Which begs the question: would your character be on social media?


Fellsing posed this question in another game I play with them. I decided to bring it here to see what answers it would get on this thread.

For my part, Bartholomew would be on it. Though he wouldn't use it for much beyond keeping in touch with family.

Well, it's funny you should point that out, because internally I keep accidentally referring to the boggarts in Household as 'brownies'. Because that's what they more closely resemble to me in the way they are portrayed.

Though, funnily enough, in folklore, brownies can turn into boggarts when sufficiently angered so... *shrugs*

Yeah the ‘Going Juggernaut’ idea is definitely a part of that folklore of the ordinarily handy and peaceful house helper turning into a violent creature.

Hello.

I am alive, and am very sorry for the disappearance there. My wife and I rapidly needed to find a new location to live and have been packing our house over the last few weeks. I could have done better staying active on the guild and informing folks, but I'd rather say something late than never. I'll be moving midway through January after focusing on the holidays.

Howdy folks, I just wanted to update everyone and let them know that I seem to not possess the headspace to try and hold onto some of these games as well as I wish I could. Maybe sometime soon I can clear the mental shelf for the Guild again, but at this moment I don't think I can focus at all, let alone as well as I'd like, on the current commitments I was trying to hold onto. I appreciate everyone being willing to deal with my semi-flaky nature over the last while, but I don't want to keep trying to scramble and catch up when for the last few months I hadn't even really had a chance to properly log on to do anything besides see the growing list of notifications and panic. So I'm clearing my plate for now and hope that future endeavors bring us together again.
