and I'll take it's twin. Together we can force back the enemy units. After that we can talk things over." George said as he rushed off as Paul frowned and made a move forward towards his own mobile suit.

Paul frowned as he looked entered the strange new machine. As he began to turn on the systems he was greeted with a fucking ZAFT OS as he inwardly cringed at the fact that he was now inside a nuclear powered ZAFT mobile suit. Paul's systems were already tuned into the correct channel as various voices of soldiers he didn't recognize chimed in. Paul heard George's voice not too soon after as he explained the needed to reinforce, and push through the southern point which had been taken. If they took much longer then they would push and attack the command ship. "I don't take orders from ZAFT bastards Kyleson. Lyons preparing to launch in Gundam....Freedom was it?" Paul asked as a grey haired young woman appeared on his screen. "Nadia here I'm the bridge operator for this ship. OMNI Lieutenant Paul Lyons you are cleared for launch. Good hunting." the woman said with a firm nod which Paul already felt weird about. He was so use to Baker's voice telling him where to go. "It's like I'm in the fucking twilight zone..." growled Paul as he made his way through to the hanger's launcher. Paul checked over his weapon systems and found that Freedom was a walking machine of death. If this thing was unleashed on the alliance...they'd destroy everything. Not even all of their gundams together could hold off a machine like this. Who the hell made it!? "Lyons reporting launching in Freedom Gundam." Paul felt the g-forces pushing on him as he launched forward and he flew south and soon after he launched George was following him. Paul put in his own force's radio communications link. "Lyons reporting in. I'm in a ZAFT experimental suit. Will get to that later engaging Lao's men." Paul said as Baker gave him a confused confirmation. Hearing her voice made Lyons feel a little better about this whole situation.

"You're such an obnoxious little boy...but I suppose you know that already am I correct? I don't think you understand though I'm out of your league." Jason said with a smug grin as the enemy gundam tried desperately to keep up with the sudden on slaughter of beam shots coming from the dragoons. With all of the enemy suits going to and forth now as the allied units consolidated their efforts and were now pushing back the enemy suits. "How in the world is there a machine this strong? Of course I know that Barbatos isn't the strongest but this is just ridiculous." Mikazuki said as he desperately tried to back up only to have his left hand blown off, and his right shoulder severely damage. While Mikazuki was dodging Jason had been carefully lining up his dragoons out of range of the enemy gundam, and purposely making some of the more prominent than others. He had snuck around two dragoons and managed to get Mikazuki into an extremely awkward situation now. "Will you surrender or is it death for you?" Jason said flatly as he aimed Providence's rifle down at the enemy suit. "No this is just a distraction." grumbled Mikazuki as Jason frowned confused then it clicked in Jason's mind just what he had meant. He dodged just barely in time as he aimed his rifle into the air. A red mobile suit came flying at him and shot at the dragoons but they managed to dodge guided by Jason's deft piloting skill even if he was rusty he was still as good as ever it seemed. "Well if it isn't my old friend Jason Hiyan!? It is you isn't it? Or did they find someone new to replace me in that garbage heap I use to pilot. Or are you calling yourself by a different name now Jason? Whatever the case it's time for you to die old friend. Mikazuki retreat for now would you? You such a pitiful sight." grumbled the voice of Lao La Lugara as he fired his other weapon, a beam gun, from his shield arm forcing Jason to detach himself from the now retreating enemy pilot. "Lao you traitorous cad I will end you!" Jason shouted as he fired upon Lao who dodged it with practiced ease and the two began to circle into the air firing at each other both of them dodging each other in a waltz of energy beam fire.

"This is Baker....do you guys read me? Look...a lot just went on but I'm still needed here so listen up Williams tells me that they're shooting from an undisclosed location from your area. Lieutenant Lyons....Paul will be helping you soon once he finishes off his current field if all thing go right. For now they're dispatching the orange gundam which fought Graham to your location. Finish off, or force the enemy sniper to retreat if you don't Hiling will be stuck in the center until further notice. If you need my help...I'm here for you." commented Lacus as she quickly sent both Sara, and Jack a map of the area showing that there were enemy zakus detected in the area and that the shots had come from somewhere in the small city area. There were plenty of destroyed buildings around however so the suit may be hiding in one of the destroyed structures.

Sara adjusted her course to the position that Lacus had directed. "Copy that we will sweep the area and draw out the sniper. Might take a bit with the enemy presence their though." She responded while readying her weapons. "Well Jack you want me to handle the small frys while you look for the sniper?" She asked before entering the zone and unleashing a wave of fire at the Zaku lines before ducking behind a destroyed building to hide from the sniper herself. Without even waiting for a response from Jack.

"OMNI, and the idiots working together!? We were right to trust Commander Lugara!" shouted one of the enemy soldiers as they rushed both the gundams with their weapons drawn preparing to take them down. They fired a series of physical machine gun rounds directly at Sarah, and Jack. There were also a few rounds of missiles, and grenades thrown at them as well. Unfortunately however the enemy sniper didn't seem to want to deal with all of this mess as he fired from inside one of the buildings in the inner part of the city and the shot, a pure beam, almost shot down Sarah but fortunately for her the weapon skimmed her suit's armor instead. There were follow up shots but luckily for Sarah it would seem the sniper was having issues aiming for one reason, or another as most of them went slightly wide of her mobile suit.

Hiling Care smiled sadistically as she calmly, and easily picked off the enemy units from afar the units behind her were taking their good time as well picking off the enemy units. One heavier gundam was proving a problem despite being outdated it seemed to be in the hands of an expert pilot. Regardless she didn't need to think much in regard to how to deal with him. "You know I think I could get use to fighting these gundams. They're so outdated they're like flag models." Hiling chuckled remembering Graham Aker of an earlier time line piloting that outdated thing he fought so proudly in. It didn't seem like much but it was a far cry from that Mister Bushido version of himself. He was just as hot blooded but he had a charismatic side instead of that annoying sense of honor. Still it was what it was. Hiling watched at the gundam tried to shoot down Mariemaia's men to very little success. "I can't lost this is for the restoration of Zeon! I must not let you beat me!" the enemy pilot named Gato growled he seemed to have no idea how futile this all was as he tried to gun down the Serpent class mobile suits their armor repelled all but the strongest of his attacks. However something unexpected happened as an orange gundam...Arios? No the older Kyrios model came flying down and gunned down a large portion of those zaku suits. "A-Law bastards...I'll make you pay later but looks like we're working together for now." grumbled Allelujah as Hiling chuckled, "It would seem so these pests are pissing me off." Hiling agreed as they turned their attention to Gato.

Sarah was able to avoid the small arms fire and shoot down the missiles of the enemy lines easily, but the sniper shot nearly got her, leaving a nice sear mark on her side. Luckily after the first shot something seemed to me messing with the Sniper's aim, and unluckily for the sniper after the first shot Sarah had learned the general direction and from the following shots had learned his position. As soon as she got a free moment from the fight She unleashed a barrage of missiles of her own aimed at the sniper's position. Emptying what Ammunition she had left in her Shoulder Pod as well as sending her Second Hornet Missile for good measure. If she didn't eliminate the sniper she would at the very least pull it out from hiding where she could gun it down in the open. "So I got the Sniper's attention on me now and Jack is mopping up their ground forces, I might need some help with pursuit if this bastard tries to run." Sarah reported back to base as she tried to watch where the sniper would flee to.

Jack fired off a series of beam shots into the enemy mobile suits, his Phase Shift armor making the use of any kind of munitions except beam weaponry pointless. However, Sarah was doing a good job calling attention to herself. Using the Duel's limited flight system to get th he tries to rune upper hand on the remaining Zaku units, he unleashes the last of the rockets on his rocket pod before firing more beam shots. "I have decent line of sight up here. If he tries to run, I'll call out where to lay pain at."

As Paul, and George arrived at their destination it only took a moment for them to break through the enemy lines. Freedom's fire power matched with Justice's accuracy to a incredible degree and the few enemy zaku left scattered before the other zaku led by George. Paul saw off in the distance that there was some massive fight happening in the middle of the enemy lines however if he pulled back now he could end up reigniting the war between OMNI, and George's ZAFT. "Why the hell are you even fighting with Lao? You're both OMNI Traitors, and ZAFT soldiers. So what gives?" Paul asked as Freedom's rifle quickly took out a fleeing zaku only for George to finish off two of the others. "Long story short we had disagreements with how to handle the new units. More over our work ethics were extremely different. Shortly after the initial encounter with Hallelujah, a friend of mine, he tried to have them executed. I stepped in and the crew got split. Half of Lao's men deserted for my ship, and he took the other with the men who deserted me. We've fought twice now in the past few days." George commented as he quickly scanned the area. "We're out of traps, no thanks too your men Lyons, so go and assist them there I'll advance east." George stated leaving Paul to his own devices as he flew off towards the middle himself. It was good to know at least that ZAFT was fractured internally...at least his ZAFT was there was bound to be more of them somewhere.

The sniper kept shooting off shots just barely missing both of the allied units as suddenly a familiar face came back into the picture. The missile fire didn't seem to rip it out of it's hiding place from the city. However it did destroy quite a few of the zaku units hiding. "I hope you missed me because I'm still not flying at full power. I came as soon as I could." Graham Aker commented as his damaged flag leaped into battle in jet mode firing and damaging a few of the zaku allowing the others to mop them up. As another round came Graham had to pull on his controls just barely dodging it. "Found him! He's in the middle building in the central plaza. It's who I thought it may be when Axer sent me back out. It's a celestial being gundam. He's a professional sniper so watch out for him. Get in close but don't expect it to be easy! I'll take on the small fry as much as I hate not pressing on you two are more suited for that." Graham shouted over the comms line. He was just as confident as ever though he appeared to be slightly taxed due to his earlier engagement.

{Copy that, Aker. Stay in one piece out there.} Adjusting his own flight path, James makes a line for the indicated plaza, pulling his Gae Bulg out once more and firing off a preemptive shot to force the sniper into the open. Afterwords, he provided covering fire for Sarah with his beam rifle, firing off a flurry of shots.

Graham chuckled and laughed, "Come on Lieutenant this is ME we're talking about here don't over think it." Graham boasted confidently as he proceeded to take the fight to the remaining zaku though few and far between they needed to take out the remaining ones before claiming the field they were in. Luckily enough Jack's attacks were enough to force the enemy gundam out into attack position. It had a chrome shell with green paint, and it seemed to be favoring it's rifle. Despite not longer being stationary it fired off a series of shots towards Jack with pin point precision it was a wonder that the man had managed to miss the two gundams in the first place. "If you're not careful you'll get wiped out. Call me if you need someone to pull your ass out of the fire I've dealt with them before."

"Copy that." Dodging the shots to the best of his abilities, Jack returns fire with a frag grenade from his grenade launcher, then three beam rounds fired in an attempt to predict the enemy pilot's moves. Jack had already burned through most of his rockets and missiles up to this point in the fight.

Sarah was a little disappointed that her missiles had little real effect but with Jack drawing the sniper's attention she was able to manuver herself into a flanking position before unloading a barrage of shots with her Gatling gun followed up by her lobbing a grenade at the enemy when he tried to dodge.

"Damn it looks like I got no choice! Activating Trans-AM!" grumbled Lockon Stratos as he prepared to go ahead with this futile battle. He really didn't enjoy working for Lao but he really had little other choice. Allelujah joined a group of guys who quite frankly were dumb. Lao may be a crazed idiot but he was one thing for certain: a good survivalist. They should've used the gundams to wipe out any prospective enemies. He hated that he had to consider this option but in a world full of strangers Lockon couldn't really afford to take risks until he found the others. Plus Tieria...he had to make sure things got better before they got worse.

Lockon's suit flared a bright redish pink as it dashed through the air evading various attacks, and shots from the enemy gundams it's sheer speed playing a big factor. "Damn it they have that system that other gundam had!" Graham growled angrily. "Pull back hold on the defensive until it wears out! That's the only option we have available to us!" Graham called out as he prepared his flag to pull back but before he could do much the enemy gundam flashed in front of him. "Damn you!" he tried to fire his weapons but his wing was blown out sending his flag into a spiral luckily enough the gundam had gone for a non lethal shot in order to eliminate the other enemies around him before re-focusing on the gundams. Spiraling around in a red blue he fired his pistols which had drawn out after switching out his sniper rifle. "Nothing personal kids but you're in my way!" Lockon called out to the enemy pilots.

With Providence, and Lao's gundam spiraling around in the air like two machines hell bent on murdering each other it seemed to be almost hypnotic in essence. Each of the other knew the other's move before they were making it. Lao shot out a few blows before going in for a close range attack on occasion. Jason on the other hand played more carefully sending his dragoons out and keeping them away from Lao's attempts to gun them down. Lao was at a statistical disadvantage at this point. He couldn't do much with Jason's superior fire power but he was keeping up remarkably well. The Dragoons barely even came near the machine he was piloting with the beams going far too wide, or too short depending on the moves Lao made. Jason became more and more frustrated as his shots continuously missed only for Lao to quickly counter with a few short bursts of beam shots. "You're getting old Hiyan. You're nothing more than a idiot who can't defend himself now. You're rusty, and less than stellar as a pilot unlike how you use to be. You depend too much on the others to do your dirty work." Lao mocked Jason casually as if commenting on how he had beaten him in a game of pinball. "You sadistic bastard! I don't just live to kill people! My job as a soldier is to be the best chance for my fellow humans to live a normal life! You life is just full of self indulgences! You changed far from the kid I remember Lao!" Jason shouted as Lao chuckled, and laughed cockily. "As if it matters anymore! We're both in this endless waltz together Hiyan! We're going to be doing this forever until one of us dies! There's no other option!" Lao retorted to Jason's claims of innocence. "In the end you're not any better than me!"

Paul entered the battlefield where Hiling was fighting and proceeded to activate his suits lock on systems then they gave him negative feed back...of course he forgot the assholes disabled it. "Old fashion way then..." Paul grumbled as he activated the full burst system and aimed down towards the ground below him. As soon as he pulled the trigger his main camera lit up with a burst of plasma bolts showering the enemy below in mere moments. Though unfocused the enemy wasn't prepared for what was going on. The main bulk of the enemy seemed to buckle underneath the mass of shots. A lot went too wide however and Paul had to stop for fear of hitting his own men. Hiling Care and her opponent backed off each other. Allelujah flew up to the new suit. "You're giving off a weird vibe. You're not George who are you?" questioned the gundam pilot as Paul sighed, "I was one of the guys shooting at you look just stop screwing around with me and fight off the enemy!" Paul ordered as Hiling came over the communications line he set up, "About god damn time you got back." Hiling growled as Stella responded, "The Lieutenant and I were busy suffice to say we're doing our best to help." Stella told Hiling who snorted, "Of course...wait where did that gundam go? Whatever not my problem push'em!" Hiling shouted noticing that Anavel Gato had fled for the time being. Paul, and the rest of the forces regrouped and rallied in an attempt to push through the remaining enemy zaku. "For Lady Mariemaia!"

Jack doesn't reply to the opposing pilot, opting instead to simply take advantage of the beam reflective properties of his shield's coating and kept it between him and the enemy suit's shots. Every now and then he'd fire just a little ahead of the enemy mobile suit, leading his target in an effort to inflict damage and slow down the suit so they could capture it. Any means to repair their own GN Drive suits was not something to waste.

As soon as the enemy unit started to glow pink Sarah started to move out of sight. Although she hadn't fought one of these units yet she had read the reports of this "Trans-Am" mode and she wasn't going to take a chance hitting this thing head on. Sarah made her way through the city landscape keeping herself hidden and moving to a good position. "Jack I am sending you some coordinates duck into the city and lure the Gundam there. Try not to give away you are luring him but don't get yourself shot down either." She relaid along with the nav point. Hopefully the city would help Jack as the buildings could make good cover to avoid fire while leading the Gundam into a strait line shot of her Gatling gun.

Jack waited to respond, firing a leading burst of shots to force the GN drive Gundam to back off a little before taking some cover himself. "Try not to trash that suit too badly, we've got a couple on the Sundown that could use any parts we can keep in one piece assuming we don't give it a new pilot." That said, Jack began making shots and attacks that were subtle baits to follow him, moving into the city to provide additional cover when he couldn't keep his shield between himself and the enemy.

This whole thing had been a mess. The group in the city had been waiting, but not for the Sundown and their allies, it was for this other group, who were definitely mostly ZAFT supporters, which made killing the SOBs all the easier at the end of the day. However, that didn't explain how the city group had know ANYONE was coming, and resolved to speak with the Captain about possibilities when this whole thing was over.

Lockon managed to barely move out of the way of the initial burst but had to rely on his shield in order block the remaining bullets but as Haro chimed in with his usual banter telling Lockon Stratos that his mobile suit's energy was running low Lockon decided Lao had to fight on his own for now. Lockon decided to pull back himself. As the crew retreated towards the city Lao, and Jason were still in the middle of their stalemate. There were few and far between remaining enemy zaku to deal with it would seem but there were still a few. "Yo guys James here Black Star is pushing the front lines. Enemy formation is failing. Enemy leader George Kyleson is reported to be pressuring their flank. Push out any remaining enemy units in the sector this battle will be ours yet." James informed the pilots in the area. "It's always you isn't it!? You're always the one who has to cause a problem!" Jason called out Lao who laughed heartily as he dodged the dragoon shots. "Me? Oh come now Jason you give me far too much credit. None of this is my fault." Lao replied cockily as he managed to land a shot on Providence crippling it's knee functions.

As the enemy suit retreated, Jack shifted his attention to where he saw two unfamiliar suits fighting, but one with a damaged knee. One he recognized as having ZAFT markings, which had apparently delivered the knee crippling blow when he checked with Williams, so he immediately shifted his focus to that suit, firing his last Gaebulg round right at the enemy suit.

With Sara's attack actually pushing the enemy back it left the enemy open for a counter attack. As Jack went to assist the allied forces in the center Sara raced ahead in an attempt to cut off any escape route they might try to take. "Sara reporting in, I will stop their retreat hopefully we can catch ourselves a big fish and get some information." She sent a transmission while using a few of her grenades to set up a trap for any retreating units and putting herself to lay in wait.

"What in the world!?" Lao gasped as suddenly his suit was hit from the side his leg his gundam's phase shift setting saving him. He felt his nerves twitch, and burn he couldn't believe that he had been so focused on Jason that he had ignored the possibility of enemy reprisals. "So Lockon Stratos has failed me? Fine then I will fight all of you by myself!" growled Lao as he tried to respond with a beam rifle shot only to have it shot out of his hand by a Dragoon, and then one of his own units appeared on his screen, "Commander! Enemy OMNI Forces are pushing us back! They're using Freedom! Holy shi-" the pilot said before his screen vanished which gave quite the dire situation he had found himself in. "You're a dead man Lao! You're a mistake that should've been rectified so long ago! Now fall!" Jason said furiously as he pointed the beam rifle in his hand and sent dragoons all out against Lao who laughed as one of his units shot out a smoke screen blinding Jason as Lao fell back. "You can try 'Captain' Jason Hiyan but for now I think it would be best if I pulled back. What I didn't expect was that fool to join with OMNI. George will lose face for this my work is done." Lao said as he turned on his communications systems. "All forces fall back. Alpha, and Beta. You know what to do." Lao told his men as Gato appeared on screen, "We're retreating!? Fine....I don't like it but I can understand why. I will stay with the men for as long as possible give more of the men a chance to pull back. We could use the warhead-" Gato said as Lao spit on the floor of his suit, "Don't be stupid nuking the area would be a massive mistake." Lao told him. Jason decided not to chase him as all of the Zaku units on the ground turned quickly to rush, and attack the important units.

Hiling, and Paul had quickly managed to force their way through the enemy units Freedom Gundam had rendered the enemy suits practically worthless against the OMNI Ace, and A-Laws Captain showed no mercy. Lao's units were no match for them, and Gato had proved only a small obstacle as his suit was not only outdated but too bulky to really outmaneuver anyone but the serpents. "For LADY MARIEMAIA!" the allied troops shouted at the top of their lungs as they pushed hard against ZAFT some of their men already began to pull back leaving a mere skeleton guard to allow their men "ZAFT trash! Just die with some dignity already!" roared Paul as he gunned down the white painted Zaku as George appeared on screen, "I can still hear you asshole watch what you say I don't want this fight imploding into a big fucking mess when we're done with Lao. I want to have peace talks with Jason so don't antagonize this further Lyons!" George retorted at his old friend. Hiling sighed, "You people are so childish focus on the enemy in front of you!"

Jack growled in annoyance that the Gaebulg hadn't done more damage and had pulled his own beam rifle when the smoke screen popped. "Damn it!" Turning his attention, he instead opens fire on the retreating ZAFT forces, making sure to avoid shooting their sudden allies for the time being. The fact that they were already retreating was somewhat odd, though the reasoning for it was unknown. He'd been busy fighting his own battle, so he hadn't had the chance to see how things were progressing across the rest of the battlefield.
