Yeah, it turns out some mechanics I have in mind wouldn’t quite work out in an RP setting so I had to trash the original setup. Don’t worry though, I think I should have the new one up for you guys by tonight, again so sorry for the wait.

How would you intend to run things mechanically speaking?


We got it by totally legit and non-aggressive action which may or may not include sabotage, espionage and staging a coup non-Fed planets. *Shifty Eyes*

In terms of mechanics, each player will have a role like in FLT, weapons, shields etc. The ship has an A.I Val-9000 (see what I did there ;) ) which pilots the ship. Stats of the ship will be on the 0th post so all damage etc is recorded there. In terms of combat etc, each player has their skills, which again will be on the 0th post and can be levelled up via RP. These stats then affect the narrative. For example, someone with low engineering can change a lightbulb, but won't be able to reverse engineer alien tech.
