Ramirez: We're soldiers, we know what we signed up for, and it sure as hell wasn't fighting whatever that SCP thing was. I get what you're all trying to do. I'm not upset, rather I'm disappointed that you didn't do a better job. Instead of using their lives, you wasted it. They died for it. I don't like wasting lives... Not if I don't have to.
Dr. Arnold: However, the position you've been chosen for might call for exactly that. How do you feel about that?

Ramirez: ... At least I'll know what I signed up for right?

Wayde was critical of many of the Foundationâs operations from the very moment he was recruited to the moment he was assigned to MTF
[REDACTED] and even at this very moment. However, his critical assessments have often led to better operational outcomes when paired with more problematic MTF personnel.

General Background:
Wayde Jameson Ramirez was born in Manila Philippines on the 29th of April 1976. There he stayed until he and his family migrated to the United States on 3rd of October 1980. He stayed in the state of New Jersey until the age of 25.
Like many Americans, he enlisted in the armed forces after the September 11th attacks. He would qualify for the Green Berets right out of basic and serve with his unit for twenty years.
The Foundation would take special interest in him during his tour in Afghanistan conducting unconventional warfare operations in the Korengal Valley. A local village was suffering from loss of livestock and mysterious disappearances of a few local shepherds. A Foundation agent noted that these disappearances were anomalous in nature after unexplained phenomenon reported nearby the village began to increase. MTF

[REDACTED] weâre notified and an operation was quickly drawn up to use the Green Berets in the area to draw the entity out under the pretext of investigating insurgent activity.
The entity now known as SCP
