I was personally okay with the first edition. It was going to make for some serious fun. Unless the DM told you otherwise, I was fine with it.

Edit: I do have a question however. When she psychically linked to someone, how does that work exactly? Is it just like connecting on a phone call or is it more like getting a peek into their mind and then communication?

Okay i'l just go with my first edit then, I don't wanna ruin what you had planned. I thought it would be more like your phone analogy, where she could communicate with whoever she wanted. So it would be kinda like them hearing her voice in their head.

I've got I think four posts to read before I can make a post with my guy, I started an opening the other day then a bunch of life shit happened LOL. Had to work on a new (used) truck I just got that crapped out on me Friday evening. I DID come up with some stuff as far as villains go, another founding member of the Alliance will turn up dead, its gonna get nuts.

Also, I'll have a little extra time to RP cause the fam is going out of town. I do work Monday next week though, but then I get a four day weekend.
