Clenching his free hand into a fist, Midoriya held himself from melting down at the spot. 'She complimented me back!' His insides squealed. Trying to calm down his beating heart, the boy walked alongside Nensu. Going back through his plan for today inside his head, Midoriya gave himself a reminder not to be so shy. Again. Nensu was fairly stylish in her clothes-though he did not dare question the boots- and it was hard not to stare at her.
"So. Do you want to walk around the park a bit? The weather's nice enough for a walk."
He suggested.

"A pain in the back's always the problem."
Hiems said, turning to his small fridge and not even bothering to notice the blush. It was all too obvious for his brain to point that part out. They liked each other, and blushing was not much of a problem. From the fridge, he pulled out two cans of drink. He reminded himself to prepare a bit more for a guest-he couldn't pull out cans and packs all the time.
"So, how was your job experience?"
He asked as he handed her a can.

Not only was Nensu dressed modestly, she didn't forget to put on the locket that she had always kept, around her neck, as it was something for her to remember on the life that she dearly missed; the time where her mother was always around to support her and Shoto. It was also the object that Midoriya had kept safe, until he managed to return it. She could still that memory, as it was also one of those she could remember, as if they happened, only yesterday. Walking alongside the other teen, the slightly-taller female was looking around, although she did the nerves slightly catch up to her, as she bite her lip...until he spoke first. The park would be a good place to start.
"Yeah, sure. Perhaps we can hit the mall after?"
She kept up with her soft smile, for it expressed fondness, and another unknown feeling she couldn't quite pinpoint yet.

Momo was hugging herself, up until she managed to find a place to sit. Noticing a can being passed down to her, the raven-haired girl thought about the question that Hiems just managed to ask. How was her job experience?
"W-Well, it was...interesting. I'll admit that it was...unexpected, but I believe that I learned a thing or two from her".

“Absolutely!”
The mall? That was out of his plans, but it sounded good enough. He didn’t expect his plan to be perfect anyways. He made a mental note of the change in detail as he nodded to Nensu. Maybe they can shop some clothes, have a good time together. As Midoriya thought of all the things they could do, his gaze hardly left Nensu. His half unconscious steps were still guiding him to the park correctly, but his mind was all too concentrated on imagining the wonderful date he could have. The only thing that broke him out of his happy thoughts was a random pebble on the ground, tripping the green haired boy. Midoriya stumbled, but managed to regain his balance and get back to his feet.
“S...sorry, I must’ve wandered off into my thoughts again.”
He apologized.

Hiems , after gesturing Momo to sit on the chair(stationed in front of the desk in the corner of his room), sat himself on the bed and took a sip from the can. His lazy gaze turned back to Momo. After a few seconds of silence, he spoke again.
“Nice.”
He said.
“It’s always good to be prepared for unexpected events.”

Nensu mentally high-fived herself, and she figured that her suggestion would be the right one to mention aloud. She didn’t know exactly what his thoughts were, but then, there were signs that the other teen seemed to be getting distracted by those said-thoughts. She herself was too busy in her own, having to involve her curiosity on what Izuku had planned, and on what she should do, in this kind of situation. All she could really assume, so far, was to follow his lead, as well as go with the flow on what they could do, today. Her thoughts were also simultaneously cut off, as soon as she caught the green-haired tripping.
Her reflexes made her reach out, and catch him by the shoulder.
“Izuku, are you okay?”
She asked him, but then, the long-haired female heard him apologize.
“Oh. Hey, it’s okay. Is something troubling you?”
She was concerned, and her patience paid off for these kinds of things.

Momo took a sip (that was nearly simultaneous when Hiems drank out of his own). Having to sit in the chair at the corner of the room, the female looked around the room.
“I agree. It was all it took to be a hero”.
It had to be the unpteenth time for her to say that aloud, since the internship. During her experience, she was initially in complete denial, but then, it eventually made sense.
“Want me to take a look at your back?”

Midoriya placed a hand on the supporting grip Nensu stretched out as he tripped, showing appreciation for her help. He dusted his knees as he checked if he hurt himself anywhere. Then he turned back to Nensu.
"Oh, it... it's nothing. Really. Just thinking about plans for today."
Was he thinking too much? He was concerned of improvising everything, and had even considered making a whole new notebook for it. Seeing how it turned out now, maybe it was a bit too much concern for a happy little walk around downtown. The boy scratched his head, embarrassed of his own mistake. 'Let's keep things simple next time.' He told himself.

Hiems reached for his back and shrugged. It was just a minor pain, there is no need for-
"Ugh."
The touch was definitely not a wise decision. With a signal of sharp pain running up his spine, Hiems flinched with a short groan. He awkwardly looked up at Momo. It was just a minor remainder of what he went through, counting how many rolls of bandages he had to put around himself that night.
"...no need for more inspection."
He managed to finish his sentence.

She didn’t know if it was out of instinct or not, but Nensu stood a little closer to Midoriya, keeping her hand upon his shoulder, although this time, it was now there, out of reassurance. The female teen softly smiled at him, having to soon become calm and relaxed, forgetting that he even fell, at all.
“Don’t stress yourself out, Midoriya. The last thing you need to do, is mumble out these many thoughts, at once. Let’s improvise; I’m willing to do almost whatever comes at us, today”.
She said, having to take her hand from his shoulder, and gently rub his upper arm.
“Come on. One at a time”.

Momo flinched, once she watched and heard Hiems make a pained noise. Her eyes gazed upon him in concern, before showing dissapiontment at his stubbornness.
“I promise I’ll be gentle”.
She said, as the teen put her can down nearby, and stood before him.

Nensu's words soothed Midoriya good. A great sigh crawled out of his mouth as always, whenever people around him managed to let him know that the burden wasn't something he had to take to the grave alone. It had become a habit of his at this point- and a bad one too. The boy leaned closer to Nensu, feeling her move closer to him. She let him know of his little problem, and how to relieve it. Just the thing he needed in cases like this. But he still didn't want to scrap the plans he made last night. It was too precious to let go of so easily.
"Thanks. Like always."
He said, nodding. Midoriya took a deep breath.
"One at a time, one at a time."
He told himself.

At the point where Momo showed evident disappointment, Hiems knew more resistance was futile. He walked up to right in front of her and turned around. From what he remembered, He managed not to get hit on the back- instead he crashed into a lot of places. Multiple times.
"Alright, take a look."

Nensu had stood close to him, when she was reassuring him, and it seemed to be working on calming him down. Same for what he was doing with her, she had officially become his anchor, whenever in self-doubt. At this rate, it was the female teen’s way of repaying him. He may not think that it was necessary, but for their bond, she wanted to get him out of dark places, and into the light; her feelings told her to.
“There’s no need to always to thank me, Izuku. I’m here when you want or need me”.
She reassured, before Midoriya seemed to be taking in her advice, causing her to nod.
“‘One at a time’. Let’s start at the park; then, we can think of the next thing”.

Momo watched, as Heims began to seemingly comply. Taking a deep breath, she started to lift the back of his shirt, and take notice of all of the bandages that seeemd to have been worn through.
“You really took a toll, didn’t you?”
She asked, before lifting it, a bit more, gesturing him to remove it, for a better look.

Then the two continued walking, and not so long after they reached their destination. With the weather perfect for a walk, the park was moderately crowded with visitors seeking to relief their stress gathered in the city life in the small green area the city had provided for them. Noticing the amount of people in it, Midoriya felt the nervousness creep up to his throat. Unconsciously, his hand reached for Nensu's side and gingerly wrapped its fingers around her wrist.
"That's... a bit more people than I thought."
He murmured. Though, by common sense, there was no reason to be nervous just because of that, Midoriya couldn't use so much of his common sense right now. He was with his crush, and they were on their official date. Also he was generally just awkward with girls. 'Deep breath, deep breath.' Midoriya told himself and took another deep breath.
"Alright, let's go!"
He said, way too determinedly.

Hiems flinched at first contact with Momo's hand. Answering to her comment with a mere shrug, he reached for the rolls of bandages and gently lifted them. Marks of impact, and little remainders of bruises gave Momo a hint of the intensity of the brawl that night. Meanwhile, Hiems patiently sat before her, waiting for her to finish her inspection.

The park was moderately crowded, to say the least, and Nensu could only assume that, during the weekends, there would more people, out and about, to enjoy a nice day in the Spring. The sun was giving off warmth, and the temperature felt as if Summer hit them early. Contact around her wrist, made the female teen looked down to notice Midoriya's hand was latched around it; he was nervous yet determined, at the same time. She figured that taking point, would help benefit this, so she walked first, allowing Midoriya to follow, while his hand still appeared to be latched around her wrist. Finding a vacant spot on the edge of the huge, green field, Nensu sat down, so they can see the entire space, full of people, before patting the spot next to her for the other teen to take.

"Was this from the exam, or during that night?"
She asked, having to wonder where he would receive such injuries.
Momo didn't want to risk touching it, since she was worried that by doing so, it would give him more pain.

'Come on Midoriya, it's just a walk around the park.' Midoriya thought to himself as he followed Nensu into the park. Trotting after the girl with his hand weaklt holding onto her wrist, Midoriya was wondering how far they'd walk until she found a nice spot on the ground and sat down. He carefully placed himself next to Nensu as a weak breeze swept over them.
"It's good to come out here and just relax."
He said. By far, all the outdoor activities have been quite extreme-in school or not. It was good to realize that outdoors could actually be a soothing environment. His hand crept up to Nensu's side, and carefully tapped on her hand.

"The night."
Hiems answered. The teacher was, whether it was true or not, quite cautious about dealing with Hiems, though he didn't deny the fact that being slammed against the cold concrete floor still hurt no matter how gentle his opponent was about it.

Nensu watched as her companion followed after her, and sat himself down, next to her. It was truly a beautiful day, during the springtime, and the breeze made it all-the-more blissful. The very feeling made her smile, and the sun had some kind of uplifting effect on her spirit. The female teen reveled in both the warm and cold weather, as it gave her a feeling that made her yearn for freedom, from her past. However, having Midoriya with her, made that same feeling even better. Having to take notice of his hand tapping her own, Nensu reciprocated by sliding her hand over to rest it on top, with a relaxing sigh.
"Can I ask you something, Izuku? Your quirk?
When the Hero Killer attacked, you moved at a speed that I've never seen you perform before. Is that new?"
She was quite curious, and she figured that her questions may need closure, so she wouldn't continue to wonder.

"Can I ask what happened?"
The raven-haired female asked, having to quite curious, for the amount of pain he may have gone through.
"I-I'm sorry, if I sounded pushy. But...I'm concerned".

"O..oh. yeah."
Midoriya nodded. During his time with Gran Torino, he managed to figure out the 'proper' way to wield One for All. All the time he was taking the power in a way too complicated way.
"I learned to control A... my. Quirk more properly. Luckily I won't be breaking my fingers every time I get into a fight."
He said. The boy's eyes moved down to his hand, resting under Nensy's gently placed one. It was a small step forward, but he still had a long way to go. It was about 3 to 5 percent of what One for All held that he could utilize with Full Cowl.
"It's not much but it's kind of an advancement."
He added.

Hiems lowered his shirt and turned around to face Momo. Memories of that night clawed back to him as he opened his mouth to explain the brawl.
"We chased a local gang of villains down to their hideout. We got into a fight, and I was separated from my hero by one of them. I fought, and I lost. And passed out. I heard I was at the brink of dying, but I'm here now, so not much of a problem."
He said as he rubbed his neck. If the hero came a moment late he would've ended up getting his face crushed, but that didn't happen by his luck.

Nensu looked down at their joined hands, at the same moment, when Midoriya mentioned about his fingers. His poor fingers, that were forced to be broken, every time he had to make a strike. She thought back to the Sports Festival, when they had their one-on-one fight; he had to hurt himself, in order to defend himself, both from her and Loma. The very memory made her flinch and, as painful as it was, it was still fresh, causing the female teen to gently wrap her fingers around his hand, and close her eyes in shame. She couldn't start envisioning that; not right now. Taking a deep breath, Nensu eventually opened her eyes, and looked upon the people around them.
"Perfecting your quirk is an ambitious goal, and we strive to make it work, even for the benefit of our society".
She voiced, in addition to Midoriya's statement.

Momo showed a rather sympathetic expression, once she listened to Hiems' recollection of that particular. It was evident that it became hard for him to even remember it, and she had to feel the pain, just by listening, in addition to taking a look at the wounds in the aftermath.
"I'm...so sorry".
She said, having to completely feel devastated on the pain he must have felt.

Midoriya nodded in agreement. He couldn't agree more- it was a step toward being the greatest hero after All Might, something he's been hoping to be ever since his childhood. He saw Nensu close her eyes, and cautiously leaned himself toward her. His head tilted more, and more, until he finally rested against her shoulder. He slid his hand out of Nensu's grasp, and returned to lace their fingers together. He returned his focus back to their date. Maybe their conversation was drifting too far from it as they discussed these matters. With a great head shake, Midoriya opened his mouth again.
"So. Uhhhh. Do you have any hobbies?”
He asked.

Hiems shrugged. Even though his lively memories were jabbing him again on his body all over, he ignored the relived pain and reached for Momo's shoulder. As much as he appreciated her empathizing with him, reminding himself of how bad he was beaten wasn’t helping. He gave her a light shoulder pat and retreated.
“No need to apologize, that fight was just out of my ability.”
He said.

As she was in the middle of self-loathing, Nensu didn’t even notice that the other teen was proceeding to move closer. The only thing that she had managed to pick up on, was the readjustment of their hands, which were then intertwined with their fingers, rather than on top of one another. Looking down at their joined hands, and then towards the messy green hair that seemed to be resting upon her shoulder, Nensu stayed where she was, although she momentarily brushed her cheek against his hair, before resting it there, on top of his head. His question was an easy one, but it took her a moment to change the subject before answering him.
“Hmm. Well, I love to draw, sing and dance; do any kind of traditional activity during the summer and winter, really. I’ve grown quite fond of baking pastries too”.
She answered with a chuckle, before reaching up her other hand to graze the other teen’s hair.
“What about you?”

Momo kept her face, full of empathy, upon the taller teen before her. She had to refrain on giving him a hug. Instead, she reached for his hand, and held it, lightly squeezing it.

Midoriya nodded as Nensu told her hobbies one by one. 'That's a lot.' He thought as he counted all the things she liked to do. For him, he liked to... look up things about heroes, be an average fanboy of All Might and... pretty much that. Days spent as a quirkless person wasn't so bright. Especially after his dream was denied at such a young age, all he did was continue preparing for a reckless dream, until his dream actually came true. All thanks to All Might.
"Me? I... not much. I usually look up things about heroes, analyze and study them. I even have notebooks about them. Like over a dozen."
He said. The boy's eyes sparked as he started talking about his favorite activity.
"There's things like their costumes, support devices, tactics of their quirks... generally everything. And since I'm a big fan of All Might, I've got lots of things about him too."
There was so much to talk about, with years of his 'hero otaku' activity he's done. He studied almost everything about the heroes. Simply put, his knowledge about them was... 'intimidating'.(counting the fact that he could memorize almost all the things he wrote on those notes.)

Hiems shrugged. Sometimes he couldn't stop her from being so emotional. And didn't need to either. He eyed his hand squeezed by hers, and gently placed his other hand on hers.
"Thanks, it's a bit hard to get someone so caring for me when I'm on the opposite side of the earth to my family."
He said.

Nensu was looking around at the people, but moved her head a little towards Midoriya, so she could see him within her peripheral view. She chuckled, as she listened; not out of ill-will, but more of amusement at hearing this particular hobby. However, the female teen began to think, that no one would be able to understand a hero, from head to toe, in just a few glances, but it sounds like Midoriya had the uncanny ability to pinpoint their strengths and weaknesses, and memorize them.
‘Did this mean he was able to understand me, point out my advantages and disadvantages, during the Sports Festival? He must be that aware’.
It made her smile, nonetheless, cosidering that the boy had a hidden talent. She nuzzled the side of her face in his hair, before speaking again, softly.
“You’ve got one heck of a gift, Izuku”.

Momo was still on the empathetic side, as soon she felt his hand be place on top of her own, although she looked at him with slight disbelief.
“You mean...that your family is on the other side of the world?”

Midoriya's face lit up to Nensu's compliment. He felt a bit embarrassed, feeling as if he was bragging about himself- and also happy that she liked the one thing he was good at. Chasing a dream so desperately lead him to a near paranoid level of memorizing his notes. Thanks to her, it was something else than an obsession- it was a gift now. The boy scratched his head.
"...thanks."
He said. It seemed like all the effort was paying off so nicely-the hero of his dream himself pushing him to the road of a hero, and such a nice companion complimenting him by his side.
"A lot."
He slowly raised his face to rub his cheek against hers.

Hiems shrugged. Did he tell the class about it? According to his memory... no, it was never even a part of the discussion ever.
"At the U.S. My sister would usually travel around, but for now she's staying put."
He said. Then his hand rose from Momo's hand to her shoulder again.
"Not much of a big deal, now that I've got a whole class of lively people around me."
His eyes moved focus from the girl awkardly, and his hand retreated to scratch his cheek.
"...and you."
He mumbled the last two words.

With her hand still holding onto his own, Nensu gently put her arm around his shoulder, so it would be easier, and a lot more comfortable, for him to lean into her. It was a very sweet and touching moment for them, right now, and it felt as if they shouldn't ever move from this spot. In response to the contact she received, the female teen purred from next to him, and exhaled from her nose, to express the ease she felt, within his very presence.
"Some say, 'a true hero is willing to make sacrifices for the benefits of society'. Let's become those heroes, Midoriya; together".
As she supported his dream to be a great hero, whenever and however she could, Nensu was more than willing to help him get there, whether or not, if Midoriya would do the same for her. However, for the affection they displayed towards each other, she could already assume that they were quite even on the subject.

"Are you saying...?"
Momo trailed off, before pausing in thought. Was their class, one of the first people to support him? His family didn't sound like they were. The female teen questioned this to herself, before she heard him mumble under his breath. Out of reflex, she quickly laid her lips upon his own. It was quick, but then, she remained there for a moment, before finally breaking away.
"We're all, including me, behind you".
