I have a name that I want to change, I made an AA of it, thpugh I want all my RPs I'm in to have it, so..I was also wondering if I could delete the one with the name I want, and change this one to it. Makes sence?

Do you mean changing your name to a name that's already taken?

To my knowledge, that currently takes admin intervention, and preferably (assuming I read this right) the other account has to be for all intents and purposes dead for the name swap to be done.

If you mean switching your main to your alt name, that can be done I believe, though I'm still not sure the mods can do that independently of the admin.

We can only change names to unoccupied name slots. If there is already a taken name then it must be of a certain age/post/pm count before we can change it as you are essentially taking someone's old account. The mods however cannot do this, only Mahz as it does require work to be done to the database.

The reason for this is your old name URL will still work (eg: Grimhildr will still lead to Grim's account), and if we were to assign you to a previously taken username, there could be database problems with the link back from the old name leading to your new name, or the recycled account (Eg2: Grim wanted Grimm initially, but that account was taken, held 22 posts, and had a dozen PMs).

@WelcmeToGudBrgr We cannot delete accounts, again, same reason for it can screw up the database cause there hasn't been anything introduced in the site coding to help clear out the previous user's posts or disassociate any connection back to that account.

The best I can do is ban the user, however I must ask that you PM me from that account when making that kind of request. Just a formality to ensure no errors are made.
