Howdy,

I was an old regular on the Bethesda Forums and posted here for awhile several years ago before life got too busy for me. I finally am in a more stable position in life and am looking to see who would be interested in a Fallout based Roleplay. Currently I have a few rough ideas of what kind of shape the Roleplay could take but I wanted some input by prospective writers before I develop the setting more and commit more time.

As for now just state which elements of the games you like, any ideas you may have and how much you would be able to post. Ideally I'm looking for at least a weekly post from everyone, if posting less than this just take care to be in communication with other writers so no one gets held up.

I would prefer something like Fallout 2 or Fallout New Vegas; something about factions and competing visions for rebuilding civilization.

I would totally be up for fallout new vegas. I could play it again real quick to freshen up on it. I also have 3.

I do like the idea of competing factions but want to keep the scale of the Roleplay pretty small. I participated in a lot of Fallout nation roleplays in the past but those were hard to maintain due to distance between some of the factions.

For example I’d be happy with a writer taking over the entirety of a smaller faction, such as the Great Khans, Boomers, NoVac etc. But for larger factions like the NCR, Legion, BoS etc. perhaps a smaller contingent like an expeditionary force of the NCR or a Chapter of the BoS rather than RPing those factions in their entirety.

EDIT: By splitting up the bigger factions it could allow more writers to RP as their preferred faction and increase the conflict as they have competing ideas for their own faction.

I would be looking at time period after NV/F4, that way if anyone wants to have a character from the Commonwealth or a faction non-represented in the New Vegas game they have enough time to explain their presence.

I’ll draft up a bit of an outline this weekend. Would love to have at least 3 other writers interested before I create a specific OOC signup.
