Alexei looked upon the school known as kings dominion ..it was big,the creepy guy they call a scouted was right beside him 'looks more like a cultist monk then a scouter'he thought he took a deep breath preparing himself and walked in

Karena got out of the shiny limo. She had restrained herself from rolling her eyes when she saw the flashy vehicle, much preferring to take her motorcycle. She sighs slowly, nodding along to her father's long-winded instructions for making herself known and being the best. 'Please like that would be a problem' she thought, very relieved when her father finally left for some typical business. Karena walked in the school, subtly taking in her surroundings.

Karena raises an eyebrow slightly. "Karena. Yes I'm new. You know what we're doing here, don't you?" Karena pays no attention to his hand, but her father's voice clears his throat in her mind, and she firmly grips his hand. She wonders if he's one of the ones that they lie to until it's too late to back out, as he is much to happy to be a legacy.

He nods " oh I know all of what this is about I killed another homeless kid on the street and it got me here so I have a very good idea. " He stops shaking her hand " even it I didnt anywhere is better than the streets. "he looks around" I'm what they call a rat by the way someone who isn't from a big crime family. "

Karena nods. "Good. Your smart. You'll need that around here." Karena huffs. Just because I'm new doesn't mean I don't know everything about this place. Oh wait... he must think I'm like him. Yeah right. "I'm what they call a legacy, someone who is from a, how did you put it? Ah yes, 'a big crime family'. Listen up, kid, and listen good. You can't trust anyone you meet here, no matter how alike they are to you, even me. The only thing all of us have in common is we look after ourselves and we stop at nothing to take care of ourselves. Got that?" Karena's voice is harsh, but that was being kind for her.

Alexei nodded " yeah I understand besides if you're from a big crime family then we won't most likely be friends. "he puts his hands in his jacket pockets " since from what the recruiter told me the syndicates and mafias make pretty defined clicks so." "Hmph. Don't you have to have friends to have a click?" Karena asks herself sarcastically. "El bobo!" she calls after him, but leaves him to his own devices. Fool, you get picked out when you walk the halls alone, especially if your a rat. Most everyone knows who I am. And if they don't they're about to find out. Karena smirks to herself for a moment. She wasn't privileged, just smart. She was helping herself and that boy when she turned down his friendship. No friends, no one to disappoint.

Alexei keeps walking down the halls to find his dorm when he gets stopped by a group of rats trying to be top dog or the hallway. " what the fuck do you guys want? " " I think we should give you a little of a initiation since you're new what do you think? " he sighs but just smiles when he sees the mini like figures who watch the students start to walk toward him " have fun with that man."

Karena makes her way to the office. "You wanted to see me?" "Ah yes. The future of our school. It's a pleasure to see you again, Miss Matthews." "Sanchos-Matthews," Karena corrects. The administrator waves his hand. "Yes, yes. Because of your impressive resume, we wanted you a bit older so you could help monitor the halls, make sure no one's misbehaving." 'Of course, you run a school for assassins and criminals, what else would you expect? Sunflowers and singing?' "Of course, sir. I am honored." Karena lets the administrator pin the emblem on her sweater, tensing when she feels the needle pricking her skin. Karena leaves the office, and immediately stuffs the pin in her pocket. She makes her way to her dorm to settle in when she hears fighting. 'That kid again.' She hides behind a pillar to see what he would do.

Alexei was in the middle of a circle and people and was fighting one of the kids that stopped him ' that last hall moniter didn't do shit' he thought to him self suddenly the kid swung at him and he grabbed his arm and Alexei tackled him to the ground and started punching him over and over while the other kids shouted " beat his ass...yeah kill him" by this time Alexei had stood up and was stomping on the kids stomach and face

'Okay this kid really does stop at nothing but he's gone too far.' Before she could ponder it, she clipped the pin back on, and walked out in the clear. "What's going on here?" Karena's voice is quiet but it echoes with an authoritative ring.

Alexei stopped and looked up " oh it's you the big mafia kid you see what happend was I tried to get to my dorm but there's group of kids stopped me and the next thing I know I'm fighting one of them. "
He stomps on the kid one last time then stands still " nice pin by the way now since the issue is solved I can get back to finding my dorm. " He turns around and starts to walk away.

Karena rolls her eyes. 'Well played, but this isn't over.' "I saw what happened. And your not going anywhere." She picks up the unconscious kid with one hand and slings him over shoulders. She grips Alexei by the arm. "Your coming with me. I'll deal with you later." She levels a stare at the rest of the kids. "What were you thinking? I said look out, not stick out. I don't know how they do it on the streets, but here now your a target, she hisses at him, surprised at herself. Why should she care? Sighing, she pushes him into the office.

Karena hears him, and internally sighs. If only he knew how much she wanted to laugh and talk with him, she scolds herself for getting so immaturely distracted. "Luckily for you two, the Administrator can't see you now, so you are free to go until he calls for you." Karena gets up from her seat on a desk to escort them back to their dorms.

Karena nods once. Alone in the hallway, she sighs. She took the long way to her dorm so she could, well she'd tell the faculty that she was double checking that there was nothing else to do, when in reality she was scouting out the building should she need to make a break for it. She takes out a stick of gum, and blows it. She unpacks her things. Not much because there was nothing she actually cared about in her million-dollar room. She changes into the uniform, pins her badge to it, and finishes checking on everyone while they unpack.
