I get that not everyone will use it. But I always used the email notifications on the old Guild to keep track of whenever a new post came up.

I would always keep my email up in another tab, so whenever a new post came up, I'd see that I had a new message in my inbox. That way I didn't have to keep checking the subscriptions list - and I would notice as soon as a post came up.

It was a good system, for me at least. But apparently I'm like the only person who doesn't have 200+ emails in their inbox so... :/

It can, but I never used the email option on the oldGuild. I just auto-subscribed to threads by posting and then watched them by just loading up the subscriptions when coming to RPG. New threads were not usually my thing.

Like the forum homepage, I don't think the "last message" is always up to date. I'll try to fix that tomorrow though.
